If you'd like to change your device the first step is rooting. There are a lot of tutorials out there, just google it or search on the forums. When you are rooted and have unlocked the bootloader, you can flash your (custom) rom. The easiest method is probably to install rom manager then first flash CWM recovery, then select and download your rom and flash it. Once you have your new rom and a new kernel you can overclock your device.
For further instructions, just GOOGLE IT and search on the forums.
If anything said here is incorrect please correct me, but I think this is basically it.

I have Motorola Moto G XT1032 16GB Version, I searched a lot on this forum, but there are too many threads for rooting. Please suggest me the safe way to doing the same. If anyone has the same variant and he/she performed rooting and installed custom recovery than please guide me the way or suggest me the correct and updated thread. On another forum/website I also read about Moto Tool for rooting and installing custom recovery please also confirm is it safe to do so. And in last please also help for installing custom recovery as above mention variant has any custom recovery available pr not.

So I want to install a custom kernel on my Lg Optimus Exceed 2. Its running Android 4.4.2 and is rooted. I want to know how to flash a kernel on my Exceed 2 and which one, also do I need an sd card? If someone could help me please guide me on how to do this.

Both these phones share same specifications like the processor,GPU,screen size,dual sim,ram etc .The only difference is the front camera.
There are no custom ROM available for Eluga ray max . I accidentally after installing the recovery wiped the System . I can't find the stock firmware for the device .
Can someone help me in porting the ROM ?

To start off with you would need a base rom
Since you have wiped system from your phone you can't pull the system from your phone & if there are no custom roms & you have no stock firmware you are not going to have a base rom
Since we don't own your device & you don't have a base it's going to be very hard for anyone here to help you

I tried to install lineage 14.x for G5s and it does not like the ROM ( via TWRP )
also the TWRP I have doesnt support OTG .
Anyone help on these two things
