So I was writing down notes and taking camera shots of my work in the S NOTE Application on my Galaxy Note 10.1. One day, I don't know how it happen but every writing and captured photos have disappeared! I copied the snote file to my computer and it's about 400kb. I'm having some sort of hope that all my writing and captured photos are still in that file...just somehow it's showing a blank page instead. Any ideas of recovering this?
Because of this incident, I am going to sync every work file to my Google Drive from now on.
If u have configured a samsung account, it should still be available in their server. You can try to delete or backup what ever you have and then try in settings/account/samsung

Hey guys
Ever since I did a clean flash of CM10.1, I've had problems with Dropbox and it's photo syncing feature.
After starting up the phone after doing the clean flash, I noticed that all of my pictures had been deleted for some reason...so I hooked the phone up to my computer, and transferred the pictures directly from my Dropbox Camera Uploads folder to my phone...I then turned on Camera Upload in the Dropbox app and it notified me that it was uploading 273 of my pictures, even though all of my pictures were already synced to Dropbox and I had just copied them over to the phone.
They removed the option to clear current uploads so I can't stop it without turning it off...
I really like this feature but turning it on will force it to upload a ridiculous amount of pictures that ARE ALREADY IN MY CAMERA UPLOADS FOLDER...
Any ideas? I emailed Dropbox, got a response, sent them more detailed information and they've basically ignored me ever since...Thanks a lot Dropbox!
Thanks,
Elliott
Bump...guess I'm the first person with this problem?

Hi folks, I've taken a few handwritten notes, several pages long each, using the stylus on my note Pro. When these files are uploaded to Evernote and I try to view them on my desktop computer, the resolution appears very low and they are unreadable. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Yep it sucks.
What I've done is just given up on Evernote for now and I'm using Papyrus along with enabling the premium features in Papyrus which allow full use of tools, PDF export and cloud sync. With the PDF export function I'm able to push notes to Evernote for syncing. The cloud sync to Dropbox also works great with the only downfall being the extremely long sync durations of 12 hours which means you have to go into settings and manually force sync if you need something right away.
Other than that the Papyrus note application is great.
Hi, and thanks for the idea, I'll look into Papyrus premium.
What a pain though...
Is there a way to export high rez versions of the notes I have taken already with the Samsung note app?
I've been using Note Anytime and sending the files through email. I'm disappointed with Evernote..
You could use lecture notes with pdf exports.

Hi, I used to have the same problem, but I found a workable solution since I really do like the S Note / Evernote combo: When you have finished with your note, save it, give it a usable name, and then use the S Note built in Share option, and simply share it to Evernote using pictures (haven't tried the PDF option, or any other, yet). You'll get beautiful high res images in Evernote! And you can do that with all your existing Notes as well!
Hope this helps, good luck!
You can do the same with LectureNotes, there is also an option for directly exporting into Evernote but I haven't tried it.

Instead of using S-Note (which really is unusable when opened in Evernote on a Mac), think about using the new handwritten note function of Evernote for Android. It does not have the same functionality but the handwritten notes are stored in high resolution. You get perfectly readable large notes in Evernote on a Mac.
Why share to ever note from s note? Ever note sync is built in.
You may need to share S-view files because if you simply sync them to Evernote then the files are unreadable on a computer, due to low resolution.
I tried sharing from S-view, selecting PDF and clicking Evernote, and presto it worked like a charm, synced automatically and very readable.
I also tried the sharing an image file via email and the resolution appeared to be a bit better but the file size was significantly larger, plus you need to merge the .png files into a pdf, adding another step. I would only use this when resolution is of utmost importance.
Thanks for the assistance of the above posters, I hope this helps others to figure out what is best for their needs.

You could get the s Note pc application. Then view the files natively, Snote Sync stores 2 files in ever note. one for the galaxy to read and the other that sucks

I don't know what to do.

Is there Someone help me ?
Hello,
I have been sending myself photos from computer to phone via gmail (over wi-fi), and have noticed on my Pixel they look to be low-resolution versions, yet the file size & info is the same as the full quality file. I'm opening them & looking at them from the Downloads folder. Zooming in on the image shows it to clearly have lost some detail. I was doing this with no issues on my Samsung Galaxy Alpha just weeks prior, and had not changed any settings (if any exist) on my Gmail.
Any ideas?
Can anyone replicate this?
Hi there,
I am not able to find any photos in QuickPic Gallery cloud app which I have backed app. There is almost 50GB+ and I am unable to view it. I am also trying to access from Web view but there is also nothing showing. I read one XDA thread saying that CM Cloud is taking down their server in April 2017 (but photos were backing up till last week i.e. 28th December 2018) and they informed users to restore their data. but last week I came to know about it and I also didn't get notification in QuickPic Gallery app about the same.
Is there any solution? that will be a big relief. Thanks!!!
I'm facing the same problem. I have around 43GB of photos in there. Now I cannot access too, I didnt know about them terminating their service, else I would have back up first. No notifications or email.
Same here, it's backing up the pictures, but I can't view any of the backed up folders.
My Solution:
1: Go from your Windows PC to https://cloud.cmcm.com and login with your CM Cloud login from QuickPic
2. On top click on the link "How to download photos from QuickPic"
3. Follow the instructions
4. Rename the downloaded fotos with an exif-tool
5. done!
hi fehrcomp, thank you so much for sharing. i did login and didnt able to restore from quickpic. it shows : {"ret":-1,"data":{"message":"wrong token","error":5}}
what did i do wrong?
I lost about 3000 pics using Quick Pick and CM Cloud... I log in to the CM Cloud and the pics are not there. If you have a chance, get your pics out of there, quickly!
I'm just downloading my photos as we speak from that **** of a cloud service, as I have recieved notice about CM shutting it down (and it should).
Note that in order to see your pictures, you have to login into https://cloud.cmcm.com/p/disk/ and look for a folder called CM Qickpic, and in that folder theres a folder called "Original Photos". All my photos are there, and I'm using their even more **** of a tool to download it...
Hope you guys get your precious stuff and get the hell out of there ASAP!
P.S.- Anyone already using a similar (prefferably more stable and trusted) service? I'm syncing my stuff on Google Photo at this moment...
Best of luck!
@fehrcomp
4. Rename the downloaded fotos with an exif-tool
How did you do this? my exif seems to be deleted/incorrect for some pics
Already done,all my pics was downloaded followed these guide above.... thanks guys.
@tintumat
I had correct exif data. Otherwhise you could not use a exif tool.
@keeekeee
You tried an other browser?
Awesome, glad to hear!
Can anyone help in this ?
i have 10 years of photos there 134gb cannot access them, the only way that worked for me but still suffering was installing bluestack on my PC and then install older version of quickpic, login and then i see everything i started to download the pictures and now im stuck because bluestack allows only 65gb of storage and im still half way restoring, no luck through their ****ty website!
If anyone can help in this will be appreciated.
I can't even login, when I use the link provided to login from a computer I get "You have logged out, please log in again". The pw is correct because when I am using a bogus pw (for testing) it actually shows me that the email or pw is incorrect. How can I login? I even reset my pw 2 times, but I can't login. On the phone it works, I see the pictures, but I cannot download them (restore failed).
I have a total of 4.9 TB of storage at cm cloud, whereas the used space is about 5 GB, but In cloud there are only 19 photos remaining.
I backed up all the data from the cloud before the service shut down but I was curious if they deleted our data, and they didn't, and also there is no option to delete your photos.
