HTC ChaCha Power adapter problem - HTC ChaCha

My HTC ChaCha giving me this massage every 2 to 5 seconds :
"The power adapter you connected is not compatible
To avoid damaging your phone please disconnect it now
Be sure that you only use manufacturer-supplied power adapters with you phone"
And its not charging the battery ... I did not change any thing .. I am using the same original charger
I just want to know how to stop this massage from appearing ..
I thought it was the ROM so I did the flash the rom again in this order :
-1- fastboot flash boot boot.img
-2- fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
-3- fastboot flash radio radio.img
-4- fastboot flash system system.img
-5- factory rest
-6- reboot
so guys PLEASE help me to find the solution
My warranty wont cover it because I unlocked the boot loader before for trying to flash ICS and JB but no success

Any Idea ? Im affraid if i have crashed the boot poartition-.-
But the phoen is further working until now
Regards,
Snot
Check out fipsibs tutorial and learn to do it "properly" with fastboot (which is what the script you're using does anyway) and it'll be easier to see what's going on. Plus after you set it up once you're not depending on someone to make scripts fot you and can also use ADB and other fastboot commands http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1752270
[Tutorial] How to flash a new boot.img via Fastboot
i know the tutorial .... its hanging here:
C:\Users\User\One_S_All-In-One_Kit_v1.1\Data>fastboot flash boot boot.img
sending 'boot' (6202 KB)...
And nothing is happen now. I see the green statusbar in the right corner ... but it dont fills up
hello in
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1658158
you can find stock boot.img with self flash under the
LeeDrOiD One Supreme V2.0.0 boot.img (Self flash)
there you have it, small letters. Try this
How do you mean you can see the status bar on the phone? It should be started in bootloader mode then select fastboot. I guess you did this or fastboot should give you an error... Do you get your serial number from "fastboot devices"? If so fastboot is OK, then I'd check md5sum of the boot.img. You're not trying to flash boot image for S4 device to an S3 right?
yeah i could see my device with fastboot devices. Its there ...
I can see a green status bar at flashing the rom, in the right upon corner at the telefon screen.
But the status does nothing there until i disconnect the cable after 10 or more minutes ...
I try to flash the MoDaCo.one for the HTC One S Rom ... my CPu has 1512 mhz what means i have a S4 right ?
I got no failure ... only a freeze in the progressbar ... it seems that the fastbook is unable to put the file to the mobile ... ?!
I was have the same problem for me work LeeDroid self flash but if i good remember i first flash it stock recovery via One_V_All-In-One_Kit_v1.0 it
must be the 1.0 version
Hmmm where i can get the stock HTC recovery ?
Is there a connection between the recovery and the bootloader ?
In this version 1.0 there you have stock recovery, about connection with bootloader i dont know its just works for me
Sent from my HTC One S using xda app-developers app
I think i got the problem ... the bootloader is s-on ...
but i already can install custom roms so i dont know whats happen -.-
Cant unlock it with the Unlock_code.bin ...
I have s-on too, unlocked bootloader and root. Do you try this program 1.0 version ?? i was trying everything my phone was dead only recovery was working but sdcard was unmaount and this helps

Yea your right ! My bootloader is unlocked too i see now ...
What you mean with programm 1.0 version exactly ?!
One_S_All-In-One_Kit version 1.0 i have it if you wont it in my case this green line on the corner was stoping before end, and then stops i was waiting one time 20 min and nothing after that i was traying everything and this program One_S_All-In-One_Kit version 1.0 hi push this stock recovery , i was see that this green line go to the end and magic 100%, i was have stock recovery and after this i try flash boot.img and works on first time before i was trying flash my boot maybe 30 times
There is no way to S-off the One S yet and being S-on won't prevent you from fastboot flashing a boot image. The recovery is a separate basic OS loaded from its own partition instead of your regular ROM, this happens after the bootloader mode so this has nothing to do with fastboot. What is the boot.img for, which ROM? Did you check the md5sum? Also you could try the earlier version of the all in one kit I guess, or redownload the one you got if you don't want to install the Android SDK.
Ok the solution was simply to use another pc ... Even the fastboot founds my One S i cant put the boot img to it.
With my notebook i works instantlly ... no idea but it works now
for me it helped to change the USB port I connected the device. The thing is it should be connected to a primary USB, not a HUB!

No connection to pc from fastboot

Since it's a HTC phone, it has S-OFF and S-ON, Is your Phone S-OFF?
Then you could flash a Rom without flashing Boot.IMG using PC
Is it S-ON?
Then you need to seperate the Boot.img and flash it using your PC with CMD.
To check if your S-OFF or On you need to reboot into your bootloader and read it from there.
procedure?

