FM Radio App - HTC Inspire 4G

Hey guys. I have an inspire and a AT&T One x. Currently I'm using my inspire for a radio at work while I'm making pizzas 16 hours a day. :/ I like the FM radio on the stock ROMs cause I don't need a data connection(which is good cause there isn't one). My question, is there an app I can use across any ROM I use that allows me to listen to the radio without a data connection. Could I just take the apk out of a ROM like viper and make it a system app?

Agreed. There is no one size fits all radio. For me, the stock radio is the best, for you it may be different.

You've flashed AngelDeath's GPS fix (in my sig)? It's pretty much a universal fix across all ROMs and seems to work for almost everyone.

To give you a simple answer, flash a custom Rom. If that Rom doesn't have the "H+" icon, that doesnt mean anything. You still have your "4G"

The only way thing you can do is try out different ROMs and different radio/RIL combos.

really? you were able to find the hack kit, root and s-off, but you dont know where to find the radio and rom threads in the same exact forum section the hack kit came from?
you should probably do some more reading. this isnt something you should be taking lightly.

Judging by your sig, you are on your phone. Get off the phone and go to the PC. Things are more hidden on the phone and the search function really sucks.

Go to the radio thread in the inspire 4g android development forum. Its a sticky so press the stickies tab on the app. You will find that radio thread and all the information is in there. Just read it.

Antenna Reception

Hi noob here, I just want to ask if there's a way to improve the sensations antenna reception, I have been having inconsistent signal sometimes people will call me and even if my phone is on they said it goes straight to vm due to low signal specially when my phone is idle for a long time. Hope someone can shed a light to my problem.
Note: I already tried warranty exchange and same thing, tmobile signal in our area is very good.

In cyanogenmod 12.1 radio app included as a system apps. You don't need to install secondary app for listening radio or installing Sense ROM.
