Hello All,
Looking for help rooting an APEX 7 inch tablet.
specs
1.2ghz A8 arm
4gb memory split between internal and internal sd
external sd slot
I downloaded and tried to root this tablet manually by downloading and pushing over the superuser.ap and su binary. Push worked ok with no errors and I am able to get su user access through adb shell. But when trying titanium back up or any other method to test root on the device it always fails. I have the following information from srs one click root.
-= SRS One-Click-Root v4.7 =---

[x] Device already have SU Root access, Rooting not needed.
Says it is rooted, I have root access through adb shell. gets toast notification that root has superuser access. just the device itself doesnt recognize root. I have tried unrooting and rooting again. and am now in the process of trying different versions of su binary and superuser.apk.
is there a way to fix this or can anyone recommend a already rooted rom that would be good for this tablet.
Having the same issue too, but I went a little deeper and found that the ttablet has a legacy such binary in its system. I tried updating it and the update fixer and neither work so I downloaded the such binary from androids.com and installed from recovery and still the same issue. I think there has to be a file that pairs it to the system so we can grant or deny access. I just bought 2of these so I'll try different root methods for 4.2.2 to see if I can get something k.
ok i found a full root... search for a phone root in the samsung galaxy s 3 mini thread. its for the sm-g730a root.( i have one of the phones and its a chinese root). when u root it by that way make sure you have super su already installed and click the chinese root first and allow supersu to gain root access then update the binary on supersu and voila you have a rooted apex 7in tablet. now time to debloat my system and hopefully someone will make a recovery and rom for this tablet
I have the tmax 9in tablet, anyone have any luck rooting this? What I really want to be able to do is make more space avail to apps, it only has one gig of space for apps and data, but has plenty of space on SD card... Unfortunately can't move all apps to the SD card

I have been looking for a root method for this tablet as well, nothing has been found that I trust except what is mentioned above. I have not tried it since the tablet is my sisters and don't want to break it if the method does not work.
Rooted TM9S775
I managed to root my tablet with motochopper. It works and gives SU access, but it still won't allow installs to the external SD. Been spending all week trying to figure out different ways to expand the memory to no avail. =T
So I managed to alter the vold.fstab file to switch the external sd with the internal sd. Haven't really done much other than check the settings/storage tab. I'll try to do more with the tab to see if anything wrong comes up. If it's good then I'll probably post it somewhere on here.
Boardwalk, did you root the 9in HD-G?

Yeah. I used motochopper to do it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2228613
Still haven't been able to switch the sd cards though. The vold.fstab edit I did switches the sd cards, but it if I turn off or reboot the tablet, anything installed to the sd card won't run. I've been asking people around here but no help so far.
So... anybody with the 9 inch tab... Would it be possible to back a backup of your rom and send it to me? I kinda messed up and now i need a stock rom >.>

First time rooting tablet
So I want to gain Root access to my Tmax 9HD, my skill is modding and rooting Samsung variation cell phones. I'm new to the tablet scene and would like some solid "Working" roots methods.
I am using the TM9S775 , running on Android version 4.1.1 I'm not looking for an upgrade just Root access so I can start modding it myself as I have my own preferred setup.
Any help for rooting would be greatly appreciated, I did see the above method, but won't try it until it becomes verified to work effectively.
I'm in the same boat, would like to root it, as it seems that Google updates cause the gapps and hangouts to stop uncontrollably after a week or two... But I haven't done much rooting other than Samsung or HTC phones.. I'm sure if we put all our minds together we can figure it out!

Interesting rdhugs, once you got it rooted with Kingo Root, were you able to successfully install another ROM on it? If so, which one?

I have also rooted my Tmax 9 inch and am also looking for a custom ROM. Please, has anyone loaded a custom rom??? Really wanting to do this. Thanks.
BTW, used KingO root. Root was effortless. Have done a complete ADB Backup and rebooted to recovery using ADB reboot recovery with no problems. Would love to know if anyone has loaded a custom recovery and a custom ROM, especially a 4.4 based ROM. Was pretty impressed with the KingO root app. It loaded SuperSU and device showed root with rootchecker on first try. Very nice. The only thing I could not get to work in ADB was rebooting to bootloader.

Do you have the ADT bundle installed? Install that first, then try motochopper again.

