It seems to remain a little more free ram, XPOSED STATUSBAR MODS crashes when I'm going to press on statusbar / notifications, also change the colors of the icons but I only changes the color of the clock.
The rest is very stable, to see the battery consumption over time
i think you can only have either status bar mod or Sense 5 toolobox, butnot at the same time ...

The life of my battery with the Maximus was really excellent, I do not think it is very different with the SourcE, perhaps a little better
the battery life is good
i can hold 1,5 day without problem.

Rom very fluid, even if the stock was already very fast!
Apps 3D fluids, no complaints.
The bootscreen is very nice: D
The basic sound is very good, I have not dared to touch Viper4android.
Receiving SMS & MMS no worries (about 10 Trickdroid it receives mms if I activated the data ... boring!).
ZeroCamera: very good, but I think the record is not as good as Sense 5! : o (I took pictures to compare)
There remain crapwares (but can be used by some) like Dropbox, EA and company.
I say more except that it is very good? FlyinGrub thank you to you for this great ROM!
(I will return to 10 trickdroid to feel Sense 5 ... there are not really bugs, audio and build.prop tweaks work, Bulletproof works and Sense 5 is so great and so smooth ! Trickdroid 10 it is faster than the SourcE: o ... by cons I probably will come back because of BT and the history of MMS although boring)

Flashed the black status bar, installed apex launcher, removed HTC lockscreen, using aosp keyboard, installed holo light sense skin from market, I've got near aosp speed/look and feel with sense camera and such. Awesome! ROM is nice and fast with no problems that I've seen. Thank you!

I don't do much gaming on my phone anymore, having a bad itch to get a bigger phone... But I'll go ahead and check it out as I have never messed around with that before!

What if I am S-ON?
Not A problem. But you will need to flash rom boot.img via FASTBOOT commands using Windows CMD
Be UNLOCKED!
Steps For S OFF
Download ROM to SDCARD
Reboot to recovery
Make a Nandroid backup before flashing SD Rom
Once Nandroid was done, do a Full Wipe ( data/cache/dalvik )
Select Install, go to downloaded Rom location
Select Rom zip, install, yes, swipe!!
Once installation is finished, Reboot ! Done.
Steps For S On
Unlocked Device via HTCDEVWEB
Download this file Click Me
In your PC create a folder call "fastboot" path must be "C:/"
Extract into your PC the downloaded file, Inside "Fastboot" folder, Path "c:/fastboot"
Now extract from Rom.zip (SkyDragon ONE Rom) the file called "boot.img" and place it in your fastboot folder
Put your ONE into FASTBOOT USB MODE ( first hold down POWER button and, then VOL down, you will see button lights blinking. Once Your ONE Turns off ( between ten and twenty seconds ) release and re press same buttons but now at the same time...till you get Bootloader Screen.
Once in Bootloader you will find info such as S-on or S-off, Menu with Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot etc.
Press Fastboot and connect your ONE to your PC.
You Will see Fastboot turns into FASTBOOT USB, now you are OK.
In your PC open CMD (terminal), just press MENU in windows and in the search small windows, type CMD and Enter.
A black windows OS-like will open, you will need to do the following:
Using "cd.." means "cd dot dot", just in case, go back till get this path "C:/"
Once in "C:/" you will type "cd fastboot"
Now path turns into "C:/fastboot"
OK, now we need to type two commands
"fastboot erase cache" press enter
You will see a message like "sending...." at the end will say "ok"
Then last one
"fastboot flash boot boot.img" press enter.
Once says "OK", we are good.
Time to unplug Your ONE, and press Hboot, well, the idea here is to get RECOVERY
Once in Recovery Mode, we install the Rom as normal, remember to full wipe manually!!! (data/cache/dalvik)
Select "INSTALL" swipe, when it is done, reboot!
That s ALL

This Rom was a little project I started a few weeks ago. I've decided to share it. s some may know, the original ACHERON ROM is from my SGS4 CM based ROM. I'm slowly pulling CM/AOSP style, themes & mods into the TW based ROM. Mostly due to the locked bootloader. For that there are customizations that you, the user gets to decide as well. Seeing how there is no "perfect" ROM I try to let the user decide on themes, additional mods and remove what "you/they" want. Now saying that, this ROM is a bit debloated but still has most of the S5 features.
All I ask is you take it easy on me.....this is my first Verizon Phone. I'm a long time sprint user (just got sick of the network)

INSTALL DIRECTIONS
Make sure to be on the latest firmware With SafeStrap Recovery
Download ROM - Check the MD5 sum before continuing - Easier to re-download a bad zip first then to be stuck while flashing
Boot into Safestrap
Only tested on Stock ROM slot
Make a backup - I'm not kidding, its easier to restore a backup than to start fresh.
Wipe data - cache - dalvik cache - system (x2)
Install ROM
reboot to download mode and flash the correct Firmware (NK2 firmware)

ROM Takes about 5 minutes to start
Installation:

1. Install Crash ROM using / CWM / TWRP, remember to tick "Wipe data" if you are coming from KitKat
2.[*] At the end of installation process (when you see "Reboot Device" / "End") - remove battery for a while
3.[*] Insert the battery, then go directly to Download Mode (Vol_down+Home+Power, then Vol_up to confirm)
4.[*] Flash using PC Odin BL / CP / PERSIST (flashing PERSIST is not necessary if you have flashed Lollipop ever before, using PC Odin)
Where to put these files in Odin
5. Wait for the first boot (it may take up to 5 minutes !!!)
6. ENJOY
[*] - it is not necessary if you are using Lollipop already

If you already in Lollipop
1 Copy the ROM in your External SD
2 Go to CWM Recovery
3 Perform a Full Wipe
4 Flash the ROM
5 Reboot and Enjoy

NiceWork...This is what I looking for.
By the way there are some problem with the ported applications such as camera theme and music player
- Camera force stop when I open it(no dialog box...it just stoped and disappear)
- Theme I cant download any theme from it...Ive already signed in but when I tep download I ask me to log in again and again
- Music player(My favorite one) When I skip the song the title of the song not change it still the last song that ive skipped. I have to go back to home screen and skip the song from notification bar to make to correct.
- Lastly its not a bug but request ><" Can you add more language to keyboard? That will be great. I usually use Thai.

Wow, your ROM is looking fantastic! But could you tell me if this ROM is working on CM 12.1? I'm not sure, because once you said that CM 12 is needed and then below it's saying that CM 12 or 12.1 is required.

Rom is just awaresome and much smoother and stable than other custom roms....very nice work...
Just encounterd few bugs...
1. Lockscreen wallpaper not set by gallery
2. Camera autimatically closed by just opening it...
Otherwise rom is awaresome...keep it up...
