3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. CHECK THE MD5 SUM AS SOON AS YOU DOWNLOAD THE ROM
2. Make a FULL NANDROID Backup and Backup your EFS
3. Philz Recovery is my Recommended Recovery
4. You need to do a clean install!!! Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache, Wipe data/factory reset and Wipe System (In Philz recovery use the Following Options: Wipe Data/ Factory Reset/ Clean to Install a New Rom) and then Install Zip (from either external or internal SD depending on where you chose to save the Rom)
5. The installation process takes between 3-5 minutes. Let it do its job Also the 1st boot also takes 3-5 minutes. I would also recommend that before the initial setup, you dont do anything to your phone for 5 minutes... Let it settle and then proceed with the initial setup...
6. Reboot and Enjoy
7. IGNORE (that means CHOOSE NO if prompted to “to enable root” OR “disable stock flash recovery”). You have your custom recovery and the Rom is prerooted
NOTE: With Google Play Store there is a tiny bug. When you first log in it takes a long time to show any apps. You should long press the Home Button, clear recents, and exit Play Store. Then enter Play Store again and everything will be blazing fast!!!

Thanks my friend I began (but kept to myself) with the Note 2 but the big breakthrough came with the S4
However, the moment I saw the 4.3 leak I knew it was time to go back to where I began
It's a very decent leak imo (but let's not forget that it's still not Final)

yeah, from reading the other 4.3 threads there are a few glitches here and there, but nothing too serious. I really think, collectively, you ROM cooks will over time solve the majority of glitches and build in many of the N3 apps & mods to the point this leaked ROM will closely resemble Samsung's final official 4.3 release.

But it's a good novel, and it has a happy end

Just a couple of notes because users maybe wondering:
1. After flashing Echoe v1, I successfully downgraded to a custom version I created with the MG1 base (multiUI) and everything was fully functional
2. I initially flshed Echoe v1, from MG1 base without needing to flash anything stock, and everything was functional
3. My baseband remains MF1 and everything is still functional

What about the most disturbing knox? Is it removed from this rom?

of course my friend The hatred towards the knox bull#%$% is undescribable
Root and especially TB work FLAWLESSLY!!
I restored on purpose more than 100 apps from TB and i have no problems... In some like yahoo mail, fb you have to relogin again but that's normal...
Soooo, to answer your question, once again XDA 1000000- Samsung 0

WHAT YOU NEED:

HOW TO FLASH:
Download the latest version and place it on your SD card
Boot your phone into recovery mode
Do a Full Wipe (recommended)
Browse to the location of the ROM
Flash ROM and boot it
Install A2SD:
Code:
1) run Terminal Emulator
2) type 'su' and press enter
3) allow root access in the popup query
4) type 'a2sd install' and press enter
5) reply to questions in this order
--> y n y (dalvik to card - yes, data to card - no, reboot - yes)
6) that's it

yep, first i got an error communicating with google servers. wiped and flashed again and now there's no option to add a google account

Thats odd, are you using the slim gapps from cm11 or different? You may need to wipe data/factory reset

tried it again and now it works, but right after first boot i got the low space message :\

had the same problem,this is my workaround: wipe all, reinstall the rom without gapps, boot the phone and install a2sd, reboot the phone, reboot recovery and install gapps. :laugh:

After posting I remembered that and it worked...but I went to bed and only remembered now to post saying that it was working

- To Set Wallpaper, You Can Long Press Home Screen or Set From Gallery (I removed native wallpaper picker so it wont work through settings)
Install Instructions:
1: Download ROM from link below.
2: Download SuperSU.zip from HERE.
3: Place ROM and SuperSU.zip on External SD Card (Or you should be able to use internal)
4: Boot in Recovery, make a backup if you want to be on the safe side.
5: In SafeStrap Recovery either create a ROM Slot or use Stock Slot and Wipe (Standard wipe should work)
6: Flash the ROM.zip and then flash the SuperSU.zip immediately after.
7: Reboot System and ENJOY
I am not responsible for your phone if something goes wrong during flashing of the ROM. I can assure you both ODEX and DeOdex versions were tested on MY OWN retail Verizon S5 and everything worked the way it should!​

I do not own a g900f but i suppose if there is enough requests i can build it n ask for testers.. im somewhat new so my method of debloating is painstakingly long haha.. i basically go through each folder and manually remove the files by hand so it takes a few hours.. I do have a 3 day weekend coming up so i could prolly work on something if edgar doesnt beat me to it
edit: edgar already has g900f compatibility with his xtrestolite rom.. mine is sort of like his except i have android l stuff and no touchwiz lol. regardless if i get enough requests ill still make my rom work on g900f or another device.. which one gets no love?? id rather brimg rom to phones with no love than ones that have lots of roms so far..

