Great Player
Great player, but it does not read or see any of my playlists, can only create playlist on device.

Just installed and it looks nice. Thanks for the counter on the widget, useful feature IMO. I'll try it later.

Does it play cue files and APE?

This Player has a wonderful UI , but it doesn't list .m4a music in the library even though it can play them when selected to open the .m4a files in file managers.

It is because the .m4a extension is not the default extension.
However you can change this by go to setting->library and folder->file extension, then select the .m4a.
After that, you should choose scan music (the top item in the same screen). Now the .m4a will be listed.

Sorry, currently it is not.

I can't find my mp3 files which are on extcard. In settings there is only path mnt/sdcard. But there is no other path to access extcard.

Seems to crash on launch. I'm on an HTC one m8 running 4.4.
The error I get is this: Failed to get ActionView from an ActionMenuItemView: mItemData at com.afollestad.appthemeengine.inflation.l

If the application crash you will see a notification "N Music crashed" tap on the notification you will see a dialog click ok to send the report

Loving this app, however, the playlists already on my phone are not shown in this app (they are shown in other music apps). Is there a folder where i can put the .m3u files? Or do i need to add another format. Thanks and keep up the good work!

A promising player. It looks amazing and has a good potential. Noticed one error: it does not work preset default equalizer when the program starts. To activate it you need to re-enter the EQ.

Yes that's a good point thanks for the info.
Yes AT Player uses some permissions for providing all the content and music options it has, main permissions purpose:
wifi since we do online music streaming,
sdcard for local music (music on your sd card) support
microphone for music recognition
draw over other apps for multitasking work-around for YouTube videos
screen lock for accidental taps and power saving functionality while YouTube music playback
alarm for music alarm functionality (yes we have even that option!)
run at startup to restore music session which were before phone off (can be turned off in the settings)

Also, keep in mind that the app contains some premium features which you can purchase to unlock it. The premium feature removes ads, limited downloads, unlock full equalizer. There are two modes of payment one is Paypal which is carried out within the app and other is G-Pay which is done externally, for more info follow this guide.

I've added an option for sharing playlists with your contacts in update version 2.0. You can go to Library > Playlist > any-playlist >(3 dots menu) > Export.
To import Library > Playlist > (3 dots menu) > Import or just tap on the file to see YTPlayer as an option to open.

First check if you are using latest 2.8 version, if not update to it.
If you are still facing crash, then let me know. Basically the time when I wrote this app, I was completely new to App development. That's why the app is a whole spaghetti coded, it produces undesirable and unexpected crash.
But soon if I get some time in this pandemic I'll completly rewrite the app using proper architecture and design pattern!
