I want to flash my Huawei Y300 phone. For an obscure reason, It does not accept any rom. Apparently, the rom I downloaded are not compatible with my current configuraiton.
I would like to know if it exists an external flasher tool for Huawei smartphones? I used Odin with my previous Samsung device. Is there something similar.
I saw a tool called SP Flasher tool. I not sure it could be used for this Y300 device (Qualcomm chipset). Could it work?
Thanks.

I would like to present a little VDO GUIDE for Unlocked Bootloader/TWRP/ROOT via my tool
[TOOL] SRK Tool Huawei Bootloader/ROOT/Recovery/Backup/Utility
In this VDO GUIDE , I use Huawei Mate 8 model, and use these same method for Huawei P9.
Thanks for this! I actually came across the video on YouTube first but it was a great help!
Quick one...I've rooted my phone using this tool but before doing this I actually downloaded the SuperSU ZIP from the chainfire website and tried flashing that manually with TWRP and it killed my phone...that made me think either the version or method that is being used in the SRK tool must be a special version/method to ensure that it works as it should.
Anyway, question is... the SU application is telling me that my binaries are out of date and saying i need to update them. I assume this will simply flash the latest version of SuperSU on my phone using the above method which I stated failed for me? Do I need to update?
Cheers
adb is not recognized as an internal or external command. What to do?

Fixing Soft-Bricked huawei P9 lite
This helped me install android 7.0 but I did it wrong so now I have a soft bricked phone the srk I used (I think it's this one) will no longer work on my phone since it's reading as android 7.0 and I think this is for earlier firmwares. How can I fix my phone?
Thanks in advance!
Hello.
I've read through the forums but am still quite unsure if i can restore my honor 6x from soft brick. It boots up but i get stuck in rescue mode if i have it charged Or it will just boot-loop if its not plugged in.
Im unable to use the DLOAD method. If i enter fastboot and use the three button method. I get put to the rescue screen. However i may be using the wrong firnware? Possibly.
Its a China version. PE-UL00 given to me from a friend, he said he had restored it to factory settings. So i wanted to upgrade the android kit kat to lollipop version. It was running emui 3. Kitkat 4.42. I believe updated the wrong firmware file through the local update method I download from firmware finder.
Basically from what ive read through the forums would i need to unlock the bootloader and flash stock firmware? . I have the information to acquire the bootloader key i believe and. I have downloaded honor multi tool and huawei multi tool, as well as adb drivers
I get confused as to which stock rom or. Firmware i should download or use. And i cant access the phone to see the build number. All i know is that it's. A China version. PINE-UL00. HONOR 6X. I do remember seeing
UL00_V100R001CHNC00B200 or similar when i was able to access the phone. But it also had custom at the bottom so i wasn't sure if it was a custom rom.
Any suggestions for a noob. Thankyou.

I downloaded dc unlocker, but it doesn't support the boot loader id for PE-UL00 honor 6x. Im still waiting on huawei for the bootloader code. I think k have to log in for 14 days consecutively? I keep getting that message when I try to unlock.
Also the firmware I tried to update it was PE-UL00C00361 OTA-MF from firmware finder.
I downloaded dc phoenix unlocker. Found the correct stock firmware to the best of my knowledge and the phone back to normal. After I was able to update to marshmallow through system updates.
Thank you anyway
Can Honor 6x ( BLN-L22 ) be Rooted with smart phone flash tool without unlocking the bootloader ?
IS there any way that can i unlock it or root the phone ?
SP Flash Tool is meant to be used with Mediatek SoC devices man, so it can't work on Huawei/Honor devices that usually runs Kirin SoC. Don't even try on this device, 'cause it's a waste of time.
There are third-party services like FunkyHuawei, DC Phoenix and more (just search for them on XDA/Google) on which you can rely. Neither one of those is free, but the price they usually ask for the service is a small cost.
Use Huawei Multitool
I have a Redmi 9 (Cattail) which I got to know was made solely for India and I'm totally lost since I'm unable to find any possible way to root it since it is not supported under TWRP or Orange Fox. Can anyone guide me through it?
It's based on Mediatek SoC, Hence you can try

to create a matching TWRP
Is there any possible way to do so using Linux? Because I do not possess any windows device at the moment
IDK.
I would like to increase the storage space in the root location of my phone. I have rooted my phone with magisk.
Yes, you can repartition the /system partition. Not only is it quite difficult and risky to perform it, it also requires specialized skills which the average user may not have. There is one solution to the problem though: Flash a Custom ROM.
I would love to flash a custom ROM but can't find any for my device. I have an Infinix smart 5 (x657c for the model)
Even a Custom Recovery like TWRP actually isn't available for this phone.
But you can try to make it at your own because phone is based on Mediatek chiset:

Due to the unpopularity of Infinix (&Tecno) phones, there's no custom ROM available for your device. Nevertheless, you should absolutely be able to flash GSIs [I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS, ONLY SUGGESTING!], because I'm sure that device is Treble-supported.
There're tons of very similar Infinix phones (Smart 4, Hot 8, Hot 9 & 10 Play) that have GSIs successful installed, you can check them out on YouTube.
