I have been working on this app for a long time. I think it is finally at a stage where I can say it is stable and ready for the masses to take hold. It has been listed on google play now for over a year as a paid and free app.
When I worked on ROM's it was tedious updating so many threads after completing a new update. So I developed Android MOD Market
Android MOD Market is an app that scavenges through CyonaogenMOD, MIUI-US and XDA searching for APPs, MODS and ROMS; reads the posts, picks out information and makes it available in an easily searchable and categorized app.
I guess you could call it a ROM, MOD and APP search engine with some added features. You can set presets for your favorite listings and have it notify you when the listing is updated.
Unlike ROM Manger, GOO-IM or many other popular apps and update notifiers, AMM does not require the developer to do anything additional but post it to a forum thread. New listings are usually picked up by AMM with in a few hours and any update is available immediately to a user.
You can view the AMM website (in my sig) and view the listings there, get the free app from Google Play (ad supported) or if ads aren't your thing feel free to purchase an ad free version also Available on Google Play.
Check it out here...
Website = www.androidmodmarket.com
Free Ad Supported Version = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thunderstick.androidmodmarketfree
Paid Ad Free Version = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thunderstick.androidmodmarketpro

That's strange, not sure why your device is not compatible. Let me check the listing. APK attached to OP...
Resuscitating this thread...
APP has made some major milestones lately. IF you tried it in the past and disregarded it, feel free to give it another try. It is definitely much different now.
APK in OP updated to reflect the latest free version available from the playstore.

Upon finding out that I can't upload my programs made in app inventor to the market (currently google restricts this), I decided to help some other AI developers out and allow them to post their apps for download on my website: www.xxthe3dmanxx.com
Curently I am only accepting apps that fall under these requirements.
1) The app must be useful to the android community (no fart or porn type apps)
2) The app must be free (currently I have no way to accept paid apps)
3) OpenSource is recommended but not required.
4) The app must have been made by you.
5) Only app inventor made apps will be accepted.
If you are interested send me a pm with a description of your app and your name for (application credit), if your app is a beta please list known issues with it. If I approve your app I will send you info on where you can send your app. Also if you would like, once your app gets approved you can also send me an icon for your app and I will replace the stock app inventor icon for you (currently there is no way to do this inside app inventor).
Please allow 2 days for a response from me.

Several weeks ago I've posted my new app in the market. It's called Analytix and it might be very useful for Google Analytics users. To my opinion, the current apps were not good enough so I decided to create a new one.
There is a pro version which costs €0.99 and a free trial version. There is no time limit for the trial. The trial misses some great features and the data requests are limited.
Especially for users of the Google Analytics for Android SDK there is a separate section so you can monitor all your 'pageviews' and events from this app.
The pro version offers a clean dashboard where you can directly see how your site is performing in relation to yesterday(by default). You can choose other timespans from the slidingdrawer.
There is a new chart section to view your data in a selected timespan.
Another unique feature is the social section where you can view filtered traffic which means that the data is filtered by referrals. The top 10 social sites from 2010 are used for filtering.
Besides these unique features, this app houses all the must-have Google Analytics features like Visits, Pageviews, Browsers etc.
Pro version:

Trial version:

Awesome!
I must say, I'm deeply impressed by this great app. I was using another app for some time now but this app is better in any way.
Everything I was looking for is right in the place. Using favorites in combination with the login system is extremely powerful! Great job!
Is it possible to view adWords data? I can integrate adWords in my Google Analytics account. Would be awesome if that should work.

Hi Martin, thanks for the response and great to hear that you like the app!
Regarding adWords, it is possible to add adWords to Analytix. I've to find out the most interesting numbers to include in the app. I'll have a look at the possibilities.
Do you have any idea of the information you would like to see?
New release
Just released a new version of Analytix. Now inlcuding a homescreen widget! Take a look at the first picature for explanation.

