Today I was updating my Canvas 2 to Official jelly bean(v3 rom).While flashing it with SP tools,it stuck in the middle and showed some error,I unplugged my phone and since then it is not turning on nor charging!I am feeling helpless,as it was a very new phone! (
Please help me work out the problem.I am fearing that my phone is bricked!

Possible chance u have bricked ur phone. Try flashing with sp tools again

What was ur battery status at the time of flashing? Might have been ur battery discharged.
Try charging battery by other method and put and use spflash tool..

Charge battery in any other canvas2 or in a portable charger. Portable charger might take more than 24 hrs to fill abt 40% or might not even charge so better find another canvas 2 to charge ur battery..
One more thing u can try as i have been tried.. i fixed battery terminals to + - of my tiny micromax x11 ( a simple phone) by tying by bandage.. and charged.. u can try any other phone like this..
After charging battery use sp flash tool ..

Anyway.. try ur best with the help of xda devs and if u cant or if u r hopeless and going to give up .. if u can trust me plz give me ibwill tru with xda devs and will be returnes to u free of cost if repaired or not..

And what to curse them bro.. they cant focus on giving good service being a small company and having a few models in market on low costs..

Try to reflash with spflashtool because jelly bean software is not fully installed

i also got a serious issue while flashing JMP.
PM the details of your problem. is the phone showing something or not, every possible detail.
you can call me 7503747877, i know how it feels when we see out dead phone.
ohh
my phone also faced this problem bro.. just remove the bettery of that phone . and put your frnds battery afer full chargng.. now run sp flash tool and check on da dl option.. and than wait . may it works for you..
First u should not flash a new rom with battery less than 50%..till u have a full confidence in u that u can unbrick a bricked one.
And for now u can try unbricking by following the method given in this thread(use 2nd one).

Try Reinstalling SP Tool , All Micromax canvas drivers and then flash it with an older ICS Rom.

I purchased Galaxy I 9003 some 6 months back. Until now it was working perfectly fine. But recently it started getting switched off automatically. Application stops working and a message is flashed that so and so application has stopped working and I have to select the option of "Force close". I have also done the hard reset but thing have not improved.Please somebody help me.
What firmware is your phone on? Have you flashed any firmwares before?

So go ahead and flash xxkb3... But use "protection"
And also use search tool on xda....

I have the same problem, i'm on XXKPH (Cranium v3.1)
it's switching off when battery status is around 40% and less (when is in idle, not when i'm using it)...
I can bet on this that ravi will do something wrong while flashing...

My samsung galaxy s i9003 which i brought frm muscat-oman in june and now its having a problem of getting switch off again n again, so i have to remove the battery and switch it on again but before it gets switch off it say usb unexpected error then it gets restart , i have given my phone to the normal service center, but itz not working he tryed all the technic of restoring,resetting and hard reset but it did nt work even i tryed to upgrade the software but no use then i he have send it to the samsung service center n frm thr they told me the problem is thr in motherboard (ic) n need to replace the whole board , he was asking 6000 inr rupees bec my phone is nt on international warranty, so can anyone let me knw is thr any other way to solve this issue.

Was same problem... That is Motherboard... Now I waiting for motherboard change in my support center. Forcing close all progs in KC1 KB3 ... if you flash it to 2.3 There will be a pseudo factory reset. There are no any solution, other then PBA motherboard replacement.

i have manage to solve my one problem by roll back my firmware version to 2.2.1 (I9003DXKF1) by that my phone is nt restarting again and again but one issue is still thr which is giving a msg of USB STORAGE UNEXPECTED REMOVER and the application messaging (process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again
so do anyone knw how should i resolve this problem bec i m nt ready to believe my phone motherboard have some problem n to replace and the price is 4 k
so my phone is hard bricked now..

