Hi, I have a problem with all applications installed on my smartphone. Apps like call handling or music are not working. I just see a progress bar.
Apps like camera and endomondo are working on smartphone but on smartwatch not. When somebody calling I agin see status bar on sw2.
All apps are up to date. Smartwatch 2 is on 1.0.B.3.46/1.0.A.3.8
I reinstalled smartconnect and wipe watch, but there are not result.
What is wrong?
Try a reboot on the watch and phone.

After that everythink are working, but after some minutes my problem come back.
What notification app are you using?

Stock applications. Messager, call handling, gmail.
Everythink is fine after reboot, but 1-2 minutes and status bars only
What phone do you run it on?

It looks like either the Smartwatch 2 app or Smart Connect stop working properly, or are blocked by some other app (like a battery saver/privacy app). I suggest that you investigate in this direction.

I updated to the latest 2.3.4 and have tried calling two different people on their computers from my Nexus S using the video chat. They were running the GChat Video in their web browsers. Neither one of them could hear me talk. Is anyone else having this issue? Did I flash incorrectly or something? Everything else works fine.
It might sound stupid/obvious, but never the less, please confirm that you did not mute the mic by touching the mic icon accidentally.
I had the same thought so I clicked it a couple of times. On or off, no sound.

The issue only seems to be with some of my friends computers. I had a friend install the latest plugin for voice and video chat and he could hear me just fine. Maybe they have an old plugin?
A couple of days ago I installed CM 9 Alpha 6 which runs perfectly.
Because I have to go by bus every day I installed Spirit FM. Since that time my ringtones won't work anymore, means when someones calling me I only have vibration but no ringtone at all. Before Spirit FM ringtones worked. I already tried to reinstall Spirit FM, restarted the mobile but the effect was "no ringtone".
Anybody here has a solution for that? Ideal would be if ringtones work and Spirit FM too. A daily tripp by bus can be boring without music and informations
Make sure you exit the application properly.

I've had my Sony Smartwatch for a week and for some reason earlier today it stopped receiving notifications. My partner has one also and I checked my settings against hers and all is correct.
It connects to Bluetooth and the clock works, fine and it stays connected.
I've tried doing a reset but it still doesn't work.
Short of completely uninstalling everything I don't know what else to do.
Has this happened to anybody else?

are you using a specific app for deliver the notifications?
Have you installed some app to controll permissions, internet conections or something like that?
I haven't got a dedicated notifier. I just have Facebook and Twitter, as I've said it was all working fine up until yesterday.

What about the second question?
Have you checked that you still are logined on that services? Also have you checked the settings of that plugins? There you can set what kind of notifications to receive.

Oh I forget to tell you, I have experienced something similar in the past with the music player widget (when I don't use walkman) sometimes the widget stopped working and I used to uninstall it and reinstall it again to get properly working again.

I have the same Problem with the Music Application. Only a hard Reset helps... But that can't be the solution! I reinstalled it many times, but the Problem is not solved.

I have factory reset my nexus 5 in an effort to improve battery life, however I have now run into an issue with my moto 360. I can no longer use my 360 to make my phone ring/text contacts. There no longer seems to be an option in Google now settings: accounts and privacy to enable contact recognition.
When using voice commands on my phone alone there is no issue with it ringing contacts I ask it to. I have tried enabling OK Google detection when when the screen is off.
Any suggestions? Has anyone found a work around for this?

This feature is on by default.
Sorry but it isn't. See:

It is not an option on my nexus 5 since factory resetting, and means that I can't instigate voice calls using my moto 360.

Are you thinking that Google is as fast as we are.. You are wrong my friend.
Fair enough, any ideas why my phone won't recognise any commands from my moto 360 to ring contacts etc... then? All I get is a message on my moto 360 to "try again on my phone" which appears after the 360 finds the right contact and the right number and tries to ring.
