I recently got this phone and I'm just loving using it, this being my 4th droid! Just have one issue though... I have noticed that while I'm on call, it gets disconnected quite often. Have any of you faced this issue?

If you are with KK 4.4.2 it can be everybody's problem.

Fellas!
I've noticed that my S3 isn't working at all, while charging. Yesterday, I've got a phonecall while S3 was getting some energy with my charger, and I couldn't even see who was calling (only vibration was there).
Once I unplug my phone, it's not laggish at all, ans works just fine.
Does some of you has the same problem? That's juet one of those issues which I got after getting the official 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.

Forum name post fail. No offence S3 users who posted here again, again and again, but READ FORUM NAMES BEFORE POSTING IN IT!
3 is not S3.
Sorry to say that, but I'm sure alot of people from this device forum will understand because they know what I'm talking about.

Starting a while ago my phone keeps dropping its connection (every 10 seconds) so it looks like it in airplane mode without the airplane. Empty triangle. Its not the carrier, because the my wife's S4 has the same and no problems.
I thought it could be one of the problems described here, but nothing there fixed it.
Made a screen recording of the problem here.
Has this happened to anyone else? How was it solved? If not, other suggestions?
Are you running stock or rooted or is your phone running custom software?

It started with everything stock. Trying to fix the problem I rooted it. Except for that all is still stock.

Hi all,
I am facing a severe problem of call sound not coming from both side...
I am not able to hear ring sound and callers sound while calling someone.
Its coming only on outgoing calls.
I had replacement 2 times from Flipkart for this issue. But still its persist in all device. Have to restart my phone each time to resolve this.
I am fed up by restarting my device 8-10 times a day..
Any resolution any one found.?
I had a big discussion on Motorola official forum. But useless...

I'm running 4.4.4 [stock] and Franco.kernal

Are you on 4.4.4r2? I too experienced that problem but not random for me, only occurs after disconnecting call.
Me too ,runnning latest Pa and Franco.....really annoying.
Edit: Tested some other phones, believe it's carrier fault.
I'm on Lollipop 5.0.1, rooted and S-off.
Does anybody else have this issue where the keyboard doesn't pop up sometimes. I even need to reboot sometimes to make it work.
I can confirm the keyboard issue. Stock unrooted.
I switched to the Google lollipop KB and have been OK since.

I have had the same exact issue. Since upgrading to LP I've had the keyboard issue a few times. Only thing that gets it to work again is a restart. Hope HTC sends out a fix soon.