They told me that the tablet isn't able to run any other OS than what they themselves put. Sounds like a bunch of crap, but I was reading that some tablets/phones aren't able to install ROMs that aren't digitally signed by the manufacturer. I tried a few custom ROMs for 4.1.1 that weren't meant for our tablet, just to see if i can even get mine un-bricked, but none of them were able to be installed.

Figured I'd put up this code here so maybe you guys can tinker with it. It's the vold.fstab edit I did. It swapped the SD cards so that external SD was reading as internal, but it wasn't sticking after reboot. I tried messing with build.prop to make it stick, but it bricked my tab =T
Original vold.fstab:
Code:
# Mounts the first usable partition of the specified device
#use this line to support VIRTUAL CDROM.And you can define the directory where you want to mount
loop_mount loop /mnt/VIRTUAL_CDROM
dev_mount sdcard /storage/sdcard0/external_sdcard auto /devices/platform/AMLOGIC_CARD/card_host/memorycard0 /devices/platform/aml_sd_mmc.0
#dev_mount sdcard /storage/sdcard0 3 /devices/platform/s3c-sdhci.0/mmc_host/mmc0/mmc0:0001/block/mmcblk0 nonremovable,encryptable
dev_mount flash /storage/sdcard0 auto /devices/virtual/mtd/mtd9/avnftl9 /devices/platform/mtd/mtd9/avnftlj /devices/platform/mtd/mtd9/media nonremovable

root
i have a strong feeling they wont be updating...much much less releasing source. either way i rooted the tablet by pushing root in sideload. also, through a few 3rd party mounts. by luck i would assume, i wouldnt trust how solid of a root it is. none the less. i have been adding our tablets name to similar MID tablets on the markets source 4.2.2 factory roms to see if i can hit a home run.....theory says thats it stays signed and just adding the tablets model to the list of acceptable models in the rom. would allow it to work seeing how they are ALL on AM3,4,5,6 technology anyway and i have the drivers and program to change the "TM9s775" inside the tablet itself. i have yet to turn up anything just yet. i am thinking a AM3 jig from another tablet to force boot a new boot loader. i have done similar jigs to samsung and lg products. i dont get on here much. im more active in gsm-forum under another account name. if i have a break though ill do my best to just PM those who need to know.

Hi, everyone
I hope that I am in the right part for posting? I am new to this android thing.
I am trying to find a how to root idea usa 7" tablet from fry's for $77.00. Their is a lot of rooting programs but I have not been able to find anything on this model.
Also what would be a good rom to flash it with? I tried finding out if uberoid and cyanogenmod would work but I could not find any info on this model.
Not to sure what model I have that I would be able to flashing this rom with, either uberoid or CM7? Help
Model: MID, sv7206 v1.4, kernel 2.6.35.7-infotm
processor armv6 rev5,
hardware imapx200,
android 2.3.3,
brand infotmic,
display gri40,
release codename REL
bootloader unknown
I don't know if this is the right model IDea USA IUMID-0071 because the spec's are off. Http ://ideausa.us/produects.html but similar. I am looking for rom that is more update/modern. any potters?
Does anyone have the original rom for this or know how to make a backup this rom?
Well I am thinking that is might be this model but not to sure wm8650,SV7206 v1.4 or IDea USA IUMID-0071.
It's not flytouch
The screen is very slow on this model. Unless you use a pen then is works better.
Also hoping to be able to flash this to ics 4
Thanks
I just bought one, too. What a pos? it works but the screen is almost unusable, lots of mis-fires.
I did figure-out the real OEM web-page,
http://www.sinovideo.com.cn/Products/indexshow.asp?lang=EN&SortID=61&ID=85
This correctly identifies the installed 2.3 OS and reveals that it's some kind of 1 GHz processor. The real performance problem, however, is the 256 MB of memory, ouch!
I have not had any luck finding any updated ROMs. Actually, I suspect the installed ROM is tweaked to work around the defective screen (I think it's configured to ignore any 'touch' lasting less than 0.5 second?) so I'm not going to change it.

