Thanks ! Also try setting ON Turn on screen on SMS, Open SMS by motion and Disable lockscreen. This combination will unlock your screen when sms will be received and everything you have to do is to swipe over yours phone sensor to open SMS app.

Hows the battery life?

Works very well, I'm hoping it isn't a battery killer, let's see. Looking forward to new features, very nice app.

I was using the app for a week and I think it's kind of friendly to battery, because all service and all are running when you need them. When you do not they stop themselves.

Sorry to hear, can you please be more exact?

Working great. Except having sound motion and lock screen motion on together. Causes sound to change on/off when locking screen.
Unlocking screen doesn't work just lights up the screen. Have to manually unlock. Whether you disable lock screen or not.
Great app tho. Keep the updates coming

"This item cannot be installed in your device's country." My bad, it seems it's US only.
Not available in The Netherlands, too bad! Would love to try.
I downloaded this app a few days ago and just requested to join the beta. So far it seems great.....the only suggestion I have is a way to either auto-start/stop car mode when the app is activated/closed or auto start/stop car mode when "driving mode" is enabled on Samsung devices. I tried using the car dock receiver option and it doesn't seem to work with driving mode or when car mode is enabled.

My idea for the demo would be touches enabled and having my phones screen on my PC. All the solutions I tried got only 5fps or did not work. If you know a good solution for this I will redo the demo.

Unofficial CM11 question

I saw a couple weeks ago Scott released it. I've had my eye on it for awhile and just have one question
Is it good to use it as a daily driver yet? Thanks in advance!
I would say so...I've been using it as a daily driver for about 3 days and it's all right so far. You can always just revert if you don't like it.

Do so! It is amazingly smooth, and, although for now it lacks some features we are
used to it is only a matter of time until those incredible developers are able to incorporate
them. For now third party apps do a decent job. :good:
its more lacking cyanogenmod features than anything real hardware issues. its very aosp-y with only a few cm enhancements.

where you expect to see options to customize the quick settings toggles, and lock screen, and stuff, its all missing. you still have things like the theme engine, and profiles, and quick replies on text messages. its half cyanogenmod and half aosp.

What's wrong? it works.
Scott has taken a good path, solidifying the basics before adding the perks. Nothing like a good foundation, and 4.4 is doing more for our old Infuses, even in its current WIP, than any version of Android since Gingerbread.
My only issue is the rom isn't letting me restore my texts from super backup soon as i get that working i'm using kk as a daily driver
Battery life seems to be better than 4.3. I see lots claiming massive battery time increases, which has me curious how many people leave things like gmail sync,Google now, etc running all the time.
very sleek and fast interface, and battery life :good:

nearly all sms backup apps arent working because of the way sms app handling is done in kitkat. the backup app has to become the default messaging app. i think only sms backup & restore supports this right now, so give that a try. works great for me.
you can install it to your phone here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riteshsahu.SMSBackupRestore

Seeing as the build is less than 7 hours old, nobody should be commenting nor asking about battery life. At any rate, try it yourself. It won't kill you to backup and flash. Your mileage may vary too

Additionally, I have also had a report of WiFi not working from another user. Is this isolated, or are there any others experiencing the same issue?
