I've got my Nexus 5 and its great and all that but I find it cannot get a decent hsdpa connection on vodafone. My old Galaxy Nexus had no issues but the Nexus 5 is stuck with an E data connection?!
This is on a new SIM.
Anyone having issues?

Is anybody using their nexus 5 on the AU network in Japan? I was using the nexus 4 on softbanks gsm network then sold it and got a note 3 on AU's cdma network and hate the phone. Well more Samsung for making like 80 different variants. So my exact model isn't rooted or rom'd yet. So I'm going to sell and get a nexus 5. I just want to make sure I can use LTE. Nexus says it can use band 1 and au looks like it had band 1. Anybody have any insight on if it will work?

I have an issue with my Galaxy Note Edge SM-N915FY. I got an LTE SIM Card from my provider two months ago. In this time I haven't seen the LTE symbol in the notification bar. It just says H+. Is there any way to get the device using LTE? LTE is activated from the provider and in settings of the device. My SIM card works fine using LTE in other smartphones like S4 Mini and another Note Edge. Just my own device is stuck with H+...
My SM-N915FY is complete original and it's running Android 5.1.1 and I live in germany.
If anyone has any advice for me, you would save my life!

Using Three as an operator and when calling or answering it of course switches from 4g to 3g but the connection is lost. No data connection. Anyone with the same problem?
Can it help with a new rom?
I have reinstalled the phone 2 times but no success.
BTW. It works when I have 4g off.
same issue here with my new xperia xz. with stock 6.0.1 (unrooted) and with newest 7.0 firmeware. my redmi note 3 had 300 % better lte signal. does someone have the same issue? my provider is tmobile (including LTE band 20)
