Rom very fluid, even if the stock was already very fast!
Apps 3D fluids, no complaints.
The bootscreen is very nice: D
The basic sound is very good, I have not dared to touch Viper4android.
Receiving SMS & MMS no worries (about 10 Trickdroid it receives mms if I activated the data ... boring!).
ZeroCamera: very good, but I think the record is not as good as Sense 5! : o (I took pictures to compare)
There remain crapwares (but can be used by some) like Dropbox, EA and company.
I say more except that it is very good? FlyinGrub thank you to you for this great ROM!
(I will return to 10 trickdroid to feel Sense 5 ... there are not really bugs, audio and build.prop tweaks work, Bulletproof works and Sense 5 is so great and so smooth ! Trickdroid 10 it is faster than the SourcE: o ... by cons I probably will come back because of BT and the history of MMS although boring)

Flashed the black status bar, installed apex launcher, removed HTC lockscreen, using aosp keyboard, installed holo light sense skin from market, I've got near aosp speed/look and feel with sense camera and such. Awesome! ROM is nice and fast with no problems that I've seen. Thank you!

Install insturctions:
To install this rom you need to wipe your partitions to EXT4.
Use the StockdroiD EXT4 Wipe to do this! Thanks to Mike1986
This WIPE will completely wipe your device but your SDCARD will be untouched!
If you come from a lower version with EXT4 of StockdroiD you can just flash it on top of it, but full wipe is recommend for the best performance!

This is the fastest sense ROM ever made, really, it looks stock and cool with the battery percentage. I used elegant blue on it and worked. BTW, I really dislike sense,it's too much for me, but its my opinion! Nice work sir.
You should add some screens sir, like that more people will download your Rom, and make the thread looking better, (Fonts, Center, underline etc)

U can remove anything u want from titanium backup mate...
Everything for the latets radio is included.
So no need to flash ril files!
And call recorder is optional so you can choose to install it later

I thought htc hub is required for sense to work, so maybe that's why it won't work. But iam not sure!

Just to let you know. I tried it myself. I installed titanium backup and removed HTC Hub and restarted my phone. No problem at all and HTC Hub is gone.
So it shouldn't give a problem!

Hello just want to let everyone know since there's always question about which Radio&Ril and Kernel best, i would believe they are all good but you have to test it yourself and pick the one that works best for your area you live in as i've discover that AT&T New Radios for my area works ok but the latest one thats 12.65 from DHD for my area it works better than the new Radio from AT&T , so this depends on your area you live in everyone's android will work different depending where they live so by asking us which is best i say they are all best it's all up to you to test it cause for everyone it will work different same with Kernels, So best is start Flashing on your own and see which works best for you Thanks!:good:

I'll improve the language support from the first release, but I'm pretty sure that everything is working for other sense 3.5 runny base, such as capy one, will work on mine too...so try the arabic patch u used to use, and let me know if works without issue, so I'll include in the op as add-on

Really dunno mate, probably no, because I guess a script on updater-script is needed, but you can perform an advanced backup of your actual data partition, then flash as it stated in op, and then restore your data partition, and you're ok...anyway, let me know if RCMix method works plese and Thanks

I don't have any problem with you porting that rom on a little stable base! But Why have you changed the name of the rom? You are trying to claim that the rom is yours totally...
Its not CyanJellyBread its New Experience Jelly Bean!
If the Original dev hasn't put any restrictions and rules on porting his rom atleast you should respect him!
And he got to know that you changed the rom name still he didn't take any actions! This thread could have been locked if he reported but he didn't! If he is kind then you don't have to take advantage of his kindness

Make sure your device is unlocked or have s-off
Download ROM and put it on internal sdcard

How to Save Battery and have great performance?
well each Device is used differently , therefore I thought i write down some little values and settings
for great battery without losing performance or anything
Little TIP: Enter Nova Settings and hold Volume down (3sec) that activates a secret Labs menu
A:
go to settings/about/software info /more/ and tick 7 times on build number.
now you have enabled the Developer settings in settings.
browse there to Advanced and change Animations to 0,5
but dont disable it .
B:
Enter Nova Settings / Look and Feel set Scroll and Animation Speed to "Faster than light"
1. Settings/Location/Mode - use Battery saving
2.Settings/Location/Location Services/google location reporting - turn location reporting and history off
3.Settings/account & sync/HTC Weather Service/ General Settings -Update schedule every 6 hours or Once a day
4.Settings/Display/Brightness- lower it to 70-80% you will not see a different
5.Settings/Display/media gestures - turn them off
6.Settings/Power - disable Sleep mode and Fast boot./ enable Powersaver only with cpu. You will not feel a different in normal use!
7.Settings/ AppOps /location - disable location in Google Play services and Htc Service Pack !IMPORTANT!

ViperONE is a highly modded rom with lots of features.
this is complete different. its a really clean system only (+350mb)
and its a hybrid of AOSP/AOKP/SENSE 5...
you can not compare it

You need to update your firmware to the latest (2.16 hboot) to run this rom properly !
Wich means S-off of course !
Do this step after a first rom installation, after this you will have to reinstall the rom with the new recovery.

Awesome to see more roms based on latest firmware. Going to give this a go when I have a bit of time. I love the new firmware bc of having the larger data partition. Allows me to load on more apps. So really happy to see more dev on this front for the One S. Thx so much!

It seems to remain a little more free ram, XPOSED STATUSBAR MODS crashes when I'm going to press on statusbar / notifications, also change the colors of the icons but I only changes the color of the clock.
The rest is very stable, to see the battery consumption over time
i think you can only have either status bar mod or Sense 5 toolobox, butnot at the same time ...

Can I restore my data from Maximus after a clean install of this rom? Or will this cause troubles?

The life of my battery with the Maximus was really excellent, I do not think it is very different with the SourcE, perhaps a little better
the battery life is good
i can hold 1,5 day without problem.