Instructions :
You need an unlocked bootloader with latest modified TWRP.
- Make sure you are using the latest modified TWRP (see FAQ)

Bugs report
This ROM may have bugs, but if you report one without logs, We won't help you, as, well, we can't even know what's happened.
So two methods for you:

Magisk or SuperSU
Both are good to go, but depends of your need.
I have made a small comparaison, of course it does not contains all the criteria (different point of views are welcomed).
SuperSU:
A standard, compatible with almost all "rooted apps"
Break SafetyNet
Can increase battery drain
Magisk :
Include modules support (FOS include patched module for arise)
100% Systemless, do not break safetynet
Young project, some apps are not compatible
How to pass SafetyNet?
- Follow the aroma installer, after that make sure to enable "Magisk Hide" in Magisk settings.
Which recovery should i use?
Use the latest official TWRP available here.
Want to report an issue, a problem?
Please report it HERE, it much more handy compared to the forum.
Provide as much information as possible, the installation logs or logcat are important.

What does mean CE?
- CE stand for Community Edition, it's based on the beta branch of OnePlus, the non-CE builds are based on stable branch, and ready for daily use.
How to downgrade to non-CE?
- All you have to do is to perform a clean flash that means (wipe: data, system, dalvik, cache).
Can i dirty flash this rom ?
- You can dirty flash if u're using my previous version, but if anything wrong, a clean flash before reporting is a must.
I got a bootloop caused by a incompatible/bad layer.
Boot into TWRP.
Go to Mount.
Select System.
Return to Home.
Go to Advanced.
Go to file manager.
Go to /system/vendor/overlay/ and remove the bad overlay apk.
My installation is stuck at XX%.
- Wait one or two minutes and touch two times at the bottom right of your screen, if you got nothing reflash the rom.
I have unselected/selected a setting in the aroma and now i (don't) want it.
- Reflash the rom
Tips :
For reducing the battery usage, i recommend to disable Viper4Android for the phone speaker for everyday usage.
The economy will minimal but we don't need an audio treatment for a simple *ding* notification.

Since Oxygen OS 3.1.2 I've switched to CM and other AOSP-based ROMs because I couldn't stand Oxygen OS, but now I'm genuinely interested in what @NevaX1 can bring to the table with OnePlus' CE builds. After he releases his 3.5.3 CB build, this will be the first time (in a very long time!) I switch to try stock ROM again (also first time ever using a CE build). Thanks for getting me hooked, will watch this thread like a hawk for the new update

me too. Cuz CM base of op3 in anymodder with installed xposed are detected some apps as cheat program, esp Com2us's games, some Gameview's games and 4:33's game.
I try to us OP3Lite but have no update. now i'm on 1.6CE of freedomOS btw.

Does this also include the new bootloader and fingerprint firmware?

My phone is softbooting after long pressing the power button ,done wiping my cache and factory rest for the 2nd time .
Edit :- I am not using any theme engines (layer or substratum) and even viper +dolby.
Edit :- Flashing community build 3.5.3 solved my problem.

No .. it is not a ROM. These are mods to be installed on any 7.1.x Nougat ROMs like crDroid, CypherOS, Resurrection Remix, Slim7, LineageOS & etc

3. Does the camera app work properly? Like changing iso, EV, etc. ? Does this mod support ufocus?
The Camera app is good for point & shoot. Changing EV is working fine but not manually change ISO - fixed and no ufocus too.
The main point for me to post this Camera app that I'm using on my running ROM is the storage where you can choose Internal storage or Removable storage to save your pics & videos.

I don't think they will work on every device, if they don't work .. I won't be able to fix anything.
Key point here is sharing what I have, not fixing for devices that I don't have.
I put everything in this folder - https://sourceforge.net/projects/xioami/files/RedmiNote5/
Simply install as normal apk. If not needed anymore, just uninstall as usual.
Note :
1. Google+ & Youtube plugins not working, so no Google+ & Youtube on Blinkfeed
2.News Republic from Play Store or any other site like apkmirror won't work.
3. You don't need all files in the folder (some of them I just place them there for my own reference)
4. Use only email to sign in Theme app

Install on top of any Nougat 7.1.1 ROM that you're on now .. any ROM.
Only the framework (on post #3 if needed but not necessary), you need to choose correct version of your running ROM.

As advised on every post - (as a good habit - make a nandroid backup before install)
Restore your backup or use any root uninstaller to uninstall them.
For me I always use this app to delete app & data - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.sdm&hl=en
delete app & data = uninstall app

although there are no 'installation instructions', armed with a nandroid backup, i proceeded to do a factory reset and a /system wipe before flashing the 'SenseHome_M8_7.1.1 - version 8.52.853503' zip file. flashing got over real quick with no apparent errors. but, upon rebooting the phone has been on the htc bootlogo screen for more than 10 min now. is that ok? how much further to wait?

Why do you wipe system ? This is not a ROM .. these are apps to be flashed on top of a working nougat rom.
Install your rom & gapps or restore your backup then install these apps on top.