FYI - I found another site that has lots of discussion about the "M7206" tablet
http://www.techknow.t0xic.nl/forum/index.php?board=51.0
Here's some more info. (Yes, I have continued to investigate even though I bad-mouthed it )
- This tablet is also sold as the "infotmic m7206"
- the screen works MUCH better if you use a stylus
Currently, my tablet seems to be getting about 24 hr standby battery-life, and the battery-usage report says "Cell standby" is using 75%, even though there's no cell radio? Some of the discussion on the techknow forum seems to be about this same issue but all the solutions seem to involve rolling your own ROM, which I'm not prepared to do. For now I just plan on leaving the tablet plugged-in overnight.
Rooting Idea USA Tablet
Oh my, what a mess...
This post is in regards to the Idea USA Tablet (Unable to Root)
My specs:
- Idea USA Tablet (Made in China)
- Model Number: MID (Unknown)
- Android Version: 2.3
- Kernel Version: 2.6.35.7
- Build Number: MID-userdebug 2.3 GRH55 (ENG)
Issues:
Whelp, I have tried the basics and I can't get this thing to root for anything. I was able to get it to hook into the PC through USB. There are 2 usb slots on the side of the tablet. I believe one is for HOST and the other usb is for OTG (Charging). Once I figured out the host port, then I had to download the drivers for this poorly made tablet...But, what drivers? You go to the Idea US website and you get no helpful information. So, there are no drivers made specifically for this $100 dollar generic tablet from FRY's. Ok... No big deal... So, I download the default "Android USB Drivers".
Peachy, it worked! Now, I can transfer files back and forth between the card(s). Wonderful, first step down, next step was to root. So, I read up on how to root with Super One Click.
Ok, so now, I set the tablet to "USB Storage" and "Host"...Then I download and run Super One Click.
Ok, I run the "Super One Click v.2.3.3"; by clicking the root button and then all I get is a frozen screen that reads:
Code:
Killing ADB Server.... Kill Server 0.11s
Starting ADB Server.... StartServer 4.09s * daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037* *daemon started successfully*
And then it just freezes the program. So, now I'm completely stuck. I mean I learned a great deal, that I can hook up a keyboard, mouse, etc to this thing, but, obviously Super One Click was not designed for these generic tablets. I have read other articles which have suggested that the .inf driver for the default "Android USB Drivers" needs to be edited for your specific tablet model and you must enter the specific CODE# for it to recognize for rooting with Super One Click... But, god forbid, I haven't found any useful information on where that might be. Also, someone suggested to install the Android SDK and edit those files along with the .inf files to make this work. But, that didn't work either. I did everything right. I turned off USB debugging and then I would wait for super one click to come up with waiting for device...but that never happened. I even tried it with USB debugging on... still nothing.
Has anyone created a generic batch program to root these types of devices? What am I doing wrong here?
Rooting Idea USA Tablet
Well, this took me all night to read and learn about how to root this basic tablet from Fry's.
First off, I tried many different things and it just didn't work. Using super one click is definitely out of the question for this particular tablet.
I read all night and thankfully found the forum article on how to solve this issue on xdadevelopers own forum.
As per quoted quotes below:
.....You can use gingerbreak to root this. Run it once and let it reboot, then use supermanager free from market to rename the su symlink from /bin/ to "old" or something, and reboot again.
You should now have root ........ It might take a couple of trys but it works.
You need to download supermanager from the market. Enable root in supermanager settings and click yes when superuser pops up.
Then use the file explorer within supermanager to navigate to the /bin/ directory and you will find a sysmlink called su
You need to rename this su symlink to old - completely take out the name su.
Just to be safe run gingerbreak again and then you can install busybox from market.

