I'm pretty sure 1.82 is for the Droid Razr, not the Razr HD. Hopefully, you can still get into fastboot. If you can, you'll need to use RSD to go back to stock or if you're good with computers, you can take the .img for the XT925 and put it into utility 1.21 or 1.33. Neither one of the those utilities show that they are compatible with the 925, and 1.82 is definitely not compatible. Hopefully, it didn't touch your bootloader.
http://sbf.droid-developers.org/vanquish_u/list.php
edit: Still learning the HD. It appears there are several recovery tools in the Original Development forum that are compatible with the 925.

Keep trying to get on to AP Fastboot, when you're there then just download RSD Lite 6.1.4 and the build from your phone's carrier from the link posted above. Search a tutorial online on how to go back to stock using RSD lite and if you follow the instructions precisely, the flash will go well and you'll be back on your stock rom.

Tutorial's link: http://geekchunk.com/android/un-root-motorola-droid-razr-hd-xt926/
There you have the link from the tutorial, this is for the XT926 but don't worry it works on XT925 as long as you have the builds for your phone and your carrier.
Since I see you're having trouble with english I will translate it to you in spanish:
aquí tienes el link del procedimiento, dice que es para el XT926 pero funciona para el XT925, recuerda, necesitas tener los builds de tu proveedora, los vas a bajar del site sbf droid developers que está arriba. Luego sigue las instrucciones del tutorial y todo debe salir bien.

Yup, tried with your code and it didn't work, cross checked with my own string and the no. of chars and everything else matches. How did you copy this code from command prompt? Use right click, mark, select the text, right click title bar, copy so that you have no errors rather than manually copying. If it isnt human error and that is the right code, I guess you really can't unlock this one.

Could anyone please help me out? I have a bricked device and am looking into how to unbrick it.
I'm particularly interested if the English version of HiSuite which says it supports the L09 and L29 actually does.
Could anyone with an L29 or an L09 please put their device in fastboot and try the system recovery from hisuite:

A new version which supposedly supports the phones was released.
Could anyone confirm if this works?

I did it with a L29 device. The app says Device is in recovery mode, and once I clicked next, It says your device is not supported for system recovery. Please take your device to a nearby huawei service center.

I wish that I could do that, but there are partitions that I can't flash with fastboot, which I did flash using other means when reverse engineering the updates. Those are the partitions which are broken and don't allow my phone to boot, or show anything on the screen for that matter.
There is a restore mechanism built into Huawei's fastboot to get into a separate restore mode, but I think there is a special recovery image needed which the Huawei Hisuite app can access. I just don't know how to find it when all the devices come back as unsupported, despite being shown as supported in the documentation. It's very strange.
This is something that Sony had done with two hidden partitions FOTA and TA . This makes the device unbrickable and also.Have the OEM ways to keep the boot locked with hidden features.
Hisuite latest Windows app has these features to restore and when I tried,it scanned my.phone and found.My.phone to be working fine.
1) start the hisuite App on pc
2) connect to the phone in fastboot mode
3) restore
4) the app scans and looks for the partitions and then restores the bricked phone ONLY

After downloading from that site the app is old edition.
After installing, check updates and you get latest hisuite app with material design with more features.
If anyone wants, I can upload the app which is 30+mb

Hi, I have a mate 8 NXT-L09 with C212B120 firmware, I tried the procedure you describe because I unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP and rooted only to discover I did not like the out come, I lost some functionality of the huawei themes app and now I like to go back to its original out of the box state, to make long story short (not really), the huawei tool says it doesnt recognize the device and that I should take it to them for repairs, I tried this while i had TWRP and also while I had stock recovery on the device.
I wonder if it doesnt recognize the device because its rooted or with an unlocked bootloader?, im tempted to unroot and relock the bootloader and see if that will do the trick?, if i try this ill let you know what goes.
Cheers.

