Is there a way to capture only a part of the screen?
Once I capture a portion ( using bunnon-click-descend) how can I edit it with PS touch without copying it to a hundred different places?

Hi I tried posting this question in the developer forum, but I'm not allowed yet.
I updated for version 4.2 of @josteink to the latest version of KatKiss. Everything works perfectly until now, is a very competent ROM. In the entante, all forms of screen recording seem disabled.
In the previous version, some applications screen capture worked (eg SCR). However, in the new version, captures from all them seem blocked by the system.
I tried to capture the default screen from the KitKat new feature (process from ADB), but it generates only videos of 0 bytes in size.
Someone had a similar problem, or have more details on that version in that respect?
I am not sure what are you trying to ask... You can do a screen capture with power + vol. down button combination.

You can also assign one of the touch buttons as screen capture on a long press in the system settings.I have been using the back button as a screen capture without problems.
why are home touch buttons covering part of app ? The app is a full screen game that has a chat place and when I open keyboard the home touch buttons showvup on the side with phone or tablet sideways and it covers up part of the app. What could be changed in the app that would fix or make this happen ? is there part of the apk that can be changed for this ?
Hello,
Sometimes I am trying to take a screenshot and crop it right after. Screen write through air-command enable us to do that. However, does anyone
finds that the quality of the image is not good once entering the editing mode?
IMO that's likely something that the software is doing on purpose (adding a mild gaussian blur) to make any annotations that we do on top of the screenshot stand out over the background image.
If that's something you don't want to do then avoid the screen write command altogether and just take a straight screen shot (press and hold power and home simultaneously). Then open up the screen shot in another program to annotate on it. I like to use Skitch but the quality does degrade a little bit there too. I'm sure one can find an application/workflow combination that works though . .
Split screen from full screen issue
Hi, if anyone's using split screen 2 finger gesture or One Hand Operation + gestures for split screen, did you notice that since OneUi 5.0 it mostly opens split screen apps in the top screen when going from a full screen. For example when I'm watching YouTube in full screen with a gesture it opens it on the bottom side mostly even tho it's inconvenient and not handy, it sometimes opens it in the top part of the screen if I rotate phone in another side. For example it opens it in the top side of the screen if the phone is in full screen - front camera is on the left side, but it opens it on the bottom if the front camera is on the right side. I don't see the logic.
