[q] help me , please

hi friends
can anyone help me and give me the xperia play game's data :
bruce lee , fifa 10 , star battalion , sims 3 and crash bandicoot
my little brother formatted my SD card and i lost every thing , i've searched on google but can't find any data for xperia play.
i wish somebody was here to copy the SD data
please , help me , if you can upload or send link to me .

You cant delete the apk from the sd card, because they are stored on your phone.
Simply select them from the Game menu and re-download the data via wi fi, or connect your phone to PC Companion and update the software, which will download all the shipped games again.

you dont need to format anything.
Just run the application and it will tell you that you need to download the game data. Press ok and then it will download it. I recommend doing it over wifi.

i'm sorry , but i
've tryed to download via wifi ,but that was successfull only on fifa and sims 3
can't download carash bandicoot , bruce lee and star battlion ,
is there any link to download that ?

Go to a file manager, and delete crash bandicoots zpak. It's found in sd, android, data, com. Sony. Ncea
Find for other games aswell

I find I loose my wifi every time the phone goes to sleep mode. It still says connected but can't download or browse the web. I have to disconnect and reconnect. On large downloads it's a real pain.

You need to change your WIFI sleep policy. Go into WIFI settings, press menu, choose advanced. Under WIFI sleep policy, choose never.

Thanks for the tip Andro but mine is still set at Never. I don't know why this doesn't work. Maybe it is a bug. I'll call SE.

Reflash your
firmware and the games will be back...its much faster then calling Sonybecause I doubt that they would be able to help you. Use flashtool.

Reverse tethering now made simple!

This is for those who want to connect to internet using pc without wifi!!!
There were several threads about reverse tethering that required windows essentials,that were still in beta version.Foll all the guys who wanted this a new app in market has been released!!!!
Search the market for "reverse tether"!!! (SORRY THIS IS MY 1st POST.SO I CANT PROVIDE LINKS)
Just follow the instructions wich should really work.
if not,**try bridging ur android network and ur pc network.if stiil doesnt work,unselect
*appear as 3g
*notify me when connected!! I assure u this will definitely work!!!
The application is a trial version wich can be accessed between (11:00 - 15:00),,,if u wish,the full version is also available!! hope this post helped!!! NOTE:FOR ROOTED USERS ONLY!!!

problem is all cm7 for my mobile have usb tether bug .. and the app doesn't work with wired tether app ;(
I download and try all cm7 2day after read tht post

When you say without wifi. Do you mean the PC and phone don't have wifi working radios? Because if they do and you have a wired internet connection just use connectify. It's free and works great. I may have misunderstood the purpose of the thread though.

After reviewing the app I guess I don't see my personal usefulness in such an app unless either the PC or phone don't have functioning wifi radios. Which I could see in a desktop. I do however see the usefulness on connecting to a PC to use it's internet. Clearly this app is for others that do require this function.

I tried but it throws me an error "failed to start tethering. Make sure that this device supports or allows tethering". How can I fix this. I use LG GT540 with Cyanogenmod7 2.3.7

first verify wether normal tether(easy tether.apk) works...if not u will hav to download usb drivers for cyanogen(google it)....make sure ur rooted!!!

I'm starting to think is my celphone model, I waited for the "legal" hour and nope, I changed the hour on my pc, and nothing T-T, and it's rooted and so. But as I said, maybe is my cel, galaxy ACE with gingerbread 2.3.4

There's no need to download it from me*fire since a tusted and up-to-date APK file is available for download right from the developer's website.

problem
I upgraded to the latest one today and it seemed to start working. After running the program (I had it set to control 3g....or make apps work as if it saw 3g), it won't let me connect to v* with networking. Voice and sms works fine, but the 3g/1x doesn't work at all.
I'm going to try to restore from a backup and see what happens. Anybody have any ideas?

Not sure what happened, but I restored from a clockworkmod recovery backup I did earlier today (before I used reverse tether). Luckily, this seemed to get my network connection (3g/1x) back.
Reverse Tether is a great idea and it's really something I need, but I'm a little leery about using it now since it messed my 3g connection up.

Its easy, just connect your mobile to pc via usb, enable "usb tether" on mobile and then open the app and follow instructions...
And you are good to go..

Did you follow every step?
You need to connect your device and turn on usb tether before open the app.

It's work but not found pro apk on internet..
Trial version work on specific time only i.e 11:00-15:00..
Simply change your time on setting to test it...
Beware it will enable data access using mobile network data..
I dunno it will impose charges when it switching on...
I quickly switch of to avoid extra charges..

Yes I did. It gives me a message that tether appears to be blocked on my device...but i was able to surf on the pc tethered to my phone.

There was no prompt from SU. I have it set up to prompt when something wants root access and it seems to work for my other apps.

5) select the option 1
6) Now wait for a while

tried this out ended with trouble
i did the rooting the phone is rooted but the drivers are gone
whenever i m connecting my device computer pop-ups the message the device has stopped working
after reinstalling the driver from various sources even from spice website the drivers are not working gives me error
the resource that you are try to use on network location

after clicking on browse for locating the msi file i located driver in program file also and driver folder also but did not sucssed pl tell me way to install driver

This is permanent root. Does not disappear after reboot.
Procedure:
Install all drivers.
Go to settings -> Developer options -> USB debugging, and tick the box next to it.
Connect phone to USB through computer.
You should see a notification saying USB debugging connected.
Extract the motochopper file and execute the file run.bat
If you see a popup on screen asking to grant permission, click grant. Device will automatically reboot.
After reboot, open the Super Su app and update binary.
If you need busybox updated, you have to manually update it.
Done! You are now rooted!
Unroot:
To unroot, open Supersu app and go to settings. Scroll down and click permanent unroot. After the app closes, reboot.

I couldn't find the right OEM driver for this device. From SDK i installed the Google USB driver and checked out ADB devices cmd from platform-tool folder.my device is not listed. So can u tell where to download the driver or how did u do it?? Help appreciated.

Google USB drivers are sufficient. Do u have USB debugging on?

Use the 4.1 SDK. But not sure if that will help. You can try the following.
1.Retry another USB port. Before that Activate search for windows update for new devices.
Or
2.There is an universal android driver somewhere on the internet.
Or
3.try killing adb server using cmd

Finally rooted. I got my driver using pdanet tether tool. it automatically installed the driver.thanks for motochopper exploid guide..got my titanium back ups for the games..cool

No restarts at all. I'm facing signal issues and GPS weak signals. Not sure of its just me.

i already mail to flipkart for repalcemet and they are shipped new device and i waiting for same.

Battery drains as it keeps connecting back to network after few secs on network drops. I've noticed.

Downloaded the file from pdanetDOTco .I can't post the link as I just joined and my total post count is less than 10. I will give quick summary of how I did it. I downloaded the file and installed in my PC.it ask to choose the device from a list.(chose'others')then connects my device in USB debugging mode.it detects the device and installs the driver automatically from internet.done. actually its a tethering software but most of the devs use this for installing device drivers.
I didn't found any issues from my device.just the battery doesn't last a day but that's OK coz I do play heavy graphics game continuously and browsing.

Are you on a 2g Network? or 3g?

Right now I'm in 2g network.
