[Q] Gen.Y Dualboot w/ Blackstone gives error - General Questions and Answers

Hi there,
I recently installed FRX07.1 Android for my HTC Blackstone.
All is working well, but I have a problem using GEN.Y Dualboot to autoboot android.
I am using the following things:
Gen.Y DualBOOT WVGA v1.0.6.0 - Storage Card: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=623792
**Complete FroYo Bundle** FRX07.1 - Maintenance Release - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1167324
Gen.Y Dualboot DOES detect android, but I get an error saying: "An error occurred on sub__main_bootandroid. Win32Exception Continue?"
I have my android on an SD card in a subfolder called andboot and I have editted the registry for AndroidBootFolder (string) to andboot so that it searches in the subfolder.
Manual boot of android works fine and dualboot also boots when i turn the phone on.
I've tried several things, but nothing seems to work
I hope someone can help me out with this!

Hi,
I fixed this problem
You must install .NET Compact Framework 3.5 on your device.
Name of install pack: NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab

Flashing on a Mac ( OSX ) + other ?

I am sure several people are having this problem. I tried searching, and found some answers, but need some further clarification.
First off, I am on a 2008 Intel Macbook. I have Parallels Desktop installed, running Windows Professional SP2.
My issue is that when I run ActiveSync, my device is not detected. I have the USB to be run on Parallels, have all the drivers, to no avail.
I have Missing Sync for Windows Mobile running on OSX aswell. That is useful for installing CABs and .exe, but I haven't found a way to flash my device alternatively.
I did try the MicroSD flashing method, but when I format my device in FAT32, transfer the necessary .nbh file, and boot in Bootloader mode, the screen does not change from the white with blue "loading..." text. The MicroSD card is 4GB.
I am hoping you guys can help me figure out a way to flash a ROM to my device on the OSX platform.
Thanks in advance, and I hope you don't find me arrogant for starting a new thread on this topic.
TO ADD: I get the following error trying to run HARDSPL.:
The application failed to load required components. If the .NET Compact Framework is installed on a storage card, please ensure that this card is in place and launch the application again. If this fails, a re-installation of the .NET Compact Framework is recommended. Support info: -2147483643 (80000005)

[Q] Problem Gen.Y Dualboot

I'm really, really sorry if i posted this in the wrong section or what else.
I'm having problems using the Gen.Y dualboot system on my kaiser, I installed the CAB for the HTC Kaiser.
It works... but only when opening the bootmanager when Windows Mobile 6.1 is already booted, there is no way to first load the bootmenu from Gen.Y and then choose to boot Windows Mobile or Android.
The Android is installed correctly and the registry is set well to boot from the Andboot map on my SD card so there's no problem booting android.
It's just that the bootmanager doesn't startup when turning on the phone.
(I'm running Eclair 2.1g Polymod Light-Themed)
I hope someone can be of help and i really appreciate whoever even thinks of answering a possible solution.

[Resolved] [Q] Problems running Thaidai "cannont find \Bluetooth file" on diamond

Hi all,
I'm trying to run Thaidai in an unlocked HTC diamond300. I'm running Windows Mobile 6.1 Spanish version and .Net compact framework 3.5. I've installed Thaidai in the internal memory (is the sd in diamond) but when running "thaidai android loader.exe" it shows an error that says "Cannot find \Bluetooth file" and stops execution, I've try to copy thaidai to the root's program files folder, and enable the Bluetooth but nothing works. Can't find any other ppl with this problem because that i'm asking to the forum.
Any light on that?
Thanks a lot!!
Just copy FRX07 to the sd card and reboot
That's it... is strange but ThaiDai doesn't detect my FRX07.1 forlder, after putting FRX07 on sdcard and rebooting the phone everything rocks!!!
great job!!
