This......
I use Battery Indicator FREE (by Darshan Computing), it displays a little battery in the Notification bar and when you swipe it down, it shows battery Health, Temp and Voltage. Also tells you how long its been unplugged from charger.
I don't have any battery drain issues.
If you are eating up your battery, try JuiceDefender FREE version (by Latedroid). I have found even on default settings, my battery life is 1.5x or more than stock.
Both of these apps are in the Market.
Have fun!!
Viz battery. Its free from market has battery status and usage plus toggles for wifi and bluetooth

I used current widget and was told reading wouldn't be accurate so I have switch to battery monitor app. And I came up with the dame readings...
I'm getting anywhere from 180-1100+ma drain on my batteries. Even on standby I'm looking at 100ma+
I have changed kernels, roms, superwiped, wiped bat stats. Tried different batteries. Something is wrong here. So if anyone has any compatible monitoring apps plz post a link. And i u have the same battery issues I have plz post Ur current setup.

Battery Monitor Widget Pro
I use Battery Monitor Pro as well on a LeeDroid ROM, standy uses 100-300, but battery has only dropped 8% in past 5 1/2 hours.
BatteryLife by CurveFish.
It also shows you the mV remaining in the battery which is the *real* indication of how much is left, not the %age the phone thinks it is.

Apparently current widget and battery monitor aren't giving true readings for our sensation. R u for sure battery life is compatible

Since Iam on adroid iam using Battery Monitor Pro, too.
It is doing a great job. But sometimes it gives u too much information
it is running on my dhd too
Try battery monitor pro
Any widgets or apps you run to monitor battery life will reduce your battery life by a small degree because it is using your phones resources.
I'd also recommend BATTERY MONITOR WIDGET (free) you can pay for PRO version.
But Ensure that in Settings->Monitoring->mA retrieval method = HTC Sensation.
It may well default to this, but I haven't got sensation so don't know.

I averaged around your measurement too, but sometimes it drop 2% each time, is it normal to be draining so much even on standby?
I use battery left . It uses your battstats file to guage how long you have left and gives you a percentage left as a widget.
It takes a few charge cycles on a new battstats to get accurate but it does the job great when it's calibrated.

As we all know that battery backup is one of the only backdrops of Xperia L. So I am making this thread so that we can discuss battery life. Recommend ways of increasing battery life, softwares you use to increase backup, post your battery stats. Tell us how many hours you get.
Hit Thanks if I helped you.

I was also using that battery saver but later found out that the battery saver itself was succking too much ram and battery. You better use only greenify and app cache cleaner. The battery drains a lot by using battery saver but after uninstalling it, I can feel the difference.
Actually, I mainly use that app to quit all the apps running in the background. Check its widget. You can place it on your homescreen and with one touch, all apps are closed

Yeah I am also talking about it. That widget itself sucks too much battery and drains battery. It takes almost 20 MB of ram even when we are not using it.
Yeah it does use a lot of RAM but it does more good than bad. I hope they release a more optimized version, that would be very good.
do try Qualcomm Snapdragon BatteryGuru (available on Play Store), seems to do the trick for me. This combined with STAMINA mode that Sony offers, I can sail through the day easily with enough battery left in the end.
I don't know why everyone complains so much about battery life. I get about 3-4 days out of a charge with medium usage. WTF is wrong with me?

I don't use a software that promises battery save, only the tools provided by Sony in power management.
Also, brightness is at 0% or at the worst auto-mode. I switched off all the bloatware by Sony + Google Chrome.
And last but not least, I do full charges and un-charges.
Those dark days with the X10 Mini Pro taught me some things, lol!

I didn't say I discharge it completely. In the previous screens, I was just outside the house, so I couldn't charge it at all.
Usually I do the charges below 10-15% depending on where I am.
But, yeah, Li-Ion batteries should be fully discharged at least once every 30 charges (give or take), based on what I have read here or in other forums.
Hi!
The past days, I also have the same problem as you guys have..But then, after I did this, my battery does not drain that much..
After 20hrs on Stamina Mode, about 2-3hrs 1-2hrs of gaming, 2-3hrs 1-2hrs of 3G surfing, and downloaded from google play about 150MB, i still have about 58% of battery life on my XL..i know that does not count that much, but it was really a lot compare to the recent days i am using it..
I don't have any installed apps to kill recent apps..i just swipe out the application on the App button( the one on the right side of the home button with two rectangle) and that's it! I even keep the running applications on the application setting to run on its own.. :victory:
Hope this one helps you! Just hit the Get Mad button..
:highfive:
Edit:
Additional
My brightness is zero since XL is still okay with this setting..

As I said earlier that I use dubattery saver, I just got their pro version. In this version, the app reduces the cpu freq. when the phone is not in use provided you have a rooted phone
Please hit 'Thanks' if I helped you
I got around 22 hours of battery with stamina mode on and mobile data on for 5-6 hours
Sent from my C2104 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
I have tested my phone in many ways and here are my results:
Battery drain:
Stand by (no stamina mode): -1%/hour
Stand by (STAMINA mode): -0,4%/hour
Hard use with brightness 100% (3g/wifi open, bluetooth open): -29%/hour
Hard use with brightness 50% (same use): -23%/hour
AnTuTu Battery Test (100% Brightness and full 100% CPU use): -35%/hour (and 50,4 degrees Celcious (???))
I dont think it is a good battery at all, for hard users!
There is an app called glance plus (and its alternatives )
https: //play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thsoft.glance&hl=en
It works perfectly , MINIMAL battery is used till now ( still i m testing the app on device).
I think there will be very less use of battery since it is poled panel!!
LG might include this feature from G5 in marshmallow update for g flex 2!!
glance plus is the best
It's working pretty well, I'll keep it if the battery drain isn't too high.

Thanks to the OLED Panel it's maybe 3% per hour?
Well at least the battery drain is so little that I can't really recognize it

No if it's not showing it won't affect battery life
Is this app much different from just holding down on the screen when its off for notifications?
