The S2.6 Download link in your OP is all in Chinese. I can't figure out to even download it. Please host it in some way where English speakers can download the ROM.
Since I was warned that I cannot post Chinese links, so I deleted all of the download links. Also because of that S4.0 will be up to 1GB large and the downloading speed will be very slow for non-Chinese users, I will stop posting links.
Of course, you can still download the previous versions. If someone remionds me that those versions are from Chinese sites as well, I will delete all links in this thread. I apologize for this. Also, if anyone wants to close this thread, please provide some convincing evidence.

sun_dream has had 2 previous releases from the 1.29 base - this is version A03 and looks like it's from a different carrier to the other 2.
slow to download so can't comment yet on the rom itself.
this guy does some good stuff, so probably worth a try.
download server is soooo slowww... 42 hours to go... any mirror maybe?

You might be best using twrp 2.3.3.x...2.5.x is known to have issues with OneXL. May not fix your issue but will help in the future

I've finally got it downloaded - about to flash.
I think the wifi tether thing is more of a workaround than a fix, but I'll let you know.

so I got it to boot. also got it onto English which helped a lot
wifi tether is just an apk that is in addition to the 'stock' tether. It works fine, but would most likely work in any rom.
I'll have a play with the rom and report back further, but it's complete stock (plus a few added apks in system/app). stock kernel, no APM etc.

hmmm, has periods of really laggy performance, especially at start up and when downloading from Play Store. Tried flars kernel but didn't make any noticeable difference. When it's not laggy it is smooth and quick, but laggy too often for me to use as a daily. most likely something minor causing the problem that hopefully sun_dream can sort out quickly.

Attached is the AT&T framework mod to add the AT&T Version of 4G Icons. You will loose the ability to toggle the radio mode.

Strange why you didint see the link. I had it up before i posted here but oh well. Stranger things have happened.
Yes, I think this base is the best by far! We just need to get all the mods rebuilt for it.

IMHO, smoother but lacks the mods. Basic in the fact that its basic Sense 4 with no mods.
First time I ever got LTE Toggle to work properly too!
Once I get mods rebuilt for this base I will update the CleanROM Standard to this base.
For now, its just a cleaned up tweaked ROM with no additional mods.

I was until I tried this build. I really like it.
Its set up for AT&T but can be used on any GSM carrier.

No, thats de-odex. The Stock Rooted Deodex ROM I posted does seem to work with the unfinished CoreDroid port I have.

Yeah. I didn't download the .cn version...I downloaded and flashed the MIUIandroid version recommended by the_maker. Better translations and optimized by iBot. Rock stable build. Best ICS build I ever ran. I'm still running MixMiui v3 since it has Google Now. I just wish I could successfully add it to the 2.10.12 iBot build. The ARMv6 version won’t work fully but you will still get a lot of the features. From what I can tell, the ARMv7 version is quite complete.
Also worth noting, I ran into trouble on some ROMs that weren’t AOKP. Trying to install Google Now on HTC Sense 4.0 and MIUI ICS seemed successful at first. On MIUI, I was even allowed to use the Voice Search without issue. However, when I tried to enable Google Now, I found myself in a world of force closes that ultimately led back to AOSP.

By the way MIUIAndroid was my default ROM for last year, but with V4.0.4 I encounter a lot of bugs that make me mad, that why I switch to official MIUI.

I was under thee assumption that there wasn't an official miui v4 for DHD. That is unless you're talking about GB. The MixMiui v3 I'm on is based the 2.9.15 MIUI.cn v4 Sense 3.6 mix. Google Now is working perfect on that rom. I don't understand how I can't install it on this 2.10.12 build.

I found this ROM is fully function, specially after I remove MIUIHome, and replace it with GO Launcher and add RAM optimizer script and disabling some autorun receivers.
but what I realy miss is sd-ext, whatever I try, it's not working.

1.Make nandroid of your current rom.
2 Wipe cache,dalvik cache, system, and factory reset
3.Flash rom
4 If your're s-off or on hboot 1.09 then you can reboot to system. If your're not s-off and have hboot 1.14 or greater go to step 5
5 Reboot to bootloader and select fastboot
6 Open the rom.zip and copy the boot.img to your fastboot directory.
7.Plug phone into computer and verify connection
8 Flash boot.img with this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img
9 Now you can reboot to system and enjoy the rom

If you experience data drops and reboots follow the step in the op of this thread to update your firmware

Evita Sense 5 FAQ’s
Will this rom work on the International HTC One X or X+?: No, this is ONLY for the HTC One XL. If you want a shiny new paperweight then by all mean, flash the rom.
Can I dirty flash this rom over a previous version or another rom?: It may work or it may not but, it is highly advisable to wipe cache, dalvik, factory reset just to rule out any issues that may arise.
Can I flash this using CWM?: There are a few users that have gotten it to flash with CWM however, we advise you to use TWRP.
What version of TWRP can I use to flash this?: It is recommended to use 2.3.3.1 or 2.6.0.0 or later.
I found a bug. What should I do?If you have found a bug or some apps are force closing or something isn't working as it should try to capture a logcat of the problem or post a detailed description on how to reproduce the problem.

Just for the OP - I'm with Telstra and have no data either....
I have been using this ROM as ny daily driver, I do not have a data plan in my country, so I don't miss it. What I probably miss the most is Bluetooth. Also, some sense 5 wallpapers would be nice

It does have the Samsung keyboard enable in settings. Camera is just a themed Jellybean camera.

At first this was a project started by S.a.M.e.R_d and E.l.I.e_a And we arrived so close to releasing , but after e.l.i.e_a got banned , we deleted all files concerning KingCobra JB Sense 4+ as he was the biggest contributor in it and Kernel Dev , so his return to xda was imaginable . After taking some crap from user's "They Know There Selve's" ."S.a.M.e.R_d" Founder Of KingCobra Rom's And "TheRinseM" Lead KingCobra Rom's Developer and CO-Owner started making a new plan which was eliminiating sense 4+ and going directly threw sense 5 so after hard work and against all odd's we did it . It was the hardest thing we did till now in KingCobra .

@S.a.M.e.R_d as a team mate of yours I am going to try help fixing this with you since i still have the htc desire hd...... okay so when my other team infernal ported sense 5 and sense 4+ we could never get WiFi working even when we had all the proper files there.... But one day I did a lot of reading and research and couldn't find a fix at all. And I took a few gambles and got it working and I'll share a few things I did ..
1. Make sure you have all the proper files that made WiFi work with sense 4.1.... Sounds crazy but my old team did it
2. You might have to hex edit WPA_supplicant and point it to the correct modules
3. If none of them work still then keep what you edited jn the rom there and delete this file "android.hardware.wifi.direct.xml" located in "/system/etc/permissions/" And reboot.
For sound try using
1. Sound files from HTC Desire 500 files
2. Sound files from HTC Desire 600
3. Or from the DHD sense 4.1 system
And about camera.. You won't be able to fix that because that's kernel related

Yes I fixed the ramdisk
So as soon as i'm getting second post (thanks samer) i will do kernelinformation and kernelcredits there. Also i will upload the source to github. Thanks.