Sw rev. Check fail. Device: 6, binary 5

Hello! I have exactly the same problem, I get the following error when trying to flash fw.
"Sw rev. Check fail. Device: 6, binary 5".
Did you solve it? If yes, can you post the link to the firmware?
Thanks in advance.
Vincenzo.
You can't downgrade from bit6. Flash any version of firmware 7.0 bit 6 (like g920fxxu6...)
i have the sam problem ..can any one post tutorial how to fix Sw rev. Check fail. Device: 6, binary 5 pleaseeeee

unfortunately i haven't find a working method; BUT a way i found that can solve the problem is to wait until some dev. come out with some progress. Non the less the knoxx it's a safety feature implemented to prevent data leaking (i think this is the purpose), and to prevent it the must had put on it some work on it to prevent whoever might be to modify the phone data/software.
ps. just today watching a yt video guess what was the ad about. Samsung security knoxx :crying:

anyway since your device is still in rev 5 it's possible some work. You must find a rev 5 "problem solver" firmware. I've encountered some searching for a rev 6, but it cannot be downgraded so im stuck, maybe it can be your lucky day:good:

the issue in this thread is that the OP is trying to flash a revision 5 bootloader firmware set on a phone that has already had the revision 6 version installed. you cannot go backwards in bootloader versions. go to sammobile.com/firmware and get the a firmware set with the same or higher bootloader version and you should be fine

Anyways, my friend had a Nokia 3 TA-1032 on Android 9 lasted security build (i dont remember that) but he was trying to unlock bootloader. There are some tutorials on how to do that, but they all using Android 7 and/or Android 8.1 so he used SP Flash Tool to downgrade to Android 7 and now his phone is bricked. Do you have any idea on how to fix his phone?
---------- Post added at 12:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:46 PM ----------
Extra information, after flashing his phone using SP Flash Tool, the phone won't turn on, it just keep vibrating, like bootloop. So he formatted whole flash using SP Flash Tool, he thought that he can just format and flash again like with Windows, but now it doesn't even vibrate

use OSTLA (ROM Android 7.1), if it works on the first try, fine.
If the process fails (after flashing the bootloader, according to the application states), try again with sptools (Rom 7.1).
if it doesn't work either, try ROM 8.0 with sptools
I went through a lot of bricks, and managed to fix them trying anyway. Just try until you turn on.
in this same forum, there is the correct way to unlock the bootloader in android 9, since what changes are the commands to use in the ADB

Well is it the same way and files? If it works like the black shark 3. I think you would need a different twrp but it should work the same.

Dont waste your money, Think before you buy. They NEVER released BLACK SHARK 1,2,2PRO,3,3PRO,3S KERNELSOURCES. I think YouTube reviewers need to point that as well

Personally I don't need sources, but just TWRP to debloat. I would be fine with the regular ROM
I just use this phone for gaming like if it was a videoconsole, for customizing I have my POCO F1 as my daily driver.
anyone who tried this?

That is a useless placeholder site, that just uses each brand and model and sets the exact same page for the effect
They say "download the latest TWRP from twrp.me" but obviously, there is not TWRP for Black Shark 4 yet (and I have my doubts it will ever be since generally Black Shark phones have been mostly disregarded in terms of development since core kernels are never released)
Let's see how it goes.

You need a modified firehose to flash in edl to unlock BL. Google helps on how to do this
The method isn't even "chinese" but from qualcomm (basically for oem's).

Well most youtubers (especially those reviewing 100000$ phones) get those phones from oems and oem's dont like the custom rom development--> they will just cut the free phones for the reviewers (kinda like Nvidia tried with hardware unboxed). Also those reviewers probably cant even install a custom rom....

Don't debloat a phone without any possibilities of getting back a working stock rom from oem with TWRP (also debloating in TWRP on a phone with super partition will break everything, leaving u with a 700 bucks paper weight) use magisk and system app debloater (if sth goes wrong disable module/root and you are back to stock)
Do you feel save with a recovery (which can easily be modified to always have access to everything u do on the phone) without any sources and from some shady chinese guy who wants to make money with it? He could just remotely lock your phone and make you pay to get the unlock token... and then do it again xD
With kernel sources you will also get a working and propper TWRP recovery, without you will always be bound to stock kernel (which you cant update bcs blackshark doesn't supply stock roms/doesn't update rooted phones) at least...

https://github.com/Naveen3Singh/BLUnlocker but bs does not have official stock firmware downloads... so wait for a mayor (android) update until you update your phone to get the update download link using adb
