I installed the paranoid android 2.99 rom, does anyone know how to get the radio app that support my device? Because Spirit fm app doesn't work although I've purchased the paid version...

I think you should flash the right RIL and RADIO for your ROM to get it working. However, check this post thread.
Download 4EXT Recovery if you don't have it yet.
Let me know.
They said android 4.1.x does not working with this method... Or it still works on my android version? Shall i install custom roms that have android 4.2.x and 4.3?

If radio is vital for you, yes. I suggest you to use a 4.2 rom with the right ril and radio.

Agreed. There is no one size fits all radio. For me, the stock radio is the best, for you it may be different.

I don't know, I use 4 ext touch recovery. I remember there being some versions of CWM with charging issues.

There's a free app in the market. 4ext recovery control, you can download the app and install the recovery through the app if you are rooted. The paid app is better and has more features, it's worth supporting the development of this recovery. It is so much better than CWM, IMO. Some ROM chefs include it in their ROMS. There's a thread over in development section, plenty of support from the developer.

Hey guys. I have an inspire and a AT&T One x. Currently I'm using my inspire for a radio at work while I'm making pizzas 16 hours a day. :/ I like the FM radio on the stock ROMs cause I don't need a data connection(which is good cause there isn't one). My question, is there an app I can use across any ROM I use that allows me to listen to the radio without a data connection. Could I just take the apk out of a ROM like viper and make it a system app?

You can try a spirit fm.

I am using Albino's CM10.1 Android 4.2.2 ROM, which works great. However, my GPS is not working. I've tried a bunch of apps from Google Play to try and resolve this issue but no luck. Is there a way to directly check the GPS hardware itself to determine if it is broken?

Hi,
Very weird that you have a hardware problem.
You should make a cwm backup and flash a sense ROM like Mike's ARHD o elegancia.
if it works
Sent from my GT-P1000
If you want to check a hardware problem I would suggest you to try some stable rom like Stock,RevolutionHD,ViperS or Revelation to see if your gps works on some of them.Don't forget that CM10.1 versions are steel in testing mode.
Thanks guys. I'll give the alternate ROM approach a try...

Hı. I installed CyanogenMod 10.2 stable. But I dont know how can I listen to Radio with handsfree. Without using Internet base apps. Just digital signal like before that I use stock sense as my user interface and htc Radio app.
Tnx

I think you can't. If you want radio so much go for sense.

In cyanogenmod 12.1 radio app included as a system apps. You don't need to install secondary app for listening radio or installing Sense ROM.
