Try reflash the s4 recovery if that doesn't work then flash stock recovery then 're try s4 one . And if worst comes to worst boot up android download Rom manger set up recovery and choose install clockwork mod

I'm providing you complete folder of mine which has basic stuffs like custom recoveries, ODIN & root.zip
GALAXY Ace Plus - Basic stuff
- First from above link go into ODIN Software folder & download that software.
- Then from Custom recoveries folder download any one recovery which you like either CWM or TWRAP
(here I assume you know how to flash this custom recovery using ODIN)
- Next go in GALAXY Ace Plus ROOT folder & download RootSGAP.zip
- Place it in your SD Card.
- Boot in CWM
& flash that zip through SD card
- Reboot
- Done... you have rooted SGAP

First, Install kies to install drivers properly.
Open ODIN
Connect device to PC using USB Cable in download mode.
Click pda.
Select downloaded recovery file
(Its in .md5 format you have to extract downloaded zip)
Click start
Wait till reboot.
Done.

ODIN is universal flashing software for all samsung android device.
But for others (recovery n root zip) made for ace plus only don't even give a try on other device

nope with stock even CWM recovery you can flash only .zip files
where ODIN accepts .MD5 (CWM recovery is in .md5 format)

i...really...didn't know we had a stock recovery....
i flashed cwm through odin......
try cwm 6.0.1.2 and then root again i guess. or as rooting file flash su package

I own a Samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 in I had installed a custom recovery (CWM 6.0.1.1).this recoverymod is making my tab slower and slower. i know i have to flash back the stock rom to get back stock recovery. since it's too big file to download that, i kindly request u provide me a stock recovery mod (4.1.2) for galaxy tab 2 p3100 and the to flash that.

this site offers two recoveries that are above the version you use

1st of all Thnx Adi,
At first I had flashed this recovery, but I was still strucking.
I kindly request you to provide me stock recovery (4.1.2)
download a StockRom for your device, open the zip and extract the *.tar.md5.
Now open the *.tar.md5 using 7-Zip and extract the "recovery.img".
Download a recovery.zip for your device and replace the recovery.img inside with the stock "recovery.img".
Flash it in CWM.
Reboot the recovery.
Not tryed But should work

Just couple of days back I have made Prerooted Dr.Ketan custom ROM and many user asking about how to root SM-T111 so here describing simple method about how to root SM-T111.
1.Download tar version of SM-T110 TWRP which is working fine on T111. Here is original thread and you have to download This one. (select tar version NOT flashablbe zip). Thank to @gr8nole
2.Extract that recovery to get recovery.tar.md5
3.Flash this extracted file with Odin (PDA/AP tab)
4.Download SuperSU.zip and here is original thread of SuperSu by chainfire if you needs further info about SuperSU
5.Copy downloaded SuperSu file to Sd card
6.Reboot to recovery (Vol up+power+home)
7.select SuperSu zip and flash
Done !

Switch of device
Press power +volume up +home
Once you see Samsung text logo on screen release power and keep holding other 2 button.
It will boot to recovery.
For download mode same way but use volume down in place of volume up.

I'm stuck on boot loop in recovery, nothing it's working, everything I do(charge, reboot system) the tablet it's entering recovery mode. How can I put the stock recovery or anything else? Thankyou
Edit: dw stock recovey from here and flash again with odin, now it's booting
There is a bug: after flash super su, install back stock recovery and it's ok

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to root my T111 just updated with the latest official Samsung firmware (Sept 2014), now I correctly flashed recovery through Odin, but when I enter CWM and select supersu.zip to install it, it returns signature error...
Could it be related to the latest official rom?
Do I need a different supersu package (I downloaded the latest)?
I tried do download it few times, thinking about a corrupted zip, but it's intact...

Use twrp one I have said in op.
I am busy with other development and no any plan to update rom for this device. One is based on previous version is there on Dev section. Basically this is not my primary device but only gaming device for my little kid. If I make any new version then will post in dev section.

Hello , I got a Galaxy Tab 3 Neo (SM-T111) , I followed your process for rooting my device , all steps followed and were going correct and i flashed recovery.tar.md5 file via odin but the problem is after flashing , and pressing power+vol up+home , I can't boot in recovery , I also left the power button when logo appears , but it goes black . And once it went to stock recovery I think and there were 2 error's (No Command and then simply Error) . Please a quick and fast answer will be thankfull.

You can repeat procedure. Make sure you are downloading correct version as said in op.

All steps followed correctly but when after falshing recovery.tar.md5 when i try to boot into recovery it shows up the logo then i remove my finger from power button then the screen goes black . Please Help !
