Problem with pen support

Hi, I'm new here. I have a Dopod 838pro, it's new, only 1 month but something strange happened. I was using the pen today but when I was putting it back, I could not put the pen back as before. I don't hear any click and the pen now can be removed easily (the pen now enter and then come back a little). Later I saw a piece of plastic broken, but I'm not sure if it's from the Dopod
Is there a way to fix it? May be this piece of plastic broken a part of the support? It happened with anybody here? Sorry for all the questions. But I'm still not believing that the support has broken. I have many friends with other Dopods for a long time and never seen this happen. I am always careful with my things.
Here are 2 pictures of the plastic, if anyone can say if is it from the pda I would be grateful.
Thanks.

You may walso want to repost your q to the Hermes forum.
Thanks!! I'll look in there.
Have a look at K-Jam servise manual here since they are quite the same model.
Hope it helps !!!
Problem solved looking michael's blog.
The rubber was in wrong place
I found out that a way to prevent this is to put the stylus in the right position. Not turning the stylus after putting it.

Yellow patch on screen- lower right side

Hey folks;
Today I noticed for the first time that my phone had a small rectangular yellowish patch on the lower third of the right hand side of the display. I googled the issue and found some similar problems. It's not screen tint, it's a discolored patch; otherwise the screen is great. I've owned the phone for less than a year. What should I do? There is a little damage on the upper right corner from dropping it once soon after I bought it, will that void my warranty? Any input would be appreciated.
Sent from my SGH-I727R using xda app-developers app
Woud it be possible to supply some pictures?
Edit: I believe that only water damage will void the warranty.

Wow... That's really strange.
It looks like it's been warped by high heat. Do you ever leave the phone in your car or in the sun?
Could be a device defect. So strange that It would happen now unless it's something you did. Was it onset, or did it yellow gradually?
Personally, I would just take it in.. But, depending on how this actually happened, they might claim that it was intentional. (they always do anyways)

[Q] ZTE Model ZTE-T U960s Need help ASAP!

ZTE(中兴) Model ZTE-T U960s Need help ASAP!
ZTE Model: ZTE-T U960s (China mainland mobile phone company)
Unable to switch on after being dropped on the floor yesterday. When I tried to switch on the phone, the starting screen animation plays then after a while it turn itself off. I'm a Design & Technology student so I decided to take the chance to disassemble the mobile phone to at least attempt to locate the damage caused, because I'm currently in China and not in the United Kingdom so if I wanted to take the phone to a repair shop, in my knowledge they are most likely will remove the components in the phone and sell them to the highest bidder and return the phone with an excuse like "I can't fix it". Additionally, the circuit board seen to be covered in quite a lot of dirt but only been used for around a year.
So far the phone has been partly disassembled and what comes my attention is this tiny piece of copper tape;

}
So I believe that the phone must have either been somewhat disassembled after the factory or during the assembling process the copper tape was used to improperly fix some kind of errors they've made.
My current sensible theory is that one part of the important control component had been damaged by the cause of that drop on the floor.

[HELP] Can someone identify this connector?

I bought Moto G on the ebay.co.uk. It came with this connector that I saw for the first time. It has some kind of a notch in the top middle and there is no space between pins and bottom of plug. Can someone identify it for me. I searched all over Google and couldn't find it. I must buy usb cable, but don't know what to search for... Thanks!

It's supposed to be a regular micro USB, and yours looks identical to mine except for what looks like a round object above the pins - is something stuck in there?
Obviously all connectors are the same, micro USB.
That one has clearly a piece of plastic stuck and pressing the pins up.
It was a piece of plastic pushing the whole connector down. I got afraid that it was some kind of non-standard connector :laugh:. Removed it and it is OK. Thanks everyone for help.
Probably the previous owner noticed that the connector wouldn't fit and sold it because he thought the phone was useless?

No, it was BNIB. Must be something in the production. I hope that that piece of plastic won't be missed somewhere..

Question The backs cracked By itself

Hello, I have an unusual problem Well, I once wrote here on the forum whether other users of this phone Asus Rog Phone 5 Do they have a hard time with the volume buttons because in my copy they were stuck when pressed? Today I was cleaning the phone and I noticed a crack on the back cover from the button side Oddly enough, the buttons have been working perfectly for some time, they click I do not know when it could have been damaged because the device has never fallen down I suspect that the damage could have happened spontaneously due to the badly glued housing, the stresses that arose as a result could have contributed to the malfunction of the volume buttons Can you advertise it or has anyone heard of a similar case?

Could it burst by itself?
The only thing that would generally cause the phone to crack on it's own like that is a swollen battery. Hopefully that is not the case with your device.
Nothing is swollen, everything works, even the buttons click and normally recede The warranty is unlikely to cover it, unless they believe it, it makes sense to advertise?
not sure but I had the rog phone 2 and it cracked near the hole on the back and I never dropped it I now have the rog phone 5 and it cracked kind of like that one mine is in a case I'm wondering if it has something to do with heat
