i have the same problem, so i asked Alejandrissimo he said that i should reunlock simlock and it costs 10$.
I flashed stock ROM's some times and simlock file was ignored but my phone worked and works.
Why lock yourself to one carrier when your phone can work on many ?
Simlock as I think has nothing to do with your problem.
Relock your bootloader and flash that you want...

Unlocking the Simlock
Hello everyone, After attempting to upgrade Gingerbread to ICS on my Xperia Play I used the Testpoint to unblock the bootloader..it turns out that it is now bricked...brilliant of me, I know..using the testpoint it did allow me to use the S1tool and it finds it, however it says that it gives me the Not recognized simlock certificate error message. I used the Sony Bootloader unlock page and ran it with fastboot and it tells me that the phone is already unlocked and using *#*#7378423#*#* it says the bootloader unlock YES... I have already tried flashing the OS, it says that it´s done it but it ignores the simlock.ta and it still wont boot. All I get is a brief vibration and no led. I managed to install the ADB drivers and could enter Fastboot mode, I flashed the kernel and it recognizes it when I open Flashboot but still no boot. What can I do??
In this thread named "simlock.ta problem ignored by flashtool" it says that Mr Alejandrissimo told someone how to unlock it for 10.00, I´m not sure if that may be the solution. Can someone tell me please how to contact him so I can get that information? I´m really lost here I would definitely appreciate the help.
Thank you for your time and I apologize for the long message, I just wanted to provide as much information as I could.
Solution
Brother Flash this file it solve your problem your device will alive
but other sim problem I don't know

Good Luck.........!

It's completely normal for the flashtool to ignore the "simlock.ta". Now when you search in the service menu you have the possibility to unlock your bootloader "bootloader unlock YES". When you do it it's going to be: "bootloader unlocked YES".
You must put the device in fastboot mode by pressing the volume down button then connecting the micro USB to your phone (the USB part should already be in). Then you have a blue led notification. try using adb and search for this file "twrp2.4.3-mint" in the forum. extract the boot.img then flash it using fastboot flash boot boot.img (do a little search how to do it manually). Now you should have the touch version of
TWRP recovery. Put the zip image of any ROM on a sim card then use the TWRP to flash it and get you phone running fingers-crossed.
For the SIM card, i did have another pb related to the SIM card holder pins (contact pbs)...
Anyway, good luck.
Thank You

Hi there,
I flashed stock rom using the Flashtool but didnt exclude simlock .ta (on the xperia M2). since then my phone has been simlocked.
When I connect to Flashtool it shows that the phone is unlocked also I am able to flash ftf firmwares but when I try to flassh a .img file it gives me Failure message. The same thing happens when I try to flash using the fastboot.
Emma also shows that the phone is locked!
now everything except the simcard works ok.

Unfortunately no,
It seems that the developers who already know the solution prefer to watch us!
Also I didnt have a good response from Sony Service!
The only way that I didnt try is to send your phone to the Sony repair center.
I ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY XPERIA V T25I
I just updated my Xperia V to latest android 4.3 via flashtool.
log file said
This file is ignored : simlock.ta
and now my xperia V Sim / network services stopped and it started asking network unlock PIN.
before update , it was perfectly working and was unlocked
if anybody finds solution , pls let me know
Hey,
I've got a serious problem with my Xperia U and I'm after twelve hours of trying to gifure it out, so I think I've passed more obvious solutions.
OK, so... I tried to unlock bootload (which I did) and root my phone via flashtool using some .tft file from xda. I think I've checked if this system is for mu phone and it was certainly for my soft version (6.1.1.B.10). So, I load this .tft file into flashtool, connect my phone as it tells me, the file uploads just fine, I plug out my phone, try to boot it and it doesn't respont. Since then I've tried to upload few .tft files (.10, .100, .54), to some of them my phone would respond at all (when booted it only vibrated), to some of them the phone would boot, but the touchscreen wouldn't work. In this case I'd have "POWER OFF" and "USE PHONE" on my screen and my side buttons would work (I could block my phone and take photos for example).
So, I've tried:
- flashing several times
- using official software from Sony (PC Companion and EMMA)
- using cmd to fastboot recovery.img - I failed to find recovery.img though.
Any suggestions?
Hi, Guys!
I've bricked my phone the other day with NO KERNAL message in download mode. So now i'm trying to flash bootloader using this method (STEP 2 to be exact) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1706572 So i got the device connected in Device Manager. When I run GTI9103.bat then type 1, and hit Enter nothing happens, the window disappears immediately with the message "cannot find the path specified". Does anyone know what might be the problem???:crying:

you shouldnt have tried that method in first place.
You were able to enter into download mode and in that case your device is not bricked!
If odin is detecting your device, then flashing a recovery/stock rom fixes the problem many times.
You can give it a try to this if odin is not detecting your device!
Good luck!
Accidently I deleted the system folder.Whenever i try to flash stock rom in my tipo using flashtool- I select the stock firmware ,it says preparing to flash. Then i connected the phone in flashmode. It says connected in flashmode.A pop out window says - unplug the device and reconnect. Must be a fault in Flashtool
Try taking out your sd card and then flashing
I guys I'm a noobie at this Stuff... But I make my Struggle, even trying it
I have a M4tel model SS1060 from Telcel, the phone was Ok, just one day it freezed , I removed the battery and when I put it back to the phone it get sttucked at M4 logo
So, I found at the web :cyclops: that with SPflashtool I could make it boot up correctly again, loading again the correct ROM or FIRMWARE with it:
I was making this procedure on a laptop with Windows 8.1pro 64bits.
1.- I get the firmware from MTK page I found
2.- I installed the mtk VCOM preloader drivers succesfully
3.- Extracted the RAR file of the Firmware.
4.- Opened Flashtool, I selected the respective scatter.txt file for my device, put the icon on "Donwload Only".
5.- I unpluged the battery, and conect it via USB, the program started to send the file . After a few secconds a error ocurred saying that the PMT was wrong. So i Try it again a few times, even with other version of SPflashtool, and different firmwares for the M4 ss1060 (diferent mobile operators ROMs) without good results.
At this point the phone was in the same condition... I could boot it into recovery normaly, but when triyng to boot it up it keeps stucked at M4's Logo.
I found that this issue was supposed to be fixed setting the program on "Firmware Upgrade" instead of "Download Only". So I make the same process changing it to Firmware Upgrade.....
7.- The progam started succesfully, and loaded the file completly with no errors, after eight minutes the "ok " icon" was shown :fingers-crossed: .
I unplugged the phone from the PC, insert the battery and nothing happened ANYTHING. I think that my mistake was to put "Firmware Upgrade".....
The phone keeps OFF I plug the Charger and it does not turns even the screen to Say "I'm Charging" :crying: I can't even get it into recovery mode, no logo screens. BUT.... When I plug the USB from the PC to the Phone I see that the Device Manager detects the phone with the Vcom Preloader of Mediatek.
So I tried to load the firmware again with SPflashtool on Download mode, the program send the file correctly, and it takes long as ten minutes showing the "OK" icon. But the phone keeps OFF, it makes nothing....
So I wonder If someone knows what to do, I was thinking on install a custom recovery, having on that the problem may be that I damaged the recovery of my phone making it unaviable to boot up. But I'm not shure, and I haven't found information about it.
I just knows that my phone has a MT6572 Chipset, I wonder if some one knows what to do.
Thanks.
