Landscape Google TV apk

I love Google TV, but hate having the big keyboard in my lap all the time. The phone app is good but we be GREAT if it was in landscape. I know the best devs are here so I am challenging someone to try to make this. Maybe even with some nice teeming too semi transparent or ics theme.

It's on the Market, but I'm not sure it's quite what you're hoping it is.
Mainly, it's just a remote control for your existing set-top box (Logitech Revue) or Sony smart TV with Google TV integrated.

But I am looking for the app to be in landscape mode

htc tv app + aosp?

Will the HTC tv app and ir blaster work if I switch to an aosp rom? I use my phone for a remote in my bedroom with directv. Thanks in advanced for the response

If I'm not mistaken it doesn't work. I'm pretty positive that I've seen that in AOSP threads

Works pretty good!

You also should try ASmart Remote IR and Samsung IR Universal Remote (there's also a paid version)
I have tried a lot of them and others don't worth interest for universal functions. Sorry I can't post links as I'm a baby member

Try HTC Sense TV app... u can program multiple tv's...hope this helps

I'm using Peel Smart Remote.
By the way, after my latest upgrade to MIUI 6.6.3.0(Stable) through fastboot I have found preinstalled "Mi Remote" app. Seems to be pretty not bad app.

Peel smart remote is better one..

Nice.. I have already been using this capability to control DSLR using the smart IR remote app.
Overall, I love my uses of Gear 2. Hope they will update the firmware to newer Tizen version soon

I know they should it been a full year almost with no update android wear gotten two upgrade so far

IR blaster

I was thinking about all the cool stuff that can be integrated to android wear. Well I think an IR blaster would be a very nice addition for people who use TV, AC, and other stuff. NFC and an LED notification light would also be a useful addition to android wear our any other smartwatches.

This is why I stick with the HTC One line of devices. I really hope the M9 has a Google Edition, otherwise I don't know what I'll do.
The watches would be nice to have all the sensors and transmitters as phones. But an IR blaster from the wrist would be sweet.

This is the only reason I stick with my Samsung gear 2 plus the camera feature.

Maybe we can get an app that will control the ir blaster off our android devices since my z2 tab has an it blaster using my smart watch to control the ir blaster would be great