@MartinSav,I've included adWords section also. You can view adViews clicks and adWords keywords information.
Version 9.0 of Analytix has just been released. Integrated Google Pagespeed section. Get an overview of all optimizations for your websites!
you can read all about this new feature on the Analytix blog:

Analytix HD released
I've just released Analytix HD, an Honeycomb optimized version of Analytix.
I've received lots of request to make it Honeycomb compatible. So the interface has been rebuild completely using Honeycomb elements like the action bar, tabs etc.
I've tried to use the bigger screen to create more visual elements like charts.
The possibilities are the same as on the mobile version.
The url of the app:
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.dibbus.analytixHD
I have to pay separately for honeycomb version? Not cool... I'd be happy to pay the 2e if it'd include the phone pro too.

Please contact me if you have bought the HD version. I will refund the payment of the first app. The Honeycomb version is just completely rebuild. it's impossible to create a single version for the app.
So, if you have bought the mobile app and after that the HD version, contact me and tell me your what's your e-mail address so I can check it and refund the first app!
The app is AMAZING, he's an awesome dev. You guys should buy both versions like I did to support him
He's always on top of things and making sure the customer is happy about the purchase

Are you signed into your analytics account on the web browser? It was easy for me, I clicked grant access and it worked straight away.
Maybe an option to tick remember me when signing in to Google on browser?

Thank You, but i figured it out. I removed the stock android browser... on my Rom. Apparently it has a problem authenticating through my MirenBrowser configuration. i just put the stock Browser.apk back on my device and it work fine.

Hi Folkert,
I have a problem with the widgert not updating. I have the it set to update every 4 hours, however, it sometimes fails, and then just sits there not updating at all. Please attached the screen shot of the widget on my phone, and me holding the status bar showing the date and time!
Hopefully you have time to look into this.
Many thanks, Matt
Hi Folkert,
very nice work. Is there a possibility to use multiple Accounts ?
Thanks for this nice app.
Greetings from Germany, Goetz
Google Analytix allows you to use multiple accounts. The app will handle just a single GA account.
Right now I've almost finished the newest release which is using Google Account Manager for authentication. This will ease the authentication process and allows the user to use multiple accounts within the app. I hope to release this version this week/weekend.
Hi all.
I will to have a site (or more) to download .apk apps and games free.
Is there a site? Are there more apps and games?
Thanks

So while we are on this subject, how are not allowed to post cracked apps? While I am against it the reasoning doesn't work. We will take the skype app, which is licensed, modify it and place it on xda. That is no different than taking someone else's app and making it suit our needs without permission.

I don't see a request for an alternative site as a request for hacked/stolen etc apps..
Unlocking features omitted for marketing purposes that are free elsewhere on the same app is a little bit of a grey area
Also the need for a major alternative freeware shareware app site is definite..

I'm also looking for a LEGIT alternative to the Google Play Store because I sometimes have DPI issues with the market and it gives compatibility errors. I want to clarify this, I just want another place to download .apks that are free on the market that isn't a shady DDL I found on google.
Guys, don't judge, it's possible the OP lives elsewhere where the entire play store is not available and he wants an app. That is a perfectly fine reason for piracy in my book.

There is nothing wrong with requesting free apps apk files, (though I highly recommend doing it in there Q&A section, not android apps & games) just look at this here. On there other hand, paid app apks, cracks to free apps to make then act like paid apps, or cracking apps to defrauded a company (i.e. The dropbox hack) all are considered Warez.
Also, app markets that do not link to Google Play (i.e. App Brainz links to Google play for downloads) are considered Warez markets & won't be tolerated.

