I just received my Nexus 5 and when I hook it up to a PC the screen becomes really unresponsive. Has anyone else experienced this?
Cheers

Hi,
Received my Sensation about a week ago, and since then i have found that randomly during usage the screen will quickly fade to black (appears to show some kind of artifacts whilst fading). To continue using the phone i have to lock it and then unlock it again. Sometimes it happens as soon as i unlock the phone.
Anyone else experiencing a similar problem?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi mate,
I received my Sensation today and it took all of 10 min for the screen to go black with a thin blue vertical line through the middle. I had to take the battery out to get it back to work. But now the screen flickers, shakes when I touch it (but not always). Also now if I get the black screen I can get it back by putting it to sleep and waking it up by the power button.
Does that sound like your problem?
rio
PS: and to all the phone is going back and I'm hoping for better luck next time around

I have had it happen on several occasions, I am using the phone my thumb is above the screen about 1/2 or 1/4 of an inch and the phone thinks I clicked on the screen. This is annoying.
Anyone else have this problem?
You can change this setting (touch sensitivity from high to normal)

Hey, my nexus 5 fell of my hands and broke the screen , after that whenever I try to turn it on it just takes so long to power on with a laggy loading screen and when it finishes the screen goes black and there is no respond like it's dead.
Can you please help me?

i honestly think that's an hardware issue, caused by the drop... had similar issues with the module which handles cellular connections, had to get it fixed by LG to get back mobile Internet
I have an OG Nvidia Shield Portable with a cracked screen. The digitizer wasn't working after the screen was cracked but that was no biggie seeing how the device could still be managed using the analog sticks and buttons. I encountered a bug with the device so I decided to do a factory reset and, unfortunately, I'm now stuck on the start up screen on the device (I'd forgotten that the device requires the touch screen during the initial set up prompt). The device is on stock, so still on Lollipop, and I can't think of any way to get past the initial setup screen. Does anyone know if a usb mouse would register on the setup screen if I were to connect using a usb otg cable? I have some reservations about that method considering that the analog stick serves in a similar capacity when the device is fully boot. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
