Two completely different categories I know. But here's my list, if there are good suggestions I'll add them.
Non-Market Apps
Faceniff (Hijack Facebook/Twitter sessions, this has a high douchebag rating. Use it to educate your friends about https setting on social networks)
WifiKill (Does what it sounds like, again very high douchebag rating)
SMSBomber (again, not on the market for a reason)
Root Apps:
SD Maid (cleans stuff)
AdAway (blocks stuff)
Titanium Backup (backs up stuff)
ROM Toolbox (whole bunch of stuff)
ROM Manager (not as much stuff)
Six Axis Controller (hook up a ps3 controller via bluetooth and stuff)
Undelete (undelete stuff)
Root Apps:
Titanium Backup (paid version.....every flash-a-holic like me should pop for the paid version)
ES File Explorer
System Tuner
PC Apps:
adb (necessity for any modder/developer )
APK Tool (also necessity for any modder/developer)
Personally moved away from Root Toolbox for System Tuner and ES File Explorer. I've learned enough now to replicate most you can do in Rom Toolbox, but it was great in the beginning.
Favorite non market app: Network Sniffer. Its hilarious to redirect all website traffic on your network to a single website. Or change all the pictures to troll face. Definitely high on the mischievous list.

This could be my new favorite app...
Installed today... looking good!!!
It allows for multiple users on JB...
I created a user for my wife and so far its clean. She has her own homescreens, etc...
It is the first generation of the GUI but it is basically just doing command lines stuff that is already built into JB...

What are the best rage comics readers apps?(with swipe changing)

I personally use Google Reader to synchronize all my web/rage comics. With a little bit of effort you can find the rss feeds for nearly everything... After that, you can read them on your PC, cellphone, tablet, etc using an app of your choice (I personally really like this one).
The cool thing about this method is that everything gets synchronized across all your devices, so you always know what you've read and what you didn't. You also can add any other site of your choice other than rage comics. And finally, the average quality of Google Reader apps is much higher than dedicated rage comic apps, IMO.
Try this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.garciahierro.ragecomics

I use sharepic, really good, but the button bar is really hard to click on, even with 4“ screen.
But it seems you got an SIII so that shouldn't be a problem.
Otherwise just get a fun site with an RSS stream and use a news app like Pulse or Taptu.
I really like Amuse -> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.amuse
You should really check this out.
The best app for rage comics?

Hi
If you want the most updated Whatsapp apk, go to their site.
Google Play whatsapp apk gets updated only once in a few months.
There are some UI enhancements worth checking it out.

I have been working on this app for a long time. I think it is finally at a stage where I can say it is stable and ready for the masses to take hold. It has been listed on google play now for over a year as a paid and free app.
When I worked on ROM's it was tedious updating so many threads after completing a new update. So I developed Android MOD Market
Android MOD Market is an app that scavenges through CyonaogenMOD, MIUI-US and XDA searching for APPs, MODS and ROMS; reads the posts, picks out information and makes it available in an easily searchable and categorized app.
I guess you could call it a ROM, MOD and APP search engine with some added features. You can set presets for your favorite listings and have it notify you when the listing is updated.
Unlike ROM Manger, GOO-IM or many other popular apps and update notifiers, AMM does not require the developer to do anything additional but post it to a forum thread. New listings are usually picked up by AMM with in a few hours and any update is available immediately to a user.
You can view the AMM website (in my sig) and view the listings there, get the free app from Google Play (ad supported) or if ads aren't your thing feel free to purchase an ad free version also Available on Google Play.
Check it out here...
Website = www.androidmodmarket.com
Free Ad Supported Version = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thunderstick.androidmodmarketfree
Paid Ad Free Version = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thunderstick.androidmodmarketpro

That's strange, not sure why your device is not compatible. Let me check the listing. APK attached to OP...
Resuscitating this thread...
APP has made some major milestones lately. IF you tried it in the past and disregarded it, feel free to give it another try. It is definitely much different now.
APK in OP updated to reflect the latest free version available from the playstore.
List any app provider you've found to be malicious. Include app store and individual app(s) versions. Also how they are infective or defective. This is only meant to spread awareness, not to bash certain application developers. Thanks for your help
Edit: i.e.- when searching aptoide for app in a particular store, and scroll down to comments to double check authenticity, the comments are combined for every version of the app in that store, and the app can be added to another store- that's why I'm interested in version #
Please no general comments

App Stores
Best to stick to Google Play, but some people (like me) are not allowed to spend (as i'm only 14). i have to use apk's for some apps that i cant live without like nova launcher and pocket casts.
I'd say the Swiftkey data logging thing is probably the riskiest. Best to stick to Google Keyboard or Sense keyboard
Just my 2 pence
Getapk I've been using for two years now no problems yet and is updated with newest apps daily
