Help. My 10.1 tab crashes when trying to use the keyboard

A few days ago every app that tries to open the virtual keyboard ( I use Swype beta but also tried with the Samsung keyboard) just crashes so I can't type anything I've tried rebooting the tab and changing the keyboard but nothing works,I also have root.
Anything I can do to repair this problem?

Have you tried clearing the keyboards data thru an app manager? You could also uninstall both keyboards and reinstall them from your sdcard. You could also try booting into recovery and doing a cache and dalvik cache wipe. And it may take a combination of all my suggestions.

CWM and Flashtools

I have a doubt. If i had CWM Recovery with locked Bootloader, would i be able to flash a stock ROM using Flashtools? Or CWM will remain instead?

You can make by both methods (only if the stock rom its a flashable zip)

Thanks. But if i want to erase CWM, can i do it by flashing a stock ROM by flashtools? I have locked BL

Yes. Easy way: use pc companion > repair. If you have .ftf, use flashtool, and you will lose cwm and root.

CWM will be removed as the system folder will be removed too, and the boot.img replaced(if the kernel packs CWM in it)

Thank you so much. I asked that because i am thinking about installing a custom ROM like Paradox but I have locked BL, so i thought i wouldn't be able to come back to complete stock for example, in case i had to ask for warranty. But my kernel doesnt pack CWM. I have stock kernel. I have to install CWM separetely. Does it matter or is it the same once you want to flash the firmware and erase CWM and go back to stock? I want to be completely sure about this, i dont want to get a huge FAIL

You are safe if you dont unlock bootloader. Going back to full stock? Pc companion - repair. Just root and install cwm, then install any rom that said for locked bootloader.

Google Gapps MIUI V7 4.4.4 or CM 5.1.1 for Xiaomi Mi4

Hi, guys.
I'm looking for a full Google gapps for MIUI v7 on my Xiaomi MI4 and a full gapps for CM12.1, not a mini gapps.
And I found OPEN gapps and TK gapps were really not fit for these two ROMs.
I have already checked it for several times, but they still didn't work.
Can anyone help me to find it?
Or did I do something wrong when I flash the gapps???

MIUI Has only 640mb x 2 partitions so it doesn't have sufficient space to flash full gapps,
Solution: Extend your partitions

It's perfectly working so far ?, regarding root users, they will lose root after flashing it, so they will have to root again.

No, you can't.
Ne mozes da go instaliras na nerutiran telefon Zekir. Ako znaes kako rutiraj go, i stavi go NoteRom V3 pa posle ovoj kernel i telefonot raboti mnogu brzo i bez nikakvi greski. A i romot e mnogu jak, kako 6.0.1 android na Note 5 e.

On stock rom your kernel works flawlessly, but on Note Rom V3 i get System UI force close. I'll reflash rom and your kernel again, and see if build.prop makes a problem(more likely) or your kernel. Thanks again

I only tested in stock rom. May be problem are in build.prop. You can begin for add the most important lines for best multi tasking and stop killer processing.

"Settings stopped" when entering Display

Recently I updated to OOS 5.1.9 and flashed Magisk and TWRP afterwards. Now, when I try to enter the display settings, settings force close and reopens again. It only happen with display. Tried already to reboot, uninstall Magisk but nothing helped.
Any help?

I think that my problem was flash kernel with avenger theme previously installed.

That was the problem. You have to disable themes first.

I think it's still in the data partition with the theme, but I'm not sure. You can try to wipe system and flash the full oos zip. You could also restore previous working version and just disable theme, then flash version you want without losing data.

Problem solved.
Install flash kernel in twrp, then flash enable avengertheme. Then dont fc in settings display. After This you can enable or disable theme or you can disable theme, install disableavengertheme in twrp and problem solved forever but without possibility to enable avenger theme.
