I tried to root my new LG G2 LS980 from Sprint and it didn't work so I reset to factory settings and lost developers settings in the settings menu. I also lost the screen motion and cool keyboard. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. I am new at this, Thanks

Last week my completely stock N5 stopped auto rotating. After some searching I realized nearly all of the phones sensors were not working. I found a fix thread that suggested deleting the sensor files in the data folder. This worked for a few hours and went back to being broken. At this point my phone was rooted so I tried wiping to see if it was an application problem, no dice. Tried changing roms, nothing.
Are my sensors toast? I'm at a loss.. Help!
Download cpuid on play store and look at sensors section and if they don't show any data they're toast this is a problem with the lg g2s I used to have an lg g2 that had that problem and the nexus 5 is a googlified lg g2

The sensors do show up there. So I suppose there is some hope!
But do they show any data like when you put you finger on the proximity sensor does it show zero and when you remove it show 5 if it does it should be working
Proximity is working now. Looks like the accelerometer isn't. Hmm.

I usually watch a lot of videos on YouTube in bed, leading me to desire a very low brightness. On my SGS4 running CM11 I simply used lux lite and twilight and disabled the capacitive button backlight. I since got an LG G3 and I'm facing issues. I would like to dim the nav bar to a brightness to that proportionate or less than the actual screen, as the nav bar is burning my retinas out!
I've tried nearly every app possible and still nothing works. This is quite a key thing for me and is making me seriously consider the much more expensive note 4.
I'm quite desperate now, and will try root or non-root solutions. My G3 isn't rooted but I will try root solutions on my S4.

After flashing a kdz file on my lg f350L and updated it to F530L20F something is annoying me, i am seeing this bluetootn icon on lockscreen when i open the phone to unlock the screen. Its bothering me because i tried searching the bluetooth name of my device using other phone but it is not searchable. I check bluetooth connection and its off. What is happening to my phone. Can someone help me to fix this. This is not normal

I recently acquired a Lg velvet for $50 knowing the display had a "dead Line" . I like the phone and everything works as it should except about halfway up there id a 1/2' or so dead spot that runs directly straight across in portrait mode and was wanting to know if there is anything you folks may know about to possibly rectify this before I spend $170+ on a new display. I enabled "show Touches" in developer options and then you see it. Try to scroll from one end to the other and you see where the touch disappears midway up and completely across 1/2' wide. It is still able to be used other than for a couple apps that do not rotate and put my selection choices right there. There has to be a way to calibrate these screens isn't there?
I have not taken it apart yet to check connections, there are no cracks or signs of any damage to the screen or phone for that matter so if anyone has any ideas , Please don't hesitate and thanks for reading.
Also I have a V60 that i was able to unlock bootloader on as well as a G8X dual screen I was able to root so once I refresh myself on how I did all that I will post it for the V60 bootloader unlocking, The root info for G8 I got from here and worked perfect so thank you,
