Hello.
I ordered the XtremeGuard screen protector and I noticed they don't give any soupy water or something.
I saw here and in Youtube that I can make soupy water (of course :laugh by myself but I found a Zagg spray to apply their screen protector.
Can I use this Zagg spray to install the XtremeGuard?
Thanks!

yes you can use the Zagg spray for application. I have it on my Nexus. It ok but it does scratch easy even though these are not suppossed to. It does cover the whole screen though which is nice

Hey I received my HTC One X in the mail and put on the Armorsuit screen protector, but it severely interferes with the screen. When the screen is on, adhesive seems to be visible and it makes the picture look bad and really grainy. Did I do this wrong or does it just need time to dry out?

What screen protectors do you recommend over this one?
That is normal for these protectors... you have to give it time to dry and it'll look normal.
It should clear up in about 24-48 hours or so, it will be fine.
Yeah it did clear up! Just took several hours. Anyway I do recommend armor suit over zagg. There is no orange peel effect. It's smooth as butter.

I have a Captivate and have never used a screen protector. My One X hasn't arrived yet, but as it also has gorilla glass I don't plan to put a protector on it. I do plan on encasing it in a Defender or Seidio Active, which should keep the screen well away from any surfaces the phone might rest on.
Hey OP, is this a matte protector or just glossy? Also, does it show oil from the hands? And what is the texture? Thanks

It's not matte, it's glossy. Yes it does show oil and smudges from hands. The texture is very smooth. It's not a bad deal for $10. I spent $28 on getting a ZAGG screen protector installed at a mall kiosk and I think that was too steep.
If anyone's interested in purchasing, I got it from Amazon.
Armorsuit
I have my nexus 5 for about 3 months and i have very small scratch on my screen that only noticeable by light
sometimes when im outside and im with the phone its very annoying to see that scratch.
what can i do to remove it?
I would recommend to just put a screen protector on it that'll hide the scratch. I've bought the scratch remover and used it before on the screen and didn't have any luck getting rid of them. Spigen has an ultra crystal clear screen protector that feels nice and hides the light scratches.
Put a tempered glass
Buy a new screen costs 10$ and glue it on the lcd with loca glue

Has anyone tried the Bodyguardz 9H glass protector?
http://www.amazon.com/BodyGuardz-Te...=1436966360&sr=8-1&keywords=bodyguardz+note+4
Reason I ask is a rep at my local corporate AT&T store said it installs w/o a halo. Reading the 7 reviews on Amazon no one is complaining about a halo and at least one reviewer stated it did install w/o a halo. Because the tempered glass protector thread is 288 pages long I'm starting this thread. If you're using this protector how is it for fingerprints/dust?
BTW, I'm not referring to the Crown model just the glass protector itself as described in the Amazon link.
I'd recommend the Iloome light, 100% no halo and very clear. No lifting at all also.

Yes, the iloome looks like a good choice. How is it for fingerprint resistance?
Upon further research of the Bodyguardz on their own website they state it does have a halo.

It's got a really good oleo phobic coating, comparable to the stock note 4. For example; you can use your finger to wipe away fingerprints showing the coating is very good.

I wasn't very impressed. It did suffer from some (very minor) halo for me, but the worst thing was the edges seemed quite sharp (rather than 2.5D), and it was possible for dust to get trapped in the edges.
As we all know tempered glass screen protectors suck on 2.5D glass and the place where I live, I can't get a normal plastic screen protector just to prevent scratches.
So are there anyone of you Honor 6X users out there who use it without a screen protector? If yes, did you encounter any scratches?

It does't have any enhanced option for front glass (e.g. corning gorilla glass)
So it would be prone to scratch....

I already know that that's why this thread was made and that wasn't the question.
I've had mine for a couple months now with no screen protector. It's fine

You sure you don't even have the plastic one applied that some got out of the box?
Your question does not make sense since it depends on how you take care of your phone, whether you place keys and coins on the same pocket as your phone, or you lay it face down.

Yep, removed that when I tried a tempered glass screen protector. Didn't like it, so removed it and never replaced it with anything else.
Try the Trink impossible glass. Its not thick like a tempered glass and its flexible too. There are some videos that shows the durability of this glass. If you're not aware of it, then do check it out. They even have their own online shop. But again, it won't cover the entire screen.
Just bought the phone, ordered a case and a screen protector
Just to found that I had to use one or another because when I put the pone in the case, the screen glass just peels off...

I don't think olive oil is a big deal... Just apply a generous amount and it'll stick for a while. I'm up to a month I think and it still looks brand new. Yes it's case friendly. I have a heavy duty car and slim case. Both don't mess with the screen at all
I couldn't stand the white Halo around the edges with my previous screen protector, so I ordered the Skinomi wet install one. It's not tempered glass, but more like a thick film. Very happy with the results. There are no bubbles and no air around the edges. You can't even tell there is a screen protector on the phone. Now I know it won't protect the screen in a hard fall, but it will definitely prevent scratches. Goes really well with my thin Tudia case.

Why didnt you apply oil on the tempered one with the halo one?

I'm not a big fan of thick tempered screen protectors in the first place. They don't cover the entire phone like the film ones do. I've never cracked a screen on any of my phones and just need something to protect the screen from scratches.
I use TPU wet application film protection.
Skinomi works fine with my Tudia GLOST
