Can any one tell me what i did wrong?
I used a I727UCALC4_OneClick package to flash my at&t i727 to android 4.0.3. For some reason my home button and search button did not work so i said to return back to stock.
I flashed the phone with SGH-I727-UCKJ2-k0nane thru ODIN to return to stock 2.3.5 . I then tried to do a OTA update to 2.3.6. The update downloads and starts installing , reboots the phone and fails to finish.
Any help please ? Thanks
I tried doing this myself last night. Remember you will lose your root once taking it to 2.3.5, so re root using Odin, then, reboot. Then follow the root instructions as outlined by user k0nane here at xda. Then get into clockwork mod recovery mode and restore to the backup version you did of 2.3.6...much easier process than trying to flash stock. Hope that helps.

You might have renamed the backup, the backup might be corrupt, or you did the backup with a different version of cwm than you are trying to restore it with.
If this helps I got here a copy of my mhx lite 2.3.6 I made before going to 4.0.3

Its mhx superlite 3.1 but if the rom will work you can later on flash whatever you want. Atm you seem to be stuck with an unusable phone so anything is better.
Go to sammobile.com
make an account
go to firmware section
type i727 in the box
scroll down and download the tar
extract with 7zip
Flash in odin
Then drink beer and such
i was able to flash tru cwm a att rom that worked. Everything works ok now.
It is possible to transfer my data from the backup into this working rom ?
Just flash modem. To match firmware....

I have a galaxy tab 2 7.0 [GT-P3113]
I just flashed cwm recovery on it and rooted it, I've just wanted to try and uninstall clockworkmod and go back to stock recovery, I searched everywhere but I couldn't find anything for my tab model.
I'm running android 4.0.4, didn't flash any ROMs yet.

Thanks, I have some questions because I coudln't post a reply to that post.
-I live in egypt and I bought my tab from the US, this rom is for the US so should I flash it normally? (will I get the OTA updates)?
-should I backup my data and so? (sorry it's my first device)
You should get ota's as its 100% stock. As far as flashing it no need to backup anything. You won't have root or cwr to use your backup. Flash via Odin and you should be good to go.

*I done that for my Galaxy Ace, I believe should be the same.
reverting back to Stock from CWM all you need is Odin and stock firmware which able to obtain from sammobile.
flash is with stock ROM via Odin will bring everything back to stock. *after flash, make sure swipe your data & cache OTHERWISE it will stuck and become boot-loop.

I did flash the stock ROM and recovery via odin, and it worked perfectly, thanks for the info thought because once I forgot to wipe data and it was stuck on boot-loop till I reached recovery mode.
I meant isn't there a normal way to go back to android recovery without flashing new ROM?
Can't really have stock recovery AND root... seeing as you install root via CWM
Besides you can do way more with CWM over stock.

i have karbonn smart tab 10 (cosmic) .i have installed twrp recovery on my tab. but i cant find any zip files when i go into recovery and twrp is not working properly.i cant even root my tab. i want to go back to original recovery.please help.
Do you have a P5100 , P5110 or P5113 ? It don´t sounds like!
If not - don´t use this files! This might brick your device!
If you don´t have a P51XX you need to find a Stock-Recovery or Custom-Recovery for your Device.
If you have P51XX download and flash a StockRom - or extract the recover.img inside the XXX_HOME.tar.md5 and make it Odin-Flashable using this tool and flash it with Odin.

Since upgrading to JB 4.1.2, I am not able to downgrade to ICS. After the flashing ICS via odin or for that matter mobile odin, is complete, it goes into a boot loop. Only way way out was again flash Jelly bean, it worked. Is there any firmware with full components like pda separate file, CSC separate file and phone separate file? I have heard that we need to flash these separate files via odin to downgrade. can anybody give a download link for the same?

you must go to stock ricovery ( with power + volum up ) and then wipe data
( your data are remove ( factory riset )
sorry for my bad ENGLISH
But I have heard that if one wipes factory reset through stock recovery, I am afraid one is liable to get bricked devices.

If you want to downgrade from official JB to official ICS, you have to have .pit file
You can search pit file for P6200 in XDA and using odin to flash official ICS with option re-partition checked
First time, when my friend downgrade without .pit file, tab got stuck at SS logo even wipe everything fully. With .pit file, it succeeded

No, just ICS Stock Rom with .pit file
P6200 pit file in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1667886) works fine
You can downgrade to HC, do wipes and flash ICS.
i usually do encounter this on my 7.7 when i flash hc from ics...what i did was wipe the device using cwm after flashing the older firmware to fix the bootloop...
my friend have tab 7 plus and i'm planning to flash jb on it...is the stock JB recovery free from the brickbug?

Did you check option re-partition in Odin?
By the way, stuck at SS logo is quite often happened if you did not wipe. You should try to perform full wipe.
There is an issue related to wipe using ICS stock recovery, you should use Odin to flash CWM recovery (without .pit file) and use CWM recovery to wipe.

My Samsung Galaxy Fit version was 2.3.4. I wanted to update it to 4. I found Cyanogen Mod but it didn't support my phone. I rooted my phone properly.:victory: I installed TWRP and flashed this ROM(from xda-developers.com) and Google Apps from the same post. Everything went OK. Now, when I turn on my phone, Cyanogen Mod blue splash screen shows and two blue screens are spinning. After some searching I found that I got a loop. Now I cannot do anything with the phone. One of solutions that came to my mind is to flash a recovery(stock) ROM, but I can not find it anywhere for my model. The original, stock version is 2.3.3. I updated it via settings in Android.
What can I do now? To sum things up:
I have got a Cyanogen Mod loop
I cannot find stock image for my phone model
I do not know what to do!:crying:
EDIT: I found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=42924000#post42924000. I will try it and post what happened.

The rom u flashed is slightly modified(for cwm) with some tweaks which r not there in samsung stock roms(like max upto 787Mhz, init.d tweaks etc...) However, the real original way to flash Gingerbread for galaxy fit is via Odin. Android 4 isn't officially supported for FIT so it's only custom supported in the form of CM10.x custom roms & hence, can't b flashed via odin.
