vibration on galaxy tab 3 10.1? - Galaxy Tab 3 General

Just want to ask if you people have a vibration option on your gt 3 10.1, because i can't find it...

I've never had a tablet with vibration. At the moment I've got a Tab 3 8.0 and can confirm that too has no vibration motor.
I'm glad it's not got one as I play Crazy Taxi a lot and that game has no option to disable vibration so is vibrating constantly on a phone but can't do so on a tablet.

but i had it on galaxy note 10.1 and nexus 7,so i was thinking that maybe is some problem with firmware

I had the first gen Nexus 7 and that had no vibration. Are you talking about the second gen one?
Sent from my SM-T310 using xda app-developers app

that's right, nexus 7 don't have vibration too, i looked now. sorry for misinformation. but I'm pretty sure that samsung galaxy note 10.1 n8010 had it. but, what I wanted to know is that if sgt3 10.1 has it, and now I know the answer - no.

I've never owned a tab that had vibration. Vibration motors are for pocketable mobiles for silent notifications while stowed. Tablets vibration motor is useless and always omitted.

Wrong
No, you guys are wrong, SG Tab 3 10.1 (P5200) has got a vibration motor. You can find out that by shutting down your tablet. At the end it will vibrate for short time Just I don`t know how to make it useful while using tablet.

Well I just Googled it and yes apparently the 10.1 does have it and is used for tactile feedback when using the keyboard.

That's Google Now at work. It calculates time and distance from locations you go to frequently. I find it amazing.

Oh OK I just find it as a invasion of privacy and it should be turned off by default.

I think turning your gps off will disable most of the inner workings.

Is the Allshare Cast Hub working with the Note 10.1?

Is it?

What do You think when both devices are from SAMSUNG ?
Call it forsight, but when it says for SGS3 I'll better ask a dumb question before paing 60€ for something that p*@es me off, wouldn't be the first time with samsung to assume something that seems plausible and then it's not.

If the htc one work on the note 10.1, I see no problem with it working on the note 10.1
I will know when i get it, I ordered from amazon and i might see it within a month LOL.
WTF! It's working only with my note 10.1, no allshare cast option on the SGS3(guess old provider firmware).
Something else: ist it possible to add both devices to one dongle or do I have to pair the devices everytime when switching?

[Q] no s pen,no s pen app on tablet!

I bought myself a galaxy tab 10.1 P5113 from wal mart.when I got home and open the box and inspect the tablet, I've noticed that it didn't have the s-pen.So I've proceeded to turn on the tablet,I've noticed the apps that it didn't have the S-pen app like my galaxy note phone.I'm confused,I see that on the commercials and at a few stores that they have the S-pen and app! I went to Best Buy to buy the original Samsung S-pen to work on the tablet but, it didn't work on the tablet but it did work on my note!!! I've even contacted samsumg and they couldn't give me any answer! do I have a tablet thats not compatible with S-pen or I need to mod or download the S-pen app??
You bought the wrong one it's the note 10.1 n8010 or n 8013, you just got the older galaxy tab with no spen support.

You bought the wrong tablet, this is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000/N8013. The galaxy TAB 10.1 is not optimized to use the s-pen. Anyone can get confused because they look alike.
Sent from my GT-N8013 using xda app-developers app
yup you've got the wrong tablet..........may be you can exchange it
Sent from my GT-N8000 using xda app-developers app
Yep, you picked up the wrong tablet. Whilst they do look the same, they clearly say in the commercials "galaxy note 10.1", and in the shop it would have said on a ticket "galaxy tab 10.1". Why didn't you ask an assistant for help?
If you hurry you should be able to return it and pick up the galaxy NOTE 10.1.

I'm going to check and see if they have that model,I want the S-pen like i have on my Note!!!!
Easy mistake to make....
You guys are lucky, if you've opened the packaging, sometimes even if you haven't, you are stuck with what you bought here in Australia...
Yeah Some region don't accept returns
that's what i like in the US.

Galaxy relay 4g gets Official JB update the blaze should be next!?

"Jelly Bean now available for the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G"
http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/androidcentral/~3/rqMSoC61OlU/story01.htm
Just thought that this might interest the Blazers
... That phone is just the blaze with a qwerty keyboard so it shouldn't be long and maybe their code might help development here for Cm 10.1

It's quite different than just the keyboard

Screen too big

I have had this tablet since it came out and I also have a note 3 I find myself using my note 3 more at home because the 10.1 just isn't comfortable to hold I find it awkward I would like something in the middle of my note 3 and the note 10.1 I'm thinking the note 8.0 but is this dated is there something else that you would feel is better?

Anyone recommend the best 8inch tablet?
Sent from my SM-N9005 using xda app-developers app
If you want one with a pen you have the newly released Nvidia Tegra note 7 as an alternative
Sent from my GT-N7105 using xda app-developers app
The tablet that I pick up mosy for general use in my house is my rooted Nook HD plus. It is made to hold portrait runs plenty fast and is the most comfortable to hold.
For reference I also have Note 10.1, Ipad, Ipad mini, and nexus 7. I find the 7 inch screen to small. My second choice would be the mini.
