Hi there, You need to check whether charging cable and your Charging port (MicroUSB) has any loose connection. If you are unable to diagnose, take it to nearest repair center. And a suggestion, post your problem in appropriate thread instead of creating a new one to avoid mess of threads and keep the forum clean.

Hope this is the right place to post this thread, and my first thread on XDA also.
I just bought the 2*1900mah Anker batteries and a charger combo these days. Every thing satisfies me, what toubles me is the charger.
Do you guys know how to use the charger, a manaul for this would be perfect!

Yeah, the extra USB port is for additional charging. Charge your one battery in the charger and charge the other in your phone.
Just bought mine today...... woohoo One little problem however, In my room the socket is right beside my bed post leaving little room! Its difficult to explain what i mean but basically because the usb cable plugs into the side of the charger rather then the front, It inhibits me from being able to plug it in unless i move my bed which i cant really do! Is it ok to use a samsung charger to charge the phone???
Any advice / recommendations on an alternative charger?
Use the samsung charger, it'll be fine

I have an I9500 s4. Rooted with pacman rom [5.0.1]. When i am plugging into an ac charger its very slow and also draining if used while charging. So i used ktweaks to try and enable fast charge and the charging current is 500 amp (and sometimes drops to 300amp). I think the problem is that my AC adapter is being recognised as a usb port. My charger is 2amp and i have used it before and had no such problem [before custom rom]. So is there anyway to increase the charging current.

I have new lenovo s650, I ordered it recently, the problem is the device cannot be charged. I could use it until the factory charging held (eg. 40% battery) after then I tried different chargers but no use. - no charger issue.
I tried the battery in another s650, its working...... so not battery issue.
Im asking that replacing lower PCB which has the USB connector could help in this case? or repalcing the motherboard could help only? Where is the battery controller located?

Are you using the original letv charger and adaptor? This issue usually pops up when the charger that you are using delivers very less current. So when you power on, it charges in a higher speed and may be the cable/ adaptor is not able to deliver enough current. Please check and let know if a new cable/adaptor fixes the issue.

That's a good point. I did buy a replacement cable as i had lost the original one...I'm not sure about the adapter being at fault...will need to get a new set to see if this fixes the problem. worth a try though. appreciate your inputs. :good:
Just make sure that the replacement cable is of a good quality. I'm using mivi cable and that's pretty good. Can be found in amazon. Happy to help. Cheers!

Please use original charger if you're using original cable because our original cable needs 12v output if you're using another charger then don't use original cable instead use a Type-C connector along with usb 2.0 charger it will surely charge your mobile while you're using it.
I'm too facing the same issue ,I'm using original charger and adapter with latest os version installed

Like all the other replies say you should have a good cable. But your mobile should charge even when it is switched on. Maybe too many apps are running in background, due to which it is not charging fast enough to notice.
My le1s is charging but when i put my phone in charging at 11:30 pm at that time my battery was 12 and my phone was charging but when i sawed at 9:00 am the battery was 9 percent please help me!!!

hi my le eco 1s charging only in off mode also the c type pin working one side only. over heating while charging. after 100% charged, it remains 100% till it gets on. once on, it got discharged fully with in hour.
