ONLY FLASH THIS IF YOU HAVE 2013 NEXUS 7 (WiFi)
This is a 4.3 (JSS15Q) Stock Rom made from Factory Image (Razor) released by Google on 08/22/13.
Both Deodexed and Odexed versions are available. Both of them are rooted with unsecured boot with init.d support and includes busybox.
Wipe cache/dalvik. Flash via CWM or TWRP. Your data will be preserved.

How to install DEODEX? Download the archive Deodex, we put on the sdcard,

This threads lacks descriptions.
U should write some info about what u are sharing.
For eg.
-U haven't explained method to flash this firmware.
-U haven't provided any info regarding deodexed variant like, it is debloated? How to flash? Does user needs to flash stock ICS first before flashing it.
-U haven't provided info that after flashing stock ics don't wipe data using CWM or stock recovery as it could cause super brick.
Kindly provide some infos, not all users are unable to understand what are this files for and way to flash. Users can go on a wrong way and can cause harm to their devices also.

Unable to root!
Im unable to root once i install ardadat kernal it unroots itself.. after that how many times i try.im unable to root
i checked its link but it very confusing didnt understand where to click for download
now this file is just of 218 mb....which one i should download 600+ mb or this one 218 mb

Can you explain more on the situation? Why you feel that it 'unroot' itself?
Are you using SuperSU? Don't use that and use Superuser instead. My next version will not restrict the use of Superuser. Thanks.

Actually, why everyone is downloading the OTA release but not the custom CWM flashable one? This OTA contains the stock kernel which contains the eMMC bug and will also overwrite the recovery.
Also, is this thread already mentioned in the 'general' section? Why we need to duplicate here? Thanks.

For WALKMAN need to deodex your firmware, put deodex, turn on the phone, wait until the phone boot, reboot into CWM, and set my port.

hello , I deodexed my stock rom and applied your mod but it still didn't work. do I need a custom Rom like gimlo to make all these mods workable. by the way I pulled apks from system and jar's from framework and deodexed them using universal deodexer v3 and flashed back the files using cwm. I don't know why this error's occur, but in logcat it shows "signature mismatch with other packages of shared userI'd". hope you can help me.

I hope your firmware is 4.22, in the first post at the top there is a link to the post with 4pda, there are all the instructions you need. Also on 4pda see in the header deodex, his place, turn the phone on again, boot into rekoveri, and put my port. For firmware versions 4.27, 0.16, the port does not work .....

Try to play a song manually using any file manager and then check......

Says in the op take the boot.img out of the zip and flash it using fastboot

I tried all servers now. some of them twice but no chance the zip's are broken - also the boot.zip is broken.
EDIT: Okay, here's the boot.img I am using that I rooted for the 1.40.401 base

Seeing that this device didn't get an official jb update from samsung,I have made an attempt of porting the s2 plus 4.2.2 rom to the galaxy r, I still haven't tested this yet as I don't own the device,but i'm pretty sure you will not get a hard brick from this.
Anyway, the rom is slimmed down and contains only the basics, if the rom is confirmed to be bootable then I will continue with this project and add some useful stock apps and probably mod it.
So please give me feedback if this is working as I have spent my valuable time on this, if it worked for you then great!if it doesn't please provide a logcat.

how do I properly make a log. my first file that I sent, was correctly made?

The method described by karthik050782 is correct, I have tried improving the current build and am trying to make it work, i'm uploading another build with added elements, so installation should work successfully as there are no missing files.
still the same error, and log do not work, I'm sorry.

Thank you for testing, it seems that I'm not going to be able to get this rom to correctly install, I'm going to stop work on this unless anyone has any suggestions on how to make it install correctly.

Ali, is it a set perm error?If yes, I think I my have a solution to that.
AS the name implies this is a stock rooted Android 5.0 Lollipop ROM!

Notes:
Should update bootloader. It is attached as a ZIP file but is not flashable! You need to fastboot flash it. For those in windows I have batch file in there along with ADB and fastboot.
First boot is a loooooooooooong time! About 5 to 7 minutes!
You must be on TWRP 2.8.1.0 for this ROM to Flash properly!
Troubleshooting
If you get no status bar reboot to recovery and clear all cache. If that doesnt work try flashing the factory image then flash TWRP again and then this ROM.
Getting Symlinks failed during install? Make sure /system is unchecked in TWRP mounts
Problems with internal storage? Look at THIS POST for fix by @freakzapster
Root doesnt work for a specific app? Contact the App developer. Do not post about it in this thread.

Thats why I created a batch file. You simply unzip it and double click. You dont have to be familiar with it. I took care of that already. If you stil cant figure it out then start a thread in the Q/A forum.

Factory Stock ROMS always have Gapps. This is what google pushed so you can be sure that there are Google apps on the Google ROM for the Google Device. This is not AOSP like my prior ROM. This is pure Google heaven!

Then download the android SDK for alternative operating systems then type in the commands you see in the batch. Or... Google for your specific OS.
When I try to flash from TWRP 2.8.1.0 I get the following error : "E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/usb-otg/Stock-Root-LRX21P-5.0.zip" . What can I do to fix it? I have 4.04 Bootloader

Make sure /system is not mounted in TWRP
Make sure the MD5 Sum matched
Try it from internal storage.
