I have been using CyanogenMod 10.1 (Stable) in my Galaxy SII. I am using the default kernel provided by CM.
But now I want to flash Dorimanx kernel in my S2. I went to dorimanx(dot)com, but I got confused seeing a huge kernel list. I don't know which kernel to download, which is right for my device, I also don't know which is the latest version.
I hope that you can help me by providing the right latest Dorimanx kernel for my Galaxy S2

Hi, I'm looking for an OC kernel compatible with the latest nightly of Cianogenmod 10.1. I used the AOKP kernel but since the update to Android 4.2.2 is not working anymore. Is there any OC kernel I can use? How can I downgrade to the latest working nightly?
Thanks for your attention.

Hi,
I want to build a Kernel for the GT-I9300 from source for CM, I've tried doing it on Samsung based ROMs,
but what do I need for CM based ROMs? Drivers? Specific tweaks?
Thanks in advance.
There are several Kernels Built for the Samsung Galaxy S3 International from CM Source. You may visit the Device forum. As to CM is concerned, they have a nice Wiki on this topic.
When looking for a CM ROM for my Galaxy Tab S i discovered that there is a CM Port Kernel. So what I don't understand is what that kernel actually allows you to do? Can you install CM if you have this kernel? What do you need it for?
Thanks!
Hello everybody on XDA I am noob when it comes to this forum and android tickering.
Now I have got xda's android-andi's OS lineageos 14.1 on my device, and it's rooted.
How do I get a great custom kernel for it? Does the kernel need to be compatible with the operating system? Also which one is stable (i'd guess most of them)
I want a little overclocking to speed it up. Is dhollmen good?
In short:
Device Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 3G & WiFi (p5100)
OS running on it: LineageOS 14.1 (Nougat 7.1.2 based)
Custom kernal that can overclock etc. WANTED!
The solution is throw it into a garbage bin
Well, not. Lol. Mine it's so much faster with 14 and can be used. I know about Dholmenn kernel it oc at 1200 but never installed it since now
