[Q] Samsung I9003 not working properly

I purchased Galaxy I 9003 some 6 months back. Until now it was working perfectly fine. But recently it started getting switched off automatically. Application stops working and a message is flashed that so and so application has stopped working and I have to select the option of "Force close". I have also done the hard reset but thing have not improved.Please somebody help me.

What firmware is your phone on? Have you flashed any firmwares before?

If you are not worried about losing data...perform a factory reset...

I have already done factory reset and also hard reset. Things have not improved

Hmmm Ravi bhai....
Read and understand flashing guides first before taking the plunge into flashing!
So go ahead and flash xxkb3... But use "protection"
And also use search tool on xda....
Check my super info thread also! It will help!

I have the same problem, i'm on XXKPH (Cranium v3.1)
it's switching off when battery status is around 40% and less (when is in idle, not when i'm using it)...

I can bet on this that ravi will do something wrong while flashing...

Need help !!!! My samsung galaxy s i9003 which i brought frm muscat-oman in june and now its having a problem of getting switch off again n again, so i have to remove the battery and switch it on again but before it gets switch off it say usb unexpected error then it gets restart , i have given my phone to the normal service center, but itz not working he tryed all the technic of restoring,resetting and hard reset but it did nt work even i tryed to upgrade the software but no use then i he have send it to the samsung service center n frm thr they told me the problem is thr in motherboard (ic) n need to replace the whole board , he was asking 6000 inr rupees bec my phone is nt on international warranty, so can anyone let me knw is thr any other way to solve this issue.

Was same problem... That is Motherboard... Now I waiting for motherboard change in my support center. Forcing close all progs in KC1 KB3 ... if you flash it to 2.3 There will be a pseudo factory reset. There are no any solution, other then PBA motherboard replacement.

i have manage to solve my one problem by roll back my firmware version to 2.2.1 (I9003DXKF1) by that my phone is nt restarting again and again but one issue is still thr which is giving a msg of USB STORAGE UNEXPECTED REMOVER and the application messaging (process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again
so do anyone knw how should i resolve this problem bec i m nt ready to believe my phone motherboard have some problem n to replace and the price is 4 k

flashed galaxy y rom accidentally

Y flash other phn roms wen we hav lot of roms to choose ...if its hard brickd den go to service centre

bro try USB jig it can help host of the phones which are bricked are fixed by that !!!!!!! just give it a try

i dont hav that usb jig... and forget about buying it, its very costly

does any one hav idea that how much will the samsung service center cost us to unbrick our phone ???

but the phone wont go to download mode or cwm mod.. its hard bricked any other way please

about icysnap the rom is based on genetics by hephappy the last version ( link : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34758480&postcount=2123 )
and hephappy fixed all bugs that we had ex : youtube hq , camera etc.
i suggest you to try the rom (icysnap) when you'll get your phone

Thanks Very good news
Also I've never used any a2sd, because i couldn't get it to work... Will ext2/3/4 and SWAP work on icysnap without any other mods (only "d2ext" command)? If yes then what sizes and ext types would you recommend on a 8gb sdcard?

i think will work and if you have cwm make a partition with 1024mb with ext3 format (the default partition that cwm makes are ext3)

Another little question - Which recovery (and version of it) is the most stable (CWM, AmonRa, TWRP..):silly:?

Yes I've tried the touch twrp is working great but I reverted back to cwm because with twrp you can't use cwm backups and I have a lot of backups with cwm.
Is your choice if you want to use that recovery

Nah... Then will probably try AmonRa, and if i do not like it, will go back to CWM
Also some bad news :/ getting phone only on friday...

Help needed for wifi and b/t

Hello friends here is my problem i cant turn my wifi and b/t it just stuck on loop in toggle bar and greyed out in settings my device is micromax canvas hd have posted this que in my cell zone but anyone didnt reply me if someone see this ques pls help me this trouble is from a month now :'(

Have done this too and back to 4.1 too still the same now m running canvas 4 rom btw when i enter in factory test it works there without any problem means it search my network quickly in factory test so its some software problem right ? Its not an hardware issue na wanna confirm it ! If its hardware issue i cant do anything then :'(

My phone is not in warranty and its far from my home i lose my imei too but i recovered it now wifi problem is killing me :/ this one happens from its own

So what to do bro any solution ?? My mac address of wifi is unavailable and sometimes it turned on but everytime the mac changes when it turned on ! My actual mac is not there any way to recover ??

BRO , i guess its the problm with your service provider only.. !
or mm as ur sayin that u have tried with ur friends phone ... pls try another service providers sim with ur phone n check
m sure u wont get this same problm with another service provider
