MEElectronics Sport Fi S6P IEs - Galaxy S 4 Accessories

So my favorite sport IE just got better! The company just made some new ones with built in controls and mic! Not to mention the sick new color combination which I'm really digging! Awesome sound and crazy sound isolation make these great for the gym! All this plus a few more neat things make these a definite win. Here's a write up on these cool IE's that continue to amaze me.
MSRP: 59.99
In Box Contents: IE buds, extension cable, armband, plenty of tips in different sizes, manual, carrying case, and two shirt clips!

Look:
New color combination for these guys and it couldn't be any better - green and black! They scream workout every time I see them. Really vibrant green color is very attractive and yet they look like refined. Definite win here!
Fit:
As is customary from MEELECTRONICS fit will never be an issue. These come with loads of tips in all styles as shown in the pictures. Small medium large - single double triple - you'll find something that fits you. Now here's possibly one of my favorite features here - memory wire. This feature allows you to custom for the IEs around your ear and they'll keep that shape until you decide to change it. This makes them awesome for everything sport! You can run as fast as you want and jump as high as you can, they're staying! The pictures will show what I mean.
Durability:
I am finishing up my second week of using these guys working out everyday at least 1hr. They are marketed for sport and being sweat resistant. I have ruined several headphones due to sweat - I sweat buckets - but these are still going! I haven't noticed any problems on either the headphones or the remote even after many hours of sweat pouring on them. Gotta say I'm impressed!
Sound:
Beautiful! I love it. Are they studio monitor quality ? No lol and they're not intended to be. Are they the best sport IEs I've tried? Definitely! They give me good bass and very clear sound! After burn in period the sound got progressively better and clearer. Crazy sound isolation!!!! This is probably what makes the music sound even better. I like the sound on these better than my bose or my Sennhesier sports. Phone calls were very clear both ways although not as clear as earpiece. Mic was the same as talking on the phone as reported by people I called.
Major plus here was the cable being pretty silent compared to other IE buds. Cable noise drives me crazy!! Thankfully these didn't have that problem.
IMPORTANT!!!
Crazy sound isolation! That's a huge deal when you're in noisy environments and want to get away from the noise BUT it can be an issue if you're running out in the street with traffic so just a heads up! They're awesome at gym since its crazy noisy there and they have horrible taste in music lol great for studying at the library also even without anything playing
Only bad thing I can say is that I pushed the pause button a few times on some machines but that was my fault for not clipping them right. Also I pulled out the extension a few times but again I had them unclipped and was being careless. While using the armband (which you should if you're working out anyways) they're problem free .
By the way the armband is pretty cool. You can use the touch screen but it's still protected. In was able to fit my gs3, iPhone 5, and gs4 pretty well so that works out perfect.

Bluetooth Stereos

I was just wondering what everyone uses for their bluetooth music needs at the house. I was shopping for some kind of stereo/alarm clock and wanted to find one that supported streaming music via bluetooth.
Feel free to post pictures, reviews, or suggestions. It doesn't have to be an alarm clock, but that would be nice.
Price range is kind of wide, looking for anywhere from $50 - $300 (preferably not too high.
From my limited experience with bluetooth on several devices. It's not predictable & reliable enough for smooth experience. Audio quality is not as good as wired connection, but is acceptable for some.
Latest device that I tried was Belkin Bluetooth Receiver that I got from Apple store. The audio quality was horrible (AM radio quality). So if it's on your list, I'd suggest skipping that.
Check out this iHome unit:
http://bit.ly/adNZdI
Well rated for Bluetooth, but the alarm clock part isn't that good.
Best of all, it only costs $37.
I was actually looking at those iHome units, but they look real cheap, and I am worried about sound quality. I have heard some of their other products and they sound good for what they are, that one looks a lot cheaper made though. Maybe I can go to a store and find one to test.
Any other suggestions?
I use the Motorolla EQ5 Rokr. Cost me around $80-90.
Great sound quality! But it may be too small for your liking. I use it at work...streaming a baseball game right now using the MLB At Bat app.
I love this phone.

I don't know of any other alarm clocks. But I do use Bluetooth speakers at the office (IPevo Tubular) - audio is great, and they connect to the N1 perfectly.
Thanks to every one for your suggestions, They have helped me find a lot more places I haven't found before. Here are some of the Ones I like so far:

Review: MEElectronics AirFi Matrix Bluetooth Headphones

Hey XDA
Just throwing out a review for those of you interested in some quality Bluetooth headphones.
I have had these guys for a week and I've tried them on all sorts of music since I am part of a multi media team for a church. We edit and sample all genres of music so I decided to try these out for our work.
Build quality
They seem to be made with very good materials. I've had several other over the ear headphones that feel very flimsy and cheap; this is not the case with these. The adjustable parts on the headphones are very firm and not loose at all maybe even a bit too firm which I appreciate. The carbon fiber part is a cushion and not plastic which was surprising but not bad by any means.
Fit
The fit on these are excellent. They are snug and feel great. After a while you forget you're wearing them which is a plus since I would wear them for hours at a time. The cushions are very soft and there's just something about them that feels awesome.
Functionality
The Bluetooth part works excellent. Pairing took five seconds. They have never dropped Bluetooth connection on my S4, S3, my MacBook Pro, my wife's iPhone, and a few other phones we tested. Pausing the music and answering calls also worked perfect. Battery lasts quite a while and I love that I can use the aux cable for those devices with no Bluetooth.
Sound
Music on these headphones sounds amazing. I am not a fan of many headphones out there with over killed bass but I do like a decent thump - these babies delivered perfectly! Highs were very clear and crisp, mids were present but didn't give them a muddy sound. Call quality was great as well. The person OK the other end heard me perfectly. Volume on the headphones for call was good. I could hear clearly almost as good as the earpiece on my phone.
Overall I really likes these headphones. They have been great for me with everything I do. I like the case they come in and the face that they are quite portable with their rotatable earpiece. I loved that they charge with USB so that makes it easy wherever I'm at.

