Hi Guys,
The tablet will not load... After turning on power it gets to a logo screen and won't boot past it.... screen turns off then back to logo screen over and over...Wondering if anyone knows the key combinations to get into recovery mode to set the tablet back to factory?
I found online that it says power button and volume + but that's not working.. Any other ideas?
Model is hs-9DTB4-8GB
Thanks

It's boots to surface logo but no spinning wheel, I've tried a USB recovery from a few images I've downloaded and it want boot from the USB (hold vol down while holdin power)
So I've failed in that does anyone know of what I can do?
Also tried powering it on and off constantly
And vol up and power button
Still nothing!!
Bump. Anyone?
Power it off. Turn it on, when the Surface splash screen appears, turn it off.
Do that 3 times, on the 4th time let it boot, it might boot into recovery.
I'm currently on the oreo beta update and tried to apply a theme. Afterwards the phone reset and is now stuck at the t-mobile logo where it seems to look like it's in one handed mode since the other parts of the screen are black. The LED light is on and the phone continuously vibrates. I cannot turn the phone off and any attempt at booting it back into safe mode doesn't work. Any suggestions?
Well I couldn't fix it normally so I went into recovery mode and reset the entire device which solved the issue. Hopefully no one else has to deal with that. If your device doesn't turn off, hold power button + volume down to get it to soft reset then hold power + bixby + volume up to get into recovery.
Hi all,
Hoping you can help, I’ve got a T95Z Plus, whilst has power and looks like it boots up, it seems to be stuck on a black screen, when it does load the screen flickers constantly, making it unusable.
I have tried the following, with no success:
Toothpick in AV port to press reset button
Press power and volume down to
Load boot menu.
Used alternative hdmi and power lead.
Any other suggestions please?
Thanks,
Chris
Hello xda community,
I tried to install TWRP on a Captiva Pad 10 3G Plus. The installation failed, so I'm now stuck at a boot loop. As soon as the tablet is connected to a power source, it keeps restarting. I can only see the Android logo and after that the tablet turns black and the Android screen is shown again. This keeps going until the battery is empty.
All the phisical buttons seem to have no functions because the power button and the reset button can't turn the tablet off and pressing power together with volume (-) won't start the recovery mode.
Their support isnt very helpful, they only told me that power and volume - would normally start the recovery mode. Nevertheless I tried pressing power and volume (+) and power together with both volume buttons. But this didn't start the recovery mode as well.
I also tried to connect the tablet to my pc, but it disconnects too fast to use ASB.
Has anyone an idea what I can do to fix this?

Click to collapse
you can turn phone off, then turn it on with volume button up. that will bring you to fastboot screen. now you can run TWRP (version 3.0.0-1 is installable)
