Have you found your solution? I had a similar experience from a specific mistake on my part.

Can you boot into recovery mode? If so just repeat steps with the same rom or a new one.
So, I have updated my TWRP to 2.2.1 and decided to update TrickDroid to the latest 6.2.0 version (T-Mobile). After doing a full wipe, I installed and I noticed that when booting up, my phone has a normal, generic android boot animation. I tried using the tweaks package to change it, but only the shutdown animation changed, and the boot animation is still the "android" logo animation. I tried ref lashing, reinstalling TWRP, flashing the kernel separately and still nothing. Any ideas/help?

It would be better to ask this in Trickdroid's support thread. You could always manually replace the .zip file.
I had very little luck using the Tweaks package. Very few of the changes I made stuck. I couldn't get *any* of the inverted apps to work. I just ended up using the ROM without any tweaks because it has such great battery life.
On only had this problem using twrp. No problems with latest cwm. Checked it 2 times!

Which version of TWRP were you using?
EDIT:
I tried with the latest cwm recovery, still the same. I find it really weird that when I tried flashing MIUI, the boot animation was there...It's only trickdroid :\
find the boot animation you want and move to \system\media and reboot and it will work
my phone is rooted running cyanogenmod 9 and whenever i want to install a sense rom it stays at the boot animation ive tried everything i even used the latest t mobile ruu to restore back to stock and it will not boot with the stock rom what can i do to fix this problem??

I know it sounds silly but I've had a similar problem in the past but it was all because I forgot to format the Partitions, dalvik cache from the recovery menu etc. Maybe try that if you haven't already. Hope it helps
I've tried installing multiple custom kernels that say they work with 4.2.2, which is what this ROM is. I install, the install is sucessful, then I have to reboot. But it never boots past the HTC splash screen. It just goes to a blank black screen.
Is this a known issue with this ROM? If so, anyone have any ideas do I can install Beastmode?
Help is greatly appreciated.
Have you read through the Beastmode thread before writing this?

I wanted to switch from Cyanogen to Paranoid Android. I flashed the file using Rom Manager (the file is pa_aosp_mako.zip). Obviously something went wrong and now the phone is stuck on the boot logo. What can I do to flash PA in this situation?
Thanks,
