What KIT KAT rom has batter battery life?
I experienced best battery life in roms with 3.4 kernel, but camera is not fully working yet.

I'm talking about every rom available with 3.4 kernel. I had with all same battery life.

Which ICS ROM?
Yes, root and custom recovery is available. Search the development section and you will find it. As for the battery life. You can install a custom kernel, and usually get more battery life.
The official update that was in the .zip. I'm hating the battery on this.
Custom Kernel might help on battery drain issue. Matr1x kernel seems to be a good choice for this.

I'm satisfaction in Battery. i think One battery in One day.

Hello guys!!! I love photo&videorecord and I use,often, Facebook and Websource!!! I try Android HD revolution... with first stock kernel, second with sebastian kernel and third with faux kernel... Battery life is very short. Also without photo&video , with only facebook and Web.. (I play some games in the bathroom only for 10 minutes XD)
Whitch rom do you recommended me? I like to do Very good photo and video
Give ViperS (ICS) a go it's really fast and stable. They have also just released a JB rom however the camera doesn't work yet but I'm sure it will soon be fixed

I'm not 100% sure but I think that 1080p recording may have been added or improved

actually it depends from your personal usage and the tweaks you are gonna make
overclock etc...

In my opinion I would use ViperS ICS ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1671547 as its fast, stable and lots of customization options. Also i think the camera has the mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1533238 Which if i remember rightly removes the photo/video compression which improves photo/video quality. I have used this ROM and its the best i have tried. Currently I'm using the ViperS JB ROM which is made by the same people http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2216858 which is great but the camera does not work yet but i'm sure it will soon be fixed.

DarkSense is generally quicker and more responsive with fewer lags over time. ViperS (ICS) has much more customization options and theming support, but gets very laggy over time (I recommend flashing TURBO-BOOST mod with ICS ViperS for better experience).
I think any of these roms suggested here will be very good

Sorry, it was late when i was answering you. So, i think you'll need a new battery or new phone, because i got better battery life in ahrd.

I can only echo whats already been said. ICS is definitely more stable and the camera does not work in JB at all.
I use the anker 1900 mah battery with albinomans's rom and sultan kernel. I get through a full day without charging and moderate usage.
What ROM Kit Kat recommend? Or that CM Jelly Bean?

Yes Sultan's ROM is really good and almost bug free. You also get Sultan Kernel with it which is again best kernel available for Sensation.

yes. sultan's rom is good. but AFAIK, all kitkat rom for sensation are best for draining your battery
Cm11 kang by albinoman is best for battery and carbon for performance and features.

Hi, since I can't post in the Slimkat threat I open new one. I am very happy with Slimkat 4.4.2 except that the battery life is short. I did search but couldn't find answer to my question.
Is there a Kernel/s for Slimkat 4.4.2 build 3/4/5 that extends the battery life, and what kind of choices I have?

I find the Devil kernel to work well with Slim, never having an issue with battery life.. I just recently did some testing on the build 5 and the battery life with both stock and Devil kernels was quite good (around 14-16hrs with 3+hrs of screen time)... There are few roms with this amount of battery life.. And to get a true representation of battery performance you need to have at least two full battery cycles.. There are other little tip/tricks to extend battery life a bit further, feel free to visit the link in my signature for some ideas on how your rom compares and for tips on battery life..
Hey that was quick Actually I did check out the CyanAOSP and sound interesting, but for now I will stay with Slim.
Just for information I compare the battery life with CM 4.3 and Slimrom 4.3. Using these ROMs the battery last 2 days for me. I do complete battery cycles after flash even if needed I use battery calibration app. I will check the tips from the link for sure. Just still not sure what is the appropriate Kernel/s for Slimkat 4.4.x. As far as I was reading not every kernel works on every Rom.

You are welcome to try the ported rom, but the comparison was the chart that is the link, it has information comparing different roms..

NO, u can use SmurfKernel for performance or Arter97's for stability, try it!