Thank you so much Pablo11. The idea is to download the APK for GingerBreak from online onto your IDEA USA tablet directly. The trick here is that the brand name is IDEA "USA", but the real workings behind the "MID" is "ViMicro". You will notice that displayed as you turn on your tablet. So, in order to find real information about your MID device, you have to search articles for vimicro.
Once you run gingerbreak, your tablet will go completely nuts. Nothing will run right. Things will break and it will be a complete mess. It will however, install superuser apk. However, it will not work. You can download the Root Checker from the market and you will notice it is NOT rooted. So...thanks to pablo11, you will want to download supermanager from the google play market. Install it.
Next go into the supermanager settings and click on ROOT. Make sure root is enabled and checked marked in the settings. When you enable root in the settings, it will prompt you with "allow root?" Click on Yes. This will give you the access you need.
But, your not done, once again as per Pablo11, go to the super managers file manager section. Get to the root directory by clicking up, and then find the folder "bin". Look for the file "SU" and rename this to "old".
Now, you will be able install busybox and any thing else thats root.
By the way, restart your tablet again, and I "personally" recommend that you go into your settings> Privacy> Check mark both (Backup my data and Automatic Restore) and then click on Factory data reset. Start the tablet from like it was brand new. Don't worry it will keep the root that you did intact. You will just have to re-register the tablet with your existing gmail that you originally used with that tablet.
Lastly, use the root checker from the market and you will see that it is successfully rooted.
Okay... Now, my next step. To crack open this tablet and put in a bigger SD Card as the 2G SDCARD is way too small, especially if you want to use new roms and install a linux operating system onto it....
Does anyone know if Z4Root will work on this tablet? Thanks!
I've been looking for one for 3 days now, I tryed onclickroot and z4root or something like that,, cant find anything Anyone please help!!
I'm still waiting for my tablet to be delivered...I'm gonna try SuperOneClick (crosses fingers)
I got one of these for my daughter for xmas. I spent a few days trying to root it with no luck. I'm not intimately familiar with android (some unix experience), but I tried all the options I could find for rooting Allwinner a10 devices. At first I ran into problems with adb unable to recognize the device for most one-click methods. I downloaded the android tools and was able to connect with the included adb. After studying the scripts, they all use the "adb root" command to gain root access on the device and copy the necessary files. Unfortunately, this command fails using adb from the tools. At first I thought this was due to my adb version, but after doing some research I think it is actually due to the device kernel. I believe it requires reflashing or some exploit to be able to gain root. I was able to install root explorer and I can browse all the necessary directories but I can't modify or copy the necessary files into them. Busybox told me there was an older version installed, but wouldn't let me install a newer version (again I think due to the permissions). Also, superuser would say it installed but the su binary did not show up on the bin directory. As the necessary directories are all owned by root, I couldn't figure out a way to modify the permissions...
I wound up returning the FileMate and got a Lenovo IdeaTab. Got that rooted in no time.
sorry i never saw this post i've bought 2 of these and i rooted them,
i wish i could get a better build for them though, too many app crashes and the internet connectivity sucks

FileMate Clear T720
Thank you very much for being the only person ever to have posted in regards to this tablet. I just got mine for christmas and have been trying to get it rooted. I've tried a lot of those one-click methods, and I've even tried this Bin4ary method. but it just hangs up on "daemon started sucessfully*"
Can you please direct me to the filemate drivers (if needed)
also, I have usb debugging endable, allowing 3rd party (not secure) files enabled. and pulling my hair out (enabled).
Thanks again.
Also, I'm running windows 7 and 8, (((maybe i should try win7))) hmm. i'll get back to you on that. Anyhow, any advice would be greatly appreciated, since returning it doesn't sound very fun.

I laughed so hard. ok your going to have to install drivers by force,
first off do you happen to have android sdk installed? if you don't there is another way but its going to sound weird,
if you do have the android SDK installed:
1. go to your computer manager (by opening explorer, right click on the "computer" group on the left column and select manager)
2. look for any unrecognized item that appears, ( it will most likely be labeled "Clear" with a faded icon and a "?" sign on top
3. right click and choose "Update drivers", it will give you options, choose "Browse my computer for driver software", another option screen will show,
4. at the bottom of the window there will be an option that says "let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
5. on the screen that appears there should be an option that says "ADB Interface", choose this
6. choose "Google, Inc.">"ADB Testing Interface version x.x.x.x" (I chose version 2.1.0.0)
that should do it next time you plug in the tablet try running ddms or open the cmd and type in "adb devices" (assuming you have adb installed) and it should show.
if this helps just hit the thanks button
[edit] I am running windows 8 btw [/edit]
ADB interface doesn't show up
Thank you very much for getting me farther, however I dont see ADB interface. I'm looking into it right now. I just re-installed the sdk drivers and will keep at it.
BTW, is it even worth doing this? the main reason I want to do it, is so i can connect my ps3 remote via bluetooth, and possibly a little overclocking. Have you had any luck OC it?
Thanks again Much appreciated:good:

open up SDK manager and go to Extras>"Google USB Drivers"
also install everything in the "Android 4.0 (API 14)" section, I have other options installed if this still doesn't work.
its worth it just for the extra stuff that root comes with like titanium backup, but you cant over clock, if you go any higher than 1200 MHz it will lock up and you have to force it to reset.

As far as being unable to update binaries, try to find a custom recovery and install. From there, you can inject them via su-binary update.zip and bam!