Also: For anybody having DPI issues, have you tried this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wxLDEsImNvbS5iaXJkYXBpLmFuZHJvaWQuZHBpcHJvIl0. (To install it set dpi to normal for your device, delete market data/cache, reboot into recovery, wipe cache/dalvik cache & then download from market, it'll let you change dpi without issues (so it says, I haven't tested it))
There's a new dropbox hack out there for 50gb for two years using sgs3 files. But I understand what you all are saying
Thanks for the info

I noticed that if you want to let testers test paid apps in the merket they have to buy the app (what I think is not right...)
I can't make the app free cause their no rollback to paid option.
How do you let testers test your paid apps?
(I have to test it with the market cause I want a feedback about the way it license the app)

The problem is not when I test my app, Its when I want other to test it.
I used testflightapp (its a website not app). Good service which lets you upload an apk of say your full version, and then set up a list of testers. The testers will get notified and when they login to the site with their device connected, it will download the apk to their device.
Having the testflight site handle installing the beta apk is good since it also tracks each copy so that if one of your beta testers releases your apk into the wild you know the guilty party.
Any help with this?
I'll ask again, How can I let other people test my paid apps with out the need to buy the test app...?
What I've seen on the market are:
Locked features - choosing which features are essential and which are gimmicks is key
Demo version - after x minutes or after opening x times app dies and only gives message to go buy app.
Free older version - self-explanatory.
Stable + Beta versions - beta is testing with sporadic improvements and possible sudden incompatibility whereas stable costs money but ensures compatibility and great performance.
I don't think I've seen any other way of doing it, it really depends on what type of app it is though. The pros and cons for each of these differ, but I'd ask myself: "How would I want to test someones paid app?"
I feel that's what's going to get you best results and better user feedback/experience.
So what type of app is it?
I think that mine is the last option: Stable + Beta (Alpha) versions
Can you please explain Where did you see this options and how they help me let testers test my paid app for free???
What he means is that you release 2 version of your app on the market!
1. Stable version that needs to be paid for.
2. Beta version with bugs/unstable for free and testing!

Technically they were both free, but the idea is there. I saw it with Firefox Browser.
They do a stable release and their beta that let's you test out the new stuff and provide feedback.
You can do the 2 apps then charge for 1. Hell, you can do 3 apps, 1 alpha, 1 stable, 1 old version to let other people who aren't interested in helping the app improve, but still want to try it, I'd keep it several versions behind.
If you did 3 I'd say keep the old nice but somewhat bare bones. Then have the stable version with everything that you know works, then the alpha with all the new stuff plus the added features of direct e-mail + constant self logging (keeping only last 3-5 minutes) + auto attach crash report or something to that effect to make the suggestions/bug reporting easier on those helping you, this way anyone not savvy enough to give a detailed report can simply say what they were doing at the time and the attached crash report can give you more technical info than just "I clicked on that button and it closed". Just in case something isn't right, your user will already be telling you which button, in case the crash report has the call/command/etc mislabeled.
Since you'd be releasing alpha first, you can get feedback on how much your users would be willing to pay for it (if there isn't anything else like it on the market). This way you don't overcharge and lose potential customers, but also you won't undercharge too much and lose those extra pennies. They add up quick.
***edit
Just came across Neutron Music Player.
They do a 5 day trial.
You could also try something like that, though I'd say a week instead of 5 days. But that's just me
Ummm, Yeah, post 1 as paid and 1 as free. Make the free version your Beta. I don't think Google forces you to put a charge on your apps if you don't want to. Course, I wouldn't know for sure since I've never posted an app on the Play store.

You send the version through distribution platforms like Ubertesters this way they are not going through the stores and the testers do not have to pay. Further more the distribution is in push mode so they get it to their mobiles when you like it.
Ubertesters as a Mobile APP Testing Platform has many more features that will help you monitor and communicate with the testers
List any app provider you've found to be malicious. Include app store and individual app(s) versions. Also how they are infective or defective. This is only meant to spread awareness, not to bash certain application developers. Thanks for your help
Edit: i.e.- when searching aptoide for app in a particular store, and scroll down to comments to double check authenticity, the comments are combined for every version of the app in that store, and the app can be added to another store- that's why I'm interested in version #
Please no general comments

I'd say the Swiftkey data logging thing is probably the riskiest. Best to stick to Google Keyboard or Sense keyboard
