[Q] unlock bootloader - HTC One S

I fried my one s a few days ago and just got the replacement. I went to htcdev.com and put in my new identifier token, got my bin, went to flash and got
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.142s]
writing 'unlocktoken'...
FAILED (remote: unlock token check failed)
finished. total time: 0.148s
and i thought ok maybe i messed up and used the old. I deleted all the bins, cleared cache on browser, and re-ran fastboot oem get_identier_token
it gave me something different... i thought ok i ****ed up some how, put the new one in to htcdev, got a bin flash, same thing...
i just sat here and spammed get id and its different every single time and none of the bins are working.
it came with hboot 2.15; but i was running this on the last phone (although i was s-off..) i did a quick forum search for "oem get-identifier_token" and didnt really see anything useful..
am i ****ed? whats the way ahead? thanks!

here's some possibly relevant info; this is a straight up latest **** from tmous phone

[Q] enabling s-off on HTC One X

I have been messing with my HTC One X trying to load a custom ROM without much success. I did manage to brick the phone upgrading the HBOOT version. This was done over a year ago and i've stated messing with it again. So far I have managed to flash a custom recovery, flash the boot.img and zip for the Maximus HD ROM. I can now boot the phone into Android again, however it will not recognise a SIM card. Can anyone help me get back to a stock or working ROM
I suspect i need to be able to enable S-OFF and/or change the CID.
I have tried the 'Moonshine' method to switch S-OFF however this just fails with an error
I have tried the fastboot oem writecid 11111111 and this fails with a FAILED (status read failed (Too many links)) message
The information about the phone is:

[Completed] [Q] Phone system folder wiped after failed cyanogenmod install

Alright, this is yet another wiped OS for an HTC ONE M7. I have spent DAYS trying to figure out a solution to this, but nothing has worked... Probably because I don't even know what the next step is.

I have tried fastboot flashing the zip files for the OS and it shows this in command prompt.
C:\Users\JamesM\Desktop\adbfastboot\adbfastboot>fastboot flash zip OS.zip

Basically, the phone was rooted and unlocked and I was installing cyanogenmod on it which failed and I deleted the system folder instead of doing a factory reset on it. It does not get past the HTC screen and I have attempted to flash zip files after attempting relocking and rebootRUU, which have all failed.. I have also tried the .exe RUU files. I am also feeling like there is a definite driver issue, since my computer used to show My HTC in the device manager and now it shows it in "other devices" as "One" and seems to be showing up as a disc drive. There honestly is not much that I can think of at the moment that I have not tried to get this going, youtube videos, hours of looking for similar issues, messing with things on my own to see if there is ANYTHING to do and nothing has worked. I am assuming that it has something to do with it being S-ON, but I have tried to change that with revone and it wouldn't flash through USB. Everything is wiped, but I have my bootloader and recovery... there has to be a way back from here..

I don't expect someone to spend a tremendous amount of time spelling things out for me, but if someone could give me a starting point... Like (Oh, it's probably drivers.. Or incorrect RUU)

HTC One M7 cant instal Firmware

Hi all,
Firstly, i hope this is in the right place!
I have accidentally wiped my phone again using the TWRP v2.8.4.0 custom recovery.. i have relocked the bootloader using the All-In-One toolkit and when in fastboot USB i try to flash the firmware i receive this message:
D:\FASTBOOT ADB>fastboot flash zip fw_4.19.401.9_custom.zip
< waiting for device >
sending 'zip' (27605 KB)...
OKAY [ 2.326s]
writing 'zip'...
FAILED (remote: not allowed)
finished. total time: 2.366s
Have tried swapping USB ports and still get the same message.
I have also tried putting the firmware zip onto the SD card with MTP enabled in TWRP and then installing from the 'Install' option but that just returns a fail each time.

[Completed] My AT&T HTC One M7.. Help?

Okay so, I was being all in awe because this was my first root, and I did it, but here's the messy bit, I kept installing ROMs and it felt messy so I went into TWRP (Version: 2.6.3.0) and I sort of went into advanced restore/reset options and I checked off everything. Bad idea by the way. So to sum it up this far, I uninstalled the operating system. The original backup of the original stock ROM was on the phone, it's now lost. I've been trying for days to fix it, and I know I messed up big , I re-locked the phone and I cannot get it to unlock again, so I lost access to TWRP, and I just want my phone back.. When I try to flash anything, from my experience anyways, it says (in this example, the TWRP img file, for recovery),
"C:\HTCOneRoot>fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.0-m7.img
sending 'recovery' (8432 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.065s]
writing 'recovery'...
(bootloader) signature checking...
FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)
finished. total time: 2.073s"
Really, I just want the stock ROM and for this all to be over. If someone could possibly help me, I'd love it. The phone is also AT&T, and the SIM card is disabled for the most part, it's an old phone from my (almost) uncle. As for the info I could get from fastboot:
"C:\HTCOneRoot>fastboot getvar all

Sorry for the spam bit, please help? I'm honestly lost. If this problem does get resolved, and I'm honestly not sure it will, I'm also interested in a good, stable Lollipop ROM for my HTC One M7. Thanks! :fingers-crossed:

Can't unlock bootloader of htc one sv via htcdev.

Hi all!
I tried to unlock my htc one sv via htcdev, i finished all the steps but when it reboots it's still locked.
Also, i can't get past the bootloader...that's the real problem. My phone once rebooted and now i can't get past bootloader.
I have already searched in this forum but didn't find any solution.
fastboot get var all output:

It's tampered.
THanks in advance!!
Very same with my phone!! Please help. Warranty period just ran out, so I'm pretty stuck.
Greetings
Is there any way to flash the One SV from outside, so via USB. Like an external hard drive. (One mentioned it is impossible. But I can't imagine that it was completely impossible, maybe there is a smart tool..... That's how I think HTC developers repair phones, if everything else fails).
Because I don't see any solution to go past the locked bootloader screen.
Thanks in advance