That is the link for the Kingo site. The first time I saw it on here there was some question about whether it was safe becase it is not open source and used a Chinese SuperSu app. I felt safe using it on a tablet because I do no banking on it or anything, but the newest posts I have seen are that Kingo is safe. Hope that helps. And if you know where to find a custom recovery that will work with this app please let me know.
Hi all -
Has anyone been able to successfully root this device? Running JB 4.1.1, 1gb ram. I have tried many tools including bin4ry's root guide, to no avail. When using the bin4ry method, I get the elusive "mount: permission denied (are you root?) error." Let me know if you need any additional info from me to assist.
Thanks in advance!

Could you send me your original rom h7100 phone, I lost mine tried rooted.
Thank you very much, sorry my English
I'm desperate, I tried ROOT for Feiteng H7100 and it still fails. I tested with Unlock Root, SuperOneClick, TPSParkyroot, Root with Restore by Bin4ry v18 and none work, this is a great sadness.
Any solution please?
I bought this phone also few days ago and I have been trying to root it as well. What I found is the the system partition is read only and before it can be modified the permission need to be set to rw or read and write, the problem now is how to change the permission without already having root privilege., I have tried everything cannot mount system partition rw. I downloaded few apps from market with now luck. It will need re programming which won't be easy. I am now scared of bricking the phone so I have decided to leave it until more support become available. This is what you get with Chinese phones.
How is your storage working for you? I seems to have 1.6gb of internal storage which I cannot do anything with and getting message that storage is running out when installing new apps.

Sometimes the error ""mount: permission denied (are you root?) error." is related to connection mode. Trying to root a motorola atrix tv, I've managed to root it changing "USB computer connection" mode to "Media device (MTP)". Maybe this procedure can help you. Please let us know if you have any success!
See ya!

I rooted the phone following the instruction i posted on few days ago, but it is simple process but long winded. I think the best thing to do is use my new boot.img that i created using the instruction, as long as your phone is Feiteng H7100 it should work, that will save you a lot of time, if you want to create one yourself then refer to my earlier post.
if you want you my boot.img the link for it is below:
http://www.4shared.com/zip/m9GUMMt4/New_boot.html
Since rooting the phone i have a back up copy of the stock rom now so if anything goes wrong l can upload it for you.
instruction how to use my boot.img are below:
1. Install usb driver for your phone depending on your operating system, when the phone is plug in to your computer your phone must show as Android adb device in Device Manager thats the only way to know that your usb driver is installed sucessfully.
2. Download MTK flash tool download link is on the instruction posted few days again.
3. Download and extract boot.img to a folder, there will be 2 files, boot file and MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc,
4. Load MTK flash tool and click on scatter-loading button, navigate to folder in point 3, and click on MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc to load, and make sure the only thing that is selected is boot.img and the directory of the boot file is showing as the folder in point 3.
5. Turn of the phone and take battery out, and plug phone to you computer with a usb cable, press Download button, and wait, once the Mtk flash tool has picked up your phone quickly insert you battery, then the phone will be flashed with the new boot.img. once this done the phone is really to be rooted.
6. Turn the phone back on and it should boot as nornal, then plug the phone back to your computer and select MTP mode for usb then root the phone with Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v18, if dont already have it, google it, the phone should root without error. Good luck
Hope that helps
gt-h7100 backup.
Hi! I got all the files to try rooting my h7100,i got drivers installed ok and ckecked them doing the memory test with flashtool.
But ,how do i backup my original ROM ? Scatter is loaded and i have to click on read back .At first a lot of lines appears for previous ROM backup´s ,and they are marked, i suppose i have to unckeck all of them and create my new one by clicking ADD .Do i have to copy line by line the content of scatter or just create one ROM line and set the lengt to a certain number?
or Just load scatter and press download? .......I dont want to do it until im sure.
Edit : I did it !! I pressed download and i have a new rom (20121215SXlogo_e1901_v77_ht_s8) in my phone ,now im root but didnt make the backup.....
Note: Where is the link to the create your boot.img instructions you refered in the post? I cant find it

Doing the read back does not root your phone its just part of the process. You will need to carry on following the instructions on the pdf file l post ealier. You will not be able to back up your stock rom until phone is properly rooted, there is a tool you need to download to do it, if you refer to the xda forum link on my post few days ago the link to the tool is on there. There is a way of changing the storage size but it's too risky so I have decided to use link2sd app instead from the market it as efficient. There are a lot of information on the forum link a posted few days ago you can check it out. You need to download android kitchen app and cygin app link are on the pdf file. Let me know if you need any more help. Good luck.