Remove the Battery when your phone is off, Put it back on, Press Vol Down & Power Button at the same time, Then you enter HBoot Menu, now read the First Sentence and it says something about The Device Name and S-OFF or S-ON.
If your S-OFF you don't need to flash Boot.img.
Flash ROM first Before Flashing Boot.Img
To flash Boot.img, Seperate the boot.img and put it somewhere you can find back. (For example the C Partition on your PC)
Turn your phone on HBoot Then Click fastboot
Plug your phone into your PC with a Micro USB
Then Enter CMD (When you have all the flash tools)
Search the Boot.img and type : Fastboot flash boot c:\boot.img
how to flash using cmd?

You never told us Your Recovery also which version are you using + Did you Do a full wipe before flashing?
Are you clearing the caches
Did you remember to clear all the caches and system? If you don't the system will never boot, but not freeze either. It the system is freezing there is likely an incompatibility in my experience.

You Don't need to clear Cache or System, If you Flash From Stock (This is not for all devices).
ok

Good point. It would be a more useful one if you knew this happened to be a device you don't need to do that with.
However, this is the advice everyone should get before flashing a rom and since this particular flash's failure has symptoms indicating the cache corrupted it, I don't see why you would try moving a step backwards. You yourself stated a wipe should be performed, which would include the caches and system if all options were selected.
Back up the device again and clear the cache and system, which is already inoperable and see if the clean flash clears up system boot problem.

(lol) You said you had S-OFF, Well That not so, You have HTC dev Unlock that means S-ON, Which means you have the Manually Flash Boot.img.
1.Unlock your bootloader and flash a custom recovery (CWM or 4ext)
2.Download the rom zip file you are willing to flash to your PC.
3.Extract the the boot.img from inside the zip file (do not extract the whole rom)
4.Put the zip file in your sdcard.
5.Boot into recovery and do a full wipe (wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, format system)
6.Flash rom (install zip from sdcard)
7.Reboot into bootloader again and plug the phone to the PC.
8.You need to be in fastboot usb (if you see HBOOT USB PLUG in the phone, just press power to toggle)
9.Open a cmd/terminal and navigate to where the boot.img file is located.
10.Type: fastboot flash boot boot.img If you don´t how to do that, watch this video (it is in spanish, thou you can follow it without listening to the instructions)
11.Reboot and now you should be enjoying your custom rom
i had already unlocked bootloader ...Means first i have to download the rom and extract boot.tmg somewhere else like in c: then i have to keep dat zip file (without boot.img) in sd card and flash it using recovery mode (without file boot.img) ? and then what..? i have to reboot the phone???or how to then connect to pc..? coz i thing phone will not start without "boot.img"...so how do i connect to pc?? and firstly i have to flsh via phone (withour boot.img) and then connect via pc and flash "boot.img"..?? then ???? what i have to do further..????? this tym it will not stuck na???
thankyou

No it won't Like i said Flash the ZIP (ROM) Before with or without Boot.IMG (Doesn't do anything) But you have to extract the Boot.img before and placing it somewhere, where you can flash it with CMD or whatever Apple or linux uses.
Then flash it in CMD after Flashing the ZIP with Recovery.
With the Following Command Fastboot flash boot c:\boot.img (When placed in the C Disk)
Remember you need to be in Fastboot mode Not in HBOOT mode that means you have to Click one time on the power button.

Locked out of OPO on 6.0.1 via forgotten Pattern Lock, No USB Debugging or Recovery!!

I was messing around with my settings last night and quickly enabled the pattern lock without paying much attention to the lock I entered (careless, I know) and now I'm locked out of my OPO on CM13 6.0.1 Marshmallow. I'm not sure if it's just Marshmallow or not but I can't even boot into TWRP.. when I hold the custom recovery buttons with phone both on and off it wont boot into recovery. When this happened, I didn't have USB debugging enabled so I can't use ADB. The only screens that I can look at are the locked lockscreen (spent all night and day guessing patterns) and I AM able to boot into Fastboot mode via powering off the phone and holding the power + up volume button which gives me a SLIVER of hope that I may not have to lose everything due to such a stupid and careless mistake.
Making matters worse, my phone is my only internet source so I'm at the library posting this hoping I'll get the response I need (or any response) sooner rather than later. I'll do ANYTHING I possibly can to not lose my files.. please help! (I even went and bought a brand new laptop with Windows 10 on it since my XP home computer doesn't like my OPO.)
If you can get to fastboot, then you could try flashing the system.img only and see if it boots. If not, the you may have to flash the entire package, excluding userdata and recovery.
Fastboot flashing guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/guide-return-opo-to-100-stock-t2826541
Fastboot image:
http://builds.cyngn.com/factory/bacon/cm-13.0-ZNH0EAS2JK-bacon-signed-fastboot-2d1a3b8dca.zip
If you are able to boot into fastboot mode, then first flash a custom recovery(eg.twrp) using the command
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Then boot into recovery from fastboot mode using this command
Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img
If you did everything right you might boot into your recovery. And from there I'm sure you can resolve your issue.