I successfully flashed My fone with this rom and phone is running a lot smoother then original ROM but sometimes- usually in 2-3 days it suddenly freezes doing anything and i have to take out battery and then reinsert it to restart- can you please check what that issue could be?
Also Could you please bring project butter to this wonderful device?
My rooted micromax A100 completely bricked. not booting in fastboot and recovery also

hi, i rooted my micromax a100 a couple of months ago. n i was fiddling with rom tool box on changing the status bar. n i rebooted the phone. after which the phone wasn't going beyond the boot animation. further more i went to recovery mode n clicked format system n system_boot. after which im not able to switch it on at all in any mode(its completely dead) .. can u pls help me with this or is there any way to set this right by myself than going to a service center? Kindly help.

got the phone unbricked through lg service centre and i am facing display off problem
. The screen does not wake up but the lights goes on and everything else works. I am using
cm 7.2 on it....its a very irritating as i have to restart phone by taking out the battery...

Save the downloaded zip to root of the sd card
Boot recovery ... and flash the kernel directly like u flash a rom ... but DONOT WIPE ANYTHING BEFORE FLASHING ....AFTER YOU HAVE FLASHED ... WIPE DALVIK-CACHE AND REBOOT ...
Go to settings-> about phone -> see kernal version

Had same problem, service tried to fix it, but they didn't... Just when i got the phone from them and saw same problem, I took the phone back to them after 5 min... This time they fixed this by changing motherboard. I think service has some bug in their equipment

I think it is kinda software related but in something deeper LOL... I.E. in things that can be overwritten only by KDZ, LGMDP (forgot how to spell this ), JTAG. I know about this quite well, because i had my phone repaired for about 6-7 times because of problems like these
what should i do now......should i take the phone to service center.....i dont think its worth taking to service centre they will charge too much.....

Oh... I thought you still have warranty... well, this problem can be solved with KDZ or LGMDP, but i wouldn't recommend these as i have hard bricked my device with these. Yesterday i just bought another p500 for 40$, waiting to get it tomorrow

Restore official gb rom with KDZ updater .. dont use LGDMP .. hard bricks are more possible ...

Actually its other way round.With kdz,there is more probability of bricking the phone.
Heyy Guyss... M Stuck On The Loading Screen... And Even The CWM Isnt Working.. All This Happened After I Received a call.. The Touch Screen Went Blank And Unresponsive... I Removed The Battery And Tried Restarting But IT Didn't... Any Solution??? And Again--- CWM ISN'T WORKING!!! Was Running On The Awesome Lewa OS By Mufti.arfan....

Just flash stock jb rom via sp flash tools. It will bring ur fone to life back or u can flash suvi rom v9 via sp flash tools as it is a flashable custom rom via sp flash tools.

Hey now flashing any rom via cwm or twrp wont help u.
You have to follow dis post strickly as it is to get ur fone back to life....
I also have bricked my canvas 2 about 3-4 times and everytime fis method helped me.
Hope it also works for u.
NOTE-AFTER FLASHING THIS ROM UR FONE WILL BE UNROOTED AND RECOVERY WILL BE CHANGED TO STOCK.BUT STILL IT IS NT A BIG DEAL IN EXCHANGE OF UR FONE'S LIFE.:

I Did The Same Thing Earlier...Still The Touch Screen Isn't Working AT ALL... It Comes Out Of The Bootloop After 15 mins of startup... bt since the touch aint working.. (only volume button and keylock working) also the feather touch buttons dont work... i cant do nythn.. last resort service centre neway thanks for following post ... +1 to u broo

CWM aint working now bro... sumhow the device loaded and i connected it via usb.. bt touch aint working [edit] yup installed cwm via sp flash tools.. didnt work....!!!

Well give a last try.
A few days before i also bricked my canvas 2 and then tried to flash a new software via sp flash tools.
The software flashed successfully bt my touch was nt working at all and similar to u only volume and power buttons work working.
THEN I DOWNLOADED ANOTHER JB SOFTWARE AND FLASHED IT VIA SP FLASH TOOLS(THIS TIME I TRIED CLICKING ON FIRMWARE UPGRADE) and wooa my fone came back to life.then i came to know that it was only faulty firmware in which touch was nt working. think u too have downloaded that.

If this also dont work then go to service centre and play fake.
Say i have done nothing.......i have restored factory settings and now dis happened.( do dis only after flashing stock jb rom or dey will come to know everything from bootlogo).
If dey ask anything about root,cwm etc.. etc... only say vat r dese like an innocent newbie
