It seems fine, have been using it for 3-4 weeks now and I must admit it does last longer than my run down battery !!
Does anyone know if this will fit in teh XDA 3 ?

HTC S710 Battery for Sale in HYDERABAD INDIA

I have a brand new unopened HTC s710 EXTENDED battery (2250mAh) just delivered from Hong Kong for sale... I had ordered it for my phone but it while waiting for it the phone itself has packed up.

i have one, working OK

is it thick? do we need to use the cover that they provide?? n how is the battery life.. better than org std batt?

The 2250mAh battery works like a charm. ugly as hell, but you can use your vox twice as long compared to the original battery (1050mAh).

Here in Mumbai i am able to get a new batt with same original specifications for Rs.1500 which i believe I can get for Max 1300.00..dont knw if I shud be buying it or not...
Actually one problem I am facing with My phone at present is that the GREEN LED on the LEFT i.e the Wifi LED is always SOLID GREEN even if the wifi is ON or OFF..
Have checked in a couple of ROM but the problem still persists.What do u guys feel is it that the Batt is faulty or something els..any ways I am planning to buy a new one cause as such the Batt is not ale to HOLD POWER this happened even before the LED problem ..

hey guys, im intending to get the 1600mah mugen power battery. Is it advisable? how much better does it fares against the samsung 1500mah batt? will it last additional 1 more hour on display?

These 3rd party batteries dont really offer what they say probably its even worse than the stock 1500mAh

so did you end up buying the mugen 1600mAH battery ? If yes, how did it go ?

Mugen batteries are very good. I used to own one for a samsung PDA i had a while back and was far superior to other 3rd party batteries i tried.
I can't imagine you getting much out of an extra 100mah though? For example if you get 8 hours use from the device you would expect a return of around 8.5 hours with the extra 100mah. Of course this is an approximation but it gives you an idea. Just take the time you normally get from the current battery and divide by 15 then times by 16 and you will get a very rough estimate as to how much will be gained.

Thanks for the info. I bought a third party (not Mugen) 1500mAh battery but the battery life is much shorter than the original battery , so i was just wondering if this Mugen 1600mAh one is really slightly better than my original samsung battery

I got this Mugen 1600mAh battery last week. It works great. To me, it lasts much longer than my original 1500mAh battery (about 3-4 hrs more). I highly recommend it.

You'll be lucky if a higher mAh battery designed to fit in the standard bay, even ones from branded third parties like Andida or Mugen, will be as good as the OEM.
Avoid the ebay non branded, loads of re-badged rubbish not even close to the printed value.

Samsung orginal battries

Flipkart has stock of samsung i9003 battries... And box pack unlike what you get at the service center. I paid Rs410 unlike what samsung charges Rs 599.
Just recived mine havnt tested it out yet.

I get approx. 24 hrs with heavy usage.. around 2 hrs of music 1-2hrs chaton\whatsapp and sometimes games as well with wifi on 24/7

is there any battery with larger capacity ?

Seems these battery from flipkart are really good I ordered 1 from here

& was delivered in 2 days time charged it fully & then discharged it fully repeated this for 4 cycles & after that I am now getting 26-30hrs with moderate usage. Now my charge doesn't loose over suddenly & phone hasn't randomly rebooted since last 15 days or so as it was happening with older battery below 40% I was sure that battery will give up any time.
A good practice is always fully discharge (let the phone shut off) then recharge fully without using the phone if possible so now I use the phone for almost 24hrs without recharging & then charge the phone only in night when I am not using it at all.

I bought one for my SL recently as well from flipkart and am extremely happy with its backup. My phone now lasts more than 1.5 days on medium to heavy usage.

Was having too much problems with old battery (full drain during night, less than 1 hour talktime). So, ordered a new one; although seller has pretty bad feedback. Hopefully, I will receive it on time.

look in the Internet for shop there. There probably won't be other batteries than the original ones in local stores. I have one with 1800mAh which was the maximum i found. Theres is a limit because of technical facts. The batterys capaticy will decrease as it gets older. I need to change my battery every 8-12 months to let it survive the time I need it.
