So I have Vowney V5 phone, android version 4.2.1. Problem is that it can't connect to 3G when I know there is 3G available. Maybe someone could help me.

On the SIM number 1 is no problem. Number on the SIM 2 3G does not work.

Hi there, does anyone have an update on this, I have soft bricked my phone and tried everything and trying to flash this rom seems like the only next logical step except it does not seem to exist, which is a bit of a downer seeing as I thought I had the Moto G 4g lte, these matters suggest that I really have XT 1032 and now the stock firmware for me does not seem to be about. I bought L03 from CHINA, is there a way to install L02 or other international ROM.
Also it doesn't work with my cellular provider.
The provider works with: HSDPA 850 2100 UMTS.
What can I do?

After unlocking my bootloader using HUAWEI Website, I managed to install L04 on my Chinese L03.
Thanks to "VirusPlus fastboot" tutorial!!! Link below.
Now I have european ROM ...
But the reception problem still persists, I have to switch provider.
Where's the link "below"?

Have you solved the problem of the provider please?
No, the problem is not solved, can't use the phone.
The hardware doesn't fit to the 4G in Israel.
You can use the website :

Thank you for sharing! Sorry for you! What do you mean by " you can't use the phone? " .But the rom H60-L04 works well on the H60-L03, if yes the details for managed please! what version of the H60-L04?

Say if i put as model H60-L04 on "WilllMyphoneWork" site is what the information obtained is indeed valid? I cannot remember.
But it doesn't change a thing, as I said it's a hardware problem not software.
Only 2G works, changing to L04 will not solve the reception.

Hi, Guys. I recently flashed a new Rom on my T-mobile Xperia Z. However whenever I update to 5.0.2 Lillopop I cannot get cell reception. I live in Guyana so I bought the phone online and had it shipped and unlocked. I have tried both the c66103 and the c6616 however in both , as soon as I update to Lollipop I lose cell reception. All other updates up to Kit Kat 4.4.4 work perfectly. Any advice? I figure it must be something like a baseband problem. I have already tried flashing that however the baseband # does not change. Any advice would be helpful.

Here's the problem of mine;
My friend from Sweden got me 2x Asus Zenfone 4's, 1 for me and 1 for my mom.
I live in Turkey so the phones does not recieve any signal. I'd like to know is there a way to fix this by installing custom firmwares or such?

than install a custom recovery : http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-4/general/asus-zenfone-4-philz-touch-recovery-t2999865
now u can install custom roms look for a turkish rom. i think it will work than. or install another modem.prior to Ur country

What do you mean by modem?
This is the software on your phone that Gets your signal but im Not sure.

I've installed CM13 with TWRP 3.0.0 and rooted it (reference http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/rockchip-rk3288/request-new-pipo-p9-4g/).
Only thing is not working is the SIM (no 3G, no 4G, nothing... SIM is not detected).
In the Settings --> Info page, Baseband reports as unknown.
In the link above you can find dmesg and logcat. If you need any other info, just let me know.
Does anyone know how to make it work?

You screwed up the tablets EFS partition, which stores the IMEI and is needed to accept simcards
I tried to find some free tool, that allows you to manually restore the IMEI, but haven't found anything so far.

Thanks for the feedback.
It seems that Oma found a solution for that.
SIM is detected now. PIN is requested. Baseband and IMEI are back.
Now there is not connectivity. Only 3G and 2G are shown (no 4G). No interface is shown by ifconfig.

Do you still have your Pipo P9? So you Jan to have a copy of Oma's lens fix?