Helo,im new here.. iam exploring the whole day exploring the web in getting root my device, but then after i succesfully rooted my device. i got a lot of errors like "unfortunately , the 'certain app' stop working". And when everytime i install the ROM manager, my device suddenly reboot on it self. I decided to have a factory reset on my device to check if the error will fix. And the error was actually fixed. I installed busybox pro, on the device and tried to update the busybox, and now my device has a 0.00b internal storage. I cant install any applications anymore. While doing self investigation, i removed also my Superuser privileges, thinking it would fix the issue. I also unrooted my device again. now im stucked -.- since i read about some forums that i just need to restore the busybox to the right directory. Anyone can help me? Iam running a tablet with Softwinerevb device name- i know there is a less support about this device. Running on a stock ROM JB 4.1.1. Well cross-fingers if someone could help me here.

I can install an emulator on it, and a root explorer. Is there anyway that you can provide some commands so i can gain root access using root commands and transfer the busybox from system\xbin to system\bin??
any solution
did you find a solution to this? I have a similar problem, but on a generic tv box. I have tried flashing a multitude of roms, but have only got 1 to slightly work
Try to change default install location to SD
Use ADB and try to change default install location to SD card. By this u can install some apps. Hope this will work for you.:highfive:
Late response, but I thought I'd put the answer here since I encountered it myself on a generic AllWinder/Softwiner tablet and found the answer on TabletRepublic. (Sorry, I'm not allowed to post links yet.)
There's something about busybox that prevents it from mounting the /data partition, so you don't have any storage available and all your personal settings vanish.
The solution is to copy busybox from /system/xbin to /system/bin. If you have ADB access (I did it from Linux) or can copy a terminal emulator to the SD card and install it do this:
Code:
mount -o rw,remount /system
cp /system/xbin/busybox /system/bin
reboot
Or if you can download RootExplorer.apk to the SD card, you can install that and copy the file with it.
Hello and Welcome,
I was looking as hell for a solution to my problem on the internet.
I have been fighting with this for a month now.
Some months ago I have bought a china camera. I have started to have some problem with it, so I decided to check what is inside. I have found some Xynos(samsung chip).
It have custom system running on it.
I realize that it has an android(4.0.3) on it running an app(which act as a OS) which is responsible for full device.
I decided to connect USB keyboard to it and I manage to exit(! haha) this app and go to normal android device launcher.
In the next step I wanted to run ADB. I did not have any drivers, so I tried to change pid of universal USB driver and it worked(!).
The problem that I am facing now, is that I cannot enable USB debugging to run ADB. When I go to developer options and enable USB Debugging go back and again enter it is disabled.
So they somehow secure this. Is there a way to "hack" this? I tried to get to fastboot by pressing all hardware buttons but no luck.
I have also Extracted this app as a *.apk but there is nothing that I can do with it. I tried to install it on another device, but it says that "App was not installed", maybe because of android version(I tried on 4.4.2).
Best Regards,
Patryk
U want to root it?
Sent from my GT-S5830i using XDA Free mobile app
Basicly yes because without it you can do nothing. A least get ADB to work.
Try with kingo root its an universal rooting app works with almost every device
Sent from my GT-S5830i using XDA Free mobile app
Thank you very much, I didn't know that it is possible to root the device from app level
I have another problem to solve, maybe someone can also help me with it.
This main app which acts as a OS require some custom SD card to be placed in the device.
If it is not there device won't let me use most of it functions.
Is it possible to somehow "hack" this solution?
Reversing APK will help?
Yup some devices are behave like that! Same like my phone gt s5830i
My phone memory divided into two partitons 1.system 2.internal storage
System storage(200MB) contains OS files and you cant use it for personal usage like downloads, pictures etc.
And the internal storage(200mb) is reserved only for app installations!
So if i dont put sd card i cant take pics or record a video or voice,i cant able to download anything or save anything!
I mean i cant do any media things or saving things!
And there is no way to solve it!
I think ur problem is same
Give a Thanks if i helped you!

For now I have almost solve my full problem and it is not connected with SD card memory. My SD card slot acts as a kinda security and SD card by it self is some kind of a chip. Without this chip device simply won't work.
I was able to reverse main system app on my device by apktool and see some java using Dex2Jar + JD GUI.
Now I am trying to find some code responsible for this action and will try to "fix" that in smali files, build again and install till I die
