Phone won't boot after rooting - HTC Pico (Explorer)

So... I followed this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317870
And then, I did this: http://www.techniciastudios.com/how...ean-on-htc-explorer-increase-internal-memory/ (I did the Partitioning the SD Card part), and now, my phone won't boot. I get stuck at the HTC logo.

Solved, I transferred CM10 to my external card on my other phone, then placed the sdcard in Pico and flashed it.

[Q] I think I bricked my Incredible?

I flashed my droid with Unr3voked and proceeded to install Sapphire. With it, I had to get ROM Manager and Clockwork Recovery. I noticed somehow my 2 gigs of SD card memory was gone, and I tried to format the SD card. When I rebooted, it is stuck on the white Incredible boot screen. I can get it to recovery mode, but I got a bit... delete happy. My SD card got partitioned, and it also says my SD card can't be mounted with error E:Can't mount /dev/block/mmcb1k1p1 (or /dev/block/mmcb1k1). I want to 1) unpartition my SD card, (I know, there's a million forum posts about this, but I'm on a Mac and can't seem to figure it out) and 2) fix all this and get my phone working again. I don't really care what ROM it uses as long as it works again. Any help would be thoroughly appreciated.
no you did not brick your phone bcuz you can get to the recovery.

[Q] Damaged SD Card?

So I unmounted it, put it in my PC, took some pictures off, ejected it, put it back in and guess what? Damaged SD card. I reformatted it 2-3 times and nothing. I need my SD for everything on my phone. I am rooted running a custom rom (Android Revolution HD). Please help me, i can't live without my SD
I could use some more information...does the phone not read the card? And your computer does?
Sent from my Inspire 4G using XDA Premium App
Being rooted with a custom ROM doesn't mean you NEED the SD card. It will still be rooted and have the ROM loaded and working. I went through this last night for the 2nd time. You should be able to place SD card into computer, format (FAT32) and then reload it into phone and it should be fine. If this doesn't work try a different card.
I couldnt read it in my phone. And i know i dont NEED it, but all my apps are on it. I restarted, and it worked
I used to have the same problem with one of my sd cards and I found out that it wasn't genuine (hacked card) - yours may not be the case

[Q] [QTWRP - Stuck in Boot Screen

Guys: I am a noob in every capacity, but after a couple of searches on your forums I cant figure my issue out. I bought a TF101 that was already loaded with TWRP 2.1.5. A couple of weeks have gone by and now the tablet is stuck in the boot screen. I have already tired doing a factory reset, and restoring to previous backup. All of which hasn't worked.I have new rom loaded on my sd card but I cant find the SD card on TWRP
Has anyone had this issue before? If so how did you fix it?
Any help would be appreciated!!
I never used TWRP 2.1.X.X to know if it sees external storage. It will only see microSD, not full SD from the dock.
Also, be sure your microSD is formatted for FAT32. It will not work for an exFAT, NTFS or any other partition table.
If that does not work, I would boot to APX mode and use EasyFlasher to load TWRP 2.2.X.X. You need the Naked Drivers to get the best APX driver.
Flash that TWRP, then it should see the external (microSD) card when you choose external storage, flash ROM, enjoy!

[Q] SD card not detected on htc explorer

My device is htc explorer, I got root privilege earlier and then upgraded from android 2.3.5 to 4.4.1. There was several problems on this new version of android for my device(like, browser was showing olny a black screen and SD card wasn't detected and so on). Then I downloaded the zip file of stock-rom for htc explorer and flashed it to get the android 2.3.5 back on my device. It looked like I had my old phone back, but just then i realised that the SD card was still not detected. Its frustrating because i have very less internal memory, please help.
P.S: I used TWRP recovery mod
SOLVED!!
To those of you who are having this same problem with SD card not being detected. I've got the solution. This is what I did:.... In the twrp recovery press the
“Advanced” button. Then press
Partition Sd-card. I gave 512 mb along with 32mb of swap (this size is irrelevant because you can delete them later on ).
I don't know if it was necessary but I also pressed on "fix permission" and swiped it.
After that i just rebooted normally and I was happy to see my sd card contents on my phone.

Sony Zperia Z3 Rooted - "Damaged SD card. SD card is damaged. try reformatting it."

Sony Z3 - SD Card Problem
I have a Sony Z3, rooted, with dual recovery (philz/twrp).
So every time I boot up is says "Damaged SD card. SD card is damaged. try reformatting it." I could still access all of my music that was on the card so i don't think it was really broken. But I formatted it any. But It still says exactly the same message and I am unable to mount it on the options, I cannot see it on the pc either.
The sd card is a sandisk extreme, which I have taken out and put into a nokia lumia to test and it works fine so the card is ok.
I am using this rom: "[Rom][5.1.1][D6603]Pre-Rooted + XZDR 2.8.21 [23.4.A.0.546] * Nordic *" / http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/rom-pre-rooted-xzdr-2-8-21-t3162851
I can't seem to access the recovery either It may be because those files were on the sd!
Anyone know what the hell is going on?
Well, I have completely restored the phone to factory settings, and still it cannot do anything with the card. i know it works on another phone so i might have to send the phone back
Flash SuperSU again... I had the same issue with dual recovery and SD Card, flashing SuperSU again solved my problem.
I've also moved the folder XDRecovery (or something like that) to the internal memory. Everything is working fine so far.
Have you tried fixing it from the recovery menu? I had the same issue and I formated the SD in my computer then, then in my phone (none of them worked) and lastly from the recovery menu and it seemed to work for me.
had the same issue...just reformatted on PC using hp disk format utility and uncheck quick format, set the format type to exFAT. THen insert into phone and it works fine...of course evrytime u reboot phone youll get the same error...just unmount the sd card and reinsert it while the phone is ON. it will work..seems like a bug to me...but dont worry ur sd card is fine.
For me re-installing the XZDualRecovery with the Windows installer fixed the issue!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/help/z3-sd-card-recognized-reboot-t3170817
i had this issue several times, i've just reflashed the XZDualRecovery to fix it... (no need to wipe anything)
