Desire S don't pass HTC White screen !!! What i'm doing wrong ?? [SOLVED]

Hi m8's ! I unlocked my desire S by HTCdev , root phone using Clockworkmod and Superuser...try to flash a ROM and when reboot the phone don't pass htc white screen !! what i'm doing wrong ? Ahhh very important in fastboot it still's S-ON...HBOOT-2.00.0002....radio-3822.10.08.04_M !! Ok i see many threads but it's so many i'm going crazy .

The problem with unlocking your phone with HTC Dev is that your kernel (boot partition) is still locked and when you flash a new ROM, it's kernel is not flashed, as your phone retains the old HTC kernel incompatible with the new ROM.
The solution to this is to flash the boot.img separately from fastboot
You can find boot.img within the .zip file of the ROM you're trying to flash.

I'm running late for some important work... so can't explain in detail right now.
If you don't know the basics of adb and fastboot, just use the fastboot flasher utility from the post below to flash the boot.img

- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot
for update just flash rom zip from recovery
Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.

That was fast. Rom tester didnt you know that 4.2 camera doesnt work on our device no matter what? Our phone doesnt have gyroscope. No gyroscope no photosphere. someone even tried porting the camera withput photosphere. it works but the person only uploads screenshots of it working but no download link

If you would know whats wrote in that disclaimer ( from cyanogenmod ) you would know that it doesnt make sence as answer to my post.
It even doesnt make sence in this thread.
This faulty mod requires android 4.1 so the warranty is already void before flashing this crap. Flashing things that are coming from you is like flashing malware.

Image might be out of proportion, or it might be jpg, instead of jpeg
I have attached the original image along with the zip so someone can modify it. Arter did the hard work, and It's now up to the community to improve and move it forward as I'm sure he wont waste more time drawing on photoshop.
Use the attached image, Edit it as you want it, Maintain same proportions and JPEG format. Replace it using winrar.

4.)Open Odin on PC.

1. Root your device then flash this recovery
2. Try flashing app ( let it fail )
3. Reboot to system then copy this file
/cache/recovery/last_log

Then reboot to system
( easy way )
Download app called quick support and samsung quick support plugin then give me your id so that I. Can connect and use your device

Installation
1.)Turn on usb debugging in developer option.
2.)Power off your device, press and hold Volume Down + Home + Power buttons at the same time until you see a Warning with a Yellow Triangle.
3.)Now press Volume Up button. Your phone now is in ODIN MODE (Download Mode).
4.)Open Odin on PC.
5.)UNTICK everything
6.)Connect Phone to PC using USB Cable.(You will see added message on Odin)
7.)On Odin click on PDA(till version 3.07) OR click on AP(after version 3.09)
8.)Select the recovery.tar.md5
9.)Press on start.
10.)Remove battery quickly after Odin says pass before it boots up.
11.)Insert battery again. Press Power + Volume Up + Home button, and hold till you see the Samsung logo.

i need to clear some questions is this recovery made newly or from older build as far i know all the recovery's launched from note 3 neo in 5.1.1 build custom roms of sm-n750 are forgetting wifi passwords but the wifi password not forgetting in sm-n7505 rom as the twrp/cmw is based on sm-n7505 not sm-n750
so on which phone you made this recovery on sm-n7505 or sm-n750

still bugs cant mount external sd so fix all stuff or make in the thread its beta cwm recovery

Well there is no change in kernel for both.. The kernel source for 4g and 3g are same just some changes in defconfig and there is no use network option in recovery.
Secondly read the thread change log in Beta v1
The source which I use :-
Kernel source Lollipop
Cm source latest ( i repo sync every source)
And about the bugs please flash this tell cause I DONT HAVE YOUR device. I am just trying to make cm for you. So plz flash and tell the bugs if you guys me tooo work