How many of you use the Note PRO 12.2 as a phone? How do you carry it when you talk?

Hello, I use the Note PRO 12.2 as a phone. Of course, I get strange looks from people often but I don't want to carry a laptop, the Note PRO and a phone all the time. How many of you use it as a phone? How do you carry it when you talk? I like to put it on my shoulder and use one hand to keep it there. So, the LCD is oriented that it is in parallel to my ear. No problem with it except that one time I talked to somebody for over an hour. Afterwords, I felt pain in my arm.
Why on earth would you need to hold it to your ear?
Perhaps try a Bluetooth device?
Or perhaps some headphones that have a mic unit on the cord?
Then you can just turn off the screen and tuck it under your arm or in a satchel/backpack or something...
I use it as a phone when my Note 3 runs out of battery.
Carry it.. no. They invented these things for it a couple of years ago....

I tried some of those bluetooth devices but did not feel comfortable wearing them.
ShadowLea: Is there a mic on the Y23? It seems that it is just a normal ear phone. How do I talk if I put the Note PRO in a bag?
I usually grab it when my phone is out of reach or out of battery. if I'm in my house I just use it as a speakerphone but its all outdoors I usually have a headset. You can buy them on Amazon for five bucks. I use the ones they came withthe flat wire not the rounded ones I don't know which ones they are exactly but they are the more recent version. I bought 5 of them and have them all around the house and in the car. the combination of Google Voice and hang outs is amazing

It has a mic. The U stands for Universal (Meaning every OS), there's also a Y23i for the iPhone, and a regular Y23 without a mic.
I've always got my bag very high up (never on my hip, it flops about too much then) or I use a backpack, so the cable length is long enough.
Alternatively I use a Bluetooth earpiece for when I'm on the go, because cables don't work well when you're moving. I've got a dust-proof, water-proof, shock resistant Bluetooth earpiece through an army friend of mine.
At home it's usually connected to my JBL Charge 2 (bluetooth speaker) which has a conference function that allows me to use it as a speaker and mic.
I request a picture of someone holding it to their head like a phone.
It's for scientific purposes. I swear.
Thanks.
Sony SBH52
When not connected to car bluetooth, I use Sony's Smart Bluetooth Handset SBH52 for calls.
I request a picture of someone holding it to their head like a phone with just one hand! haha
greetings
Must be a joke! ?

Aukey Bluetooth 4.1 Wireless Stereo Portable Mini Lightweight Gym Earbuds help me run

I recent brought this Aukey Bluetooth 4.1 Gym Earbuds for running. When I choose the very songs I like best and then ware the earbuds, I could run more than an hour ( I could only run half an hour before...) I used to use wired earbuds when running and it's really annoying to see the long wire flying crazily in front of me...
Ok, here comes to the nice earbuds.
The right side earbud has the volume button on the front and it's quite long so you can easily find the volume up and down when working out. The mic opening is positioned below the volume down button.

A little thing I dislike: the charging port really needs agile fingers. But mine are a too fat and clumsy...:crying:
But I guess there are only green ones of Aukey earbuds. I do hope there could be some other colors. Black, blue, yellow...Haha...
Like it or not, please check at amazon.co.uk by yourself. By the way, now you can save £3.00 with code QG2NVABQ.

I'm too lazy to run, so any earbuds that can help me to actually do it without breaking a sweat would be a good thing.

Haha, I am also very lazy to run, that's why I should listen to music when I run. That really could help divert my attention from tiredness. But I like it when I sweat a lot. That's a good sign showing that my fat is burning, and I will soon loose weight.
Come on, let start running! You will feel like gaining more energy!:highfive:

Question question about ending the speaker of the conversation

hi, i need help could the owners of the silver pixel 7 pro have a look into the slot of the loudspeaker for calls? because normally it will go crazy, do you have the entire filling in black or are there silver gaps as in the picture? I was looking for many videos from disassembling pixels as it should be and I got stupid. I am sending pictures of what I mean, you have to look at the right angle Thanks in advance for your response

Mine is all black, no "gaps".
So I thought that my Pixel is unique and now the question arises in connection with this factory "flower" will this loss of seals, fillings somehow affect the operation of the phone, e.g. water resistance? Report it under warranty?
Mine has the same effect as your speaker grill, but the darker lines are equal distances from the front camera punch out. Too even to be dirt or anything that would accumulate in a random manner. I wouldn't worry about it, personally.
If you're worries about the ip rating maintaining, use this app from time to time to make sure it's still good: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ray.waterresistancetester
I feel like you might have a hard time getting google to replace your phone for that. Might not hurt to at least inquire so you can have it documented that you reached out previously in the unlikely event that it causes issues. Good luck friend!

I fixed this tiny defect in my own way, using a marker that we use at work and a piece of paper, I painted the inside black a bit tedious job because you had to dot by dot at points but finally now it looks like God commanded. Before the procedure, I checked the tightness using the application, thanks a lot, I didn't even know such a thing existed.
I respect the dedication and it looks good! I love that app. I use it to make sure the seals are good from time to time and it gives good peace of mind.
I have no gaps but the sound is ok.
Maybe Google is experimenting with real buyers and one of them appears in the p8p...
