Google Now Refreshing Indefinitely - Nexus 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When I pull down on the screen to have Google Now refresh, sometimes the rainbow bar moves for an infinite about of time, and it does not refresh. It just continuously looks like it's refreshing.
I either have to disable and then enable Google Now to fix it, or restart my device. However, the problem will intermittently reappear.
Any ideas?

[Q] close notification panel

Seems every time I am playing a game, or just now typing, I get a notification and the edge screen notification bar opens and stays open.
When I open an app it disappears but wait a minute or two and someone sends me a notification.
How can I close it without disrupting my game? I'm tired of always having to close and open my app to get it to dcdisappear.
HELP!

[Q] LastPass and Dynamic Notifications causing a lock screen loop?

I recently started using LastPass Android app on my S6. Sometimes, when I go to an app (currently Email is the app) my phone will immediately go to the Dynamic Notifications lock screen. LastPass will be the notification. If I swipe to open the LastPass notification, it asks for my fingerprint unlock and then pops up a "Matching Logins" window. If I try to close that, it goes back to the lock screen with LastPass notification. If I just unlock the phone, it goes back to the app (Email, in this case) for a split-second, and then goes back to the lock screen.
I can find a way out of the loop. Usually, if I hit the home button at the right time it will clear out. But this is very frustrating.
I'm guessing there is some conflict between LastPass and Dynamic Notifications. There is probably a setting I can change in order to stop this, but I have a feeling I will lose a piece of functionality in doing so.
How can I avoid this annoying loop?

Phone locks it self.

I'm giving an example, when I open Google play music my phone locks, and than screen turns back on with location icon in status bar, even though it's off... Help. It's very annoying. Not only with Google play music, also with chrome and twitter.

Accessibility automatically goes off for some apps

Hello guys.
As known, some apps work better with accessibility turned on. Usually when manually turned on, it stays so permanently but for some apps, it goes off after reboot.
But it keeps going off for me after a few hours. Apps like Tiles, Round Corners, Navbar & Sesame shortcuts.
Only Nova launcher stays on.
Any help on this issue?
Thanks
I have the same issue. I also have issues getting notifications. They'll all sync at once when I unlock the phone, or if I get on WiFi. Driving me nuts.
Turn off clear app (choose which app you would like to keep) when screen is off, this will solve the problem.

Something like a camera focus mark in the four corners of the screen

It has been displayed occasionally until now, but it is now displayed every time in Open beta 5. This is shown on the lock screen as well as unspecified apps. For example, Nova Launcher. Also, this will only be displayed for a few seconds, not permanently. Since it is not reflected in the screenshot, it was drawn and reproduced. It's black for clarity, but it's actually white and smaller.
Is there a way to remove this?
I don't know the cause, but it was resolved. What was displayed in the four corners was the trigger (?) Of Google Assistant.
The solution is
1. Disable Google Assistant
2. Enable Google Assistant
Only this.
Please try if you have the same symptoms.
