Many new joinees can not post on the dev section, so I am starting this thread for all.
This thread is dedicated to Questions, doubts, issues, and their solutions.

Few suggestions:
Let's retain the default camera application.
S3 Dialer is perfect, or for a change you can try the xperia dialer.
Let's have only the touchwiz and xperia launcher.
Let the battery icon remain as default coz its difficult to see the battery remaining due to percentage notification.
I always wanted to tell you to include the s3 messaging app included in your ROM than using the default app.
Let's not miss out on the tweaks you did for battery. That was brilliant work in earlier versions.

Is it possible to have a zip file to flash to add volume rocker wake option in the rom. I had it in the desire hd, and loved it (Partly because i have OCD and would like to extend life of power button ) . Also it would be nice to have a torch app or shortcut built in, like in miui, where in you can long press the home button on lock screen to toggle flashlight. Small but very useful. Thanks. :good:

hey suhas great work with the rom.....i have a real problem....once the battery is 0% and the phone gets switched off, it is impossible to charge it then. i had to put my battery in another canvas 2 and charge it.. please fix.

Hi Suhas,Thanks for this great ROM to A110.this is really smooth.
Last week I was using SUVI 4.1 and Deep sleep battery is also installed on my phone,battery given backup of 28 hrs and it was still on 20%,In the morning when I checked battery was drained and phone was not powering up even I connected with charger for 4 hours.I think that happened because of Deep sleep App conflicting with ROM(I am not sure)..Can you please let us know for what reasons It happened.
Anyways,I flashed my phone by SP Flash tool on Stock ROM V2 and rooted it again and installed GREAT SUVI ROM 5.1

Keep cwm backup on the sd card for such situations. Its not problem with suvi. To solve, you can flash again via sp tools (cynus t2 jb or mmx jb) and restore cem backup.
Also there is a thread dedicated for this problem. find in general section.

can u plz post a link of the thread.....
and one more thing sir - when charging, after 91% the phone shows green led light indicating battery full but the battery isn't completely charged.
and it also does not charge after 99% i have never seen a 100% wriiten.
their was none of the problems with v4.

Launcher
how can i push your Launcher in V3 to V5. the Launcher icons in 5.1T is different from the launcher in v3. please help

i tried that. but cant take screenshots. the only thing that happens is that my ringtone volume goes down. so screenshot captured.

I had the same problem twice. Had to search for a battery charger in the market , and then charge the battery out of the phone to get the phone to boot up again. It happened twice.
DONT LET THE PHONE GO TO 0% CHARGE. Switch it off at around 5% to avoid it , i guess

hii suhas bro thnxx fr this section.. and m a greatest fan of ur work nd a new joinee in the xda.. u r my fav dev nd just fr suvi i learned to root n flash voiding my phone's warranty nw m using official jb.. but 2 problems.. 1st: hw to remove samsung gs3 boot logo tht still comes in booting
and 2nd: i need a flashable zip of xperia launcher please tht will work with 4.1.1 official jb..

Once upon a time my battery was totally drained as i was busy solving a few sums, n when i looked at my phone it was not rebooting.. i connected to the charger for 4-5 hrs but no use,.. i was totally mad at my phone nd cursed this local brand.. but later on after a day i found a solution.. Try this, it works...

in v5 games like mutant roadkill showing distorted graphics n rail rush is stopping itself while playing. previously these were working fine.hope to see a better rom in this regard

Lewa Os for a110 (some point outs)

i have installed Lewa os for micromax a110 (latest version of 23rd june 2013)..
believe me its fast and smooth compared to stock jelly bean..

of all the custom roms i came across this one is with least or almost no bugs...
but still for further improvement i would like to point out few things.].
1.still we are living in India where 3G tarrifs are high..i rarely us 3G
i did not find any option for switching between 2G and 3G data....
plz include an option(b/w 2g nd 3g) that in ur update...
2.in safe center "push manger" is not working.It ends up in error "Unfortunately System UI has stopped working".....in the same manner in settings>status bar-->notification filter setting is giving an error...
3.sometimes paly store gives the above error..
4.even though i followed ur tips for removing chinese but still at some places like contacts,guides some phrases of chinese can be seen....
note:for the above problems i have tried fixing permissions and cache cleaning still problem persists....

solutions for your queries..
1) to switch to 3G data.. go to
settings--> more-->mobile networks--> network mod--> WCDMA only.. you will ride on 3G than after.
2) Ya that is a bug, but that doesnt matter at all.. for a user
3) i have play store v 4.1.10 no errors noticed
4) dev is unable to find the source to those chinese contacts, they will eraced as soon as they are found.
If you think you are having issues with the ROM, do a full wipe TWICE and reflash ROM
no issues will be there..

For turning off 3G switch network mode from wcdma to gsm.
That safe Center and notification thing is a work in progress by lewa, it will get fixed once lewa updates it soon
For play store, I'll include latest version of it in next release, that should hopefully fix it.
Yeah, in contacts I've not yet figured out removing the Chinese, but I'm still trying, it will be removed one day
Also clear Dalvik Cache, but still I suggest you wait till I release new update.

Lates Lewa OS 5 is stunning and awesome. but pls there is a problem of contact is not properly showing. Pls somebody look into that problem

Can we use any other battery for micromax cause the power of micromax battery is very very low.
and isn't there a forum for micromax canvas beat?

We have to find out which battery of which phone-brand is of same size. Anyone to help?

Else, you can try flashing ARM custom ROM for A110, it improves the battery life of A110 by more than twice. I have tried that ROM personally in my A110.

The keyboard provided with this ROM is a bit uncomfortable.

Any Bugs as mentioned above like network ??

Bugs-
1. Only one signal icon.
2. Cant change mobile network. However u can change it by dialing *#*#4636#*#*.
3. Dnd not working.
4. After rebooting, the sims are off and we have to turn it on again.
5. Games like boom beach.. U cant load the previous save from google play games.
Rom is good for daily use...
To solve the boom beach problem and oter such problems, fleash download the latest paranoid android gapps and flash it.
To solve the 13mp problem, download lenovo camera 3.67. searc in xda. Then flash it using CWM recovery. U can choose resolution as 4608X3456 which is the 16mp resolution.

Devrookie and i tried to port hdc galaxy s5 rom to our device.. But we wer not successful. Any chance u cud port that rom ? Wud be great. Coz the rom is stable.. Rom available in needroms site.

i have already ported it but after pressing lock button, screen doesn't turn on bt system works. When I pressed volume down & power button, it took screenshot. dont know what's the issue.

This rom is from coolpad f1 which has the same configuration as canvas nitro. S5 rom. 4.4.2.

Try replacing this file with the one in stock rom from system/lib: libsurfaceflinger.so

i used this rom but i am facing prob. in changing apn and data disabled and enable otherwise every thing is gud pliz solve the network issue

Brightness FC issue on Legoice Fusion v3 rom.

Hi guys,I have downloaded legoice fusion v3 rom.it is working fine but I found one issue, that is when I go to settings->display->brightness it force closes.
So someone please give me the two patches made by Vipul verma for this ROM because the link provided by Vipul bro is not working.
1.green ui patch(green status bar toggles).
2.brightness,message,etc. force close patch.
