Battery percentage on CM10 - HTC Sensation

I'm running CM 10 and the battery indicator is the little circle.
I'd like to have the percentage shown as well though, and while there are a few apps available, their icon usually places the percentage at the left, where I find it too obtrusive.
Is there a way of getting the battery icon replaced just with the percentage, or at least put the percentage right next to the circle?

You can set this to show percentage in the settings>notification bar. Though if you are using some themes it might override it.

[Q] miui logo disapers

Why does my custom carrier always disapear when I open my phone after being locked on miui. I always have to toggle the carrier logo tab to see it but once my phone screen locks and I open my phone back up my logo is gone.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda premium
Do you have any notification or background apps using the top left of the status bar? My juice defender notification always hides the carrier text, but not seeing "MIUI" (the custom text i put) never really bothered me lol

Sweetness, that worked. So basically if we want the custome logo than we can't have anything running on the top left side of the status bar?

Zeus problem when charging

Hey I have Zeus installed I just have a question I cannot change the status bar settings for the battery icon I believe the reason why my phone acts out of place and lags very much is because of the battery animation when its charging. When I go to lock screen settings the status bar settings are faded and I cannot press on them. Can anyone help me out
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using xda premium
Support for this Rom is non existent. But if you want real help it would be nice to know what version of Zeus you are using. Good luck finding some one that still runs this and can help you.

Those settings are only for the changing of the lock screens. Nine of the other options are available..or even implemented..assuming that you are running Zeus6. And the standard charging animation should not be the cause of your issue. I could be wrong, but the animation is not something that can be turned off, unless you are using the battery bar mod, which has a settings app all it's own.

Okay I flashed one of the newer rom aeon and it seems the problem persists it happens when I charge it with an ac not usb as well my wifi would disconnect and reconnect every three minutes on both roms maybe im suppose to flash with voodo lag fix off? or I might just have hardware defect

Good battery indicator for At&t HOX??

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone knows of any good battery indicator/widget that displays in the notification bar. **And ALSO isn't a app in the app Drawer**** Im not rooted, so they would have to be nonroot apps.

There are battery icons which will go in your status bar on Google Play and maybe notifications but just search battery and all results. Also, what do you mean by your second question? Having a Mac doesn't mean you will mess up rooting. Ask questions and attempt when you're good and ready

Anyone noticing burn-in?

I just did the KitKat up so my notification bar went transparent and now I'm noticing some burn-in. My screen is always on auto and never left sitting around w/ the screen on. Is any one else see this? Opening th books app and letting it go full screen is a good way to test.

My notification bar is black as well.. and is only transparent on the lock screen. Are you sure it's transparent?
However, on topic, I do not see any sort of burn-in. I wasn't even sure that was possible on these types of screens? But I could be wrong.

Are you using nova launcher? With 4.4 it has a setting under look and feel to enable transparent bar
Sent from my XT1080 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
If you're on stock 4.4 you should NOT have a transparent notification bar...
If you're using Nova there is an option to set it to transparent
Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
Guys, the transparent notification bar is not the default with 4.4. I have GEL but other 3rd party launchers like Nova also enable this.
OP, are you sure that you're actually seeing burn-in? The bar is transparent but fades to black.

Not that it's particularly relevant to the OPs question, but the KitKat update does, in fact, have the transparent status bar.
Unfortunately, what it doesn't have is the resized launcher to support it so it still looks black.

[Q] Need more setting in Notification bar.

Hi all,
I was wondering if we can have more settings like the screen rotation and other toggle buttons in the Notification pulldown bar after clicking settings icon. Not sure is there a settings for it I have looked all over. My wife has HTC one and I really love the settings under notification bar but in my Nexus 5 it doesn't show other settings. Thanks you all guys.

Rooted? = Xposed Framework + Gravity Box
Not Rooted? = Power Toggles (in the Play Store)
For the future, please post questions in the Q&A Forum. This has been asked before there. It's as easy as performing a quick search. I'm sure you would find the answer.
+1 for GravityBox. At this point I can't imagine not having GB. I use Xposed + GB on all of my devices. No need for custom ROMs anymore.

GravityBox doesn't drain battery except for like 3 people and none of them contributed to the resolution of the "problem"
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
What was the resolution? It caused me drain but that was quite a while ago though

There's an app called Power Toggles that will do so as well.

GravityBox does not drain the battery, there's no way. It doesn't run in the background, it only runs when you configure it. It must have been something else that caused your battery drain.

Never had battery drain with GB. And if I did I would have gotten a log or ran the adb top command to get the bottom of it.
good day.
Take a look at MoreQuicklyPanel. Sounds like it will do exactly what you're wanting. Works great on stock device. No need to root.
This app is among my top 10 "must have" apps.
